Fantastic experience: The best driving school in whole Gatineau and Ottawa! I scheduled a practice session for 2 hours before my road test on November 1st at 10:30 AM. During the session, my instructor focused on the most important tips and he didn’t waste the time at all! Thanks to him, I passed my exam on my first attempt! I have not believed yet that my driver's license will arrive in just 10 days. After a five-year break from driving due to an accident, I needed to rebuild my confidence and learn Canadian driving rules. Despite Mohand’s loud and assertive style, his clear instructions and bilingual skills were invaluable. I took five classes before my road test, and his guidance was crucial in passing it. I highly recommend this school for anyone seeking an affordable and effective driving education.

Fantastic experience: Thank you Mohand. I finally obtain a driver's license and it's a very big thing for me who had suffered from PTSD and anxiety. My condition was never trigerred by the way he teaches though he don't know about my condition. He is so patience and wise. He doesn't follow a book of procedures especially in parking he teaches you initiative in a certain situation.

Positive experience: Cette école est une aubaines. Ils vous offrent la possibilité de payer en plusieurs tranches et ne vous mettent pas la pression. Vous pouvez prendre des rendez-vous pour vos sorties sur la route facilement juste en appelant le moniteur qui est très accessible et vraiment courtois. Les cours théoriques sont trop intéressant avec des travaux en équipe et un mentor pour hi est là pour se rassurer que vous comprenez bien la leçon. Ce qui m’a beaucoup aidé ce sont les exercices en ligne sur le site de la saaq que nous faisions. Honnêtement, même en étant mineur, vous pourriez débuter les cours genre à 15 ans et avoir votre certifi cat théorique Merci beaucoup Mr Mohand et Mr José. Fantastic experience: This is a very good driving class. Teachers are experts, and they are kind, friendly and supportive. I am extremely satisfied with the course.

Negative experience: Surely this place is nice, good prices and availability but the instructor kept losing patience with me and made me feel like a real dummy during the practice lessons. (My driving wasn't so bad, in the end I passed all my classes, who knows) He stressed me out so much while driving and made me lose my confidence behind the wheel. On the last practice I did, he said 'See, it's a little easier when you use your brain.' Whether I'd be driving good or bad, I thought it is truly unacceptable. I told him I felt insulted, I stopped and I left the car immediately. Later he told me via text: 'Sorry if you misunderstood. That's not what I meant. Again, you misunderstood what I said'. He never apologized. Clearly, no, it is not a misunderstanding from my part, as an instructor he should use his words right in an appropiate way to talk about the driving lesson. If he really meant to say 'It would be easier to back up doing this' or whatever, the instructor should say that, not "That it would be 'easier if I would use my brain" It's not on me if an instructor can't choose his words right and says things that leave me in tears by the side of the road. I wanted to take extra lessons before my exam, but now it is clear that I'm never going back to that school again and I hope people will take my warning.
