Fantastic experience: I had an excellent experience with this driving school, especially thanks to my instructor, Alaa. He is incredibly polite, patient, and a wonderful teacher. Alaa taught me from scratch, ensuring I felt comfortable and confident behind the wheel. Thanks to his clear instructions and guidance, I was able to pass my driving test after only 5 classes! I highly recommend Alaa and this driving school to anyone looking to learn to drive!

Fantastic experience: My instructor was super kind and helpful on both how to pass the test and real life situations. He showed me possible routes and “test simulations”. Would definitely recommend!

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience with Capital Driving and with my instructor, Alaa. I was very nervous about the G2, so I decided to book their full BDE course + G2 road test package (even though I already had my G1 and drivers license in a different country). This proved to be the best decision because I learned a lot about driving in Canada both from the online material and the in-car practice. Getting to practice before the test was also super helpful. My instructor, Alaa, was so patient with me, and I’m very grateful for that. He helped me built my confidence and made me realize that I was already a good driver. He also taught me useful tips to improve in my weakest areas. I’d recommend the school and working with Alaa :)

Fantastic experience: Good. I got my g2 with just one test.

Negative experience: I don’t understand how all the reviews positive. I had issues in every way at every step of the process. The online course had glitches and spelling errors. My first instructor never answered my texts and his car was falling apart, my second instructor tried to scam me for an hour saying it took him time to get downtown (he was the one who offered to pick me up downtown). Both were always at least 30 minutes late. When I tried contacting the school about these issues, they never answered. When I would finally reach them, they would say they would get back to me that same day and then I wouldn’t hear from them for a week so I would call again and start this process over again. For the amount of money I spent I would expect at least some level of customer service. Also both instructors would tell me completely different things for almost everything and I don’t know who I need to listen to to pass my g2.

Fantastic experience: I had few in-car lessons with Ahmad before my G2 test drive. He is a professional, patient and easygoing instructor. Thanks to his instructions, I passed the driving test. I highly recommend him for anyone who wants to get a driving licence.

Positive experience: The instructor was really patient with me and i was able to get my G2. The reason why I give 4 stars instead of 5 it is because of ther appointment system. I called 3 times to finally get an appointment, on the first two calls the receptionist took my information and told me that one of their instructors will call me back. It didn't happen and on the third call finally i got a call back after 2 days. Hope you can improve this.
