Tecnic La Prairie driving school

Fantastic experience: I wanted to highlight the excellent work of the entire team. I had amazing instructors, very funny and pleasant. The secretary always took the time to greet me warmly, and she always helped me when I had problems scheduling my classes.

Fantastic experience: I only have good things to say about the quality and relevance of the service received at the Tecnic La Prairie driving school! Thanks to their advice, my eldest daughter passed all her SAAQ exams on the first attempt and she now has her license. My youngest daughter (who is starting her lessons) is delighted with her experience so far. As a parent, I am thrilled! Thank you very much!

Fantastic experience: I want to highlight the exceptional work that Ludivine does at the Tecnic counter in Laprairie. She takes the time to listen to us and interact with us in a straightforward manner. Often, she has replied to us outside of her working hours to accommodate us. She takes her job very seriously and wants to satisfy people with the means she has. Having a business, it would be employees like her that I would want to have. Thank you Ludivine for your professionalism and your patience.

Negative experience: Lack of availability for practical courses, and those offered are during the week and in the daytime (our child has to miss school as a result). And I wish you no internet connection issues, because if you connect a few minutes late for your theoretical class, you will be automatically expelled and charged. Even after trying to explain the issue to their customer service, I received no cooperation from them. I am extremely disappointed with the service received and I do not recommend this school to anyone.

Negative experience: No classes available ever, we have to go to the branch at the other end of the world. I forgot my permit once and of course I am so far from home that I had no choice but to cancel, making the trip there pointless and a fee of $90 for what exactly? It's abuse, ridiculous.
