Negative experience: God awful customer service and English. Would give them zero stars if i could

Negative experience: I have no idea how they got 4.9 on ratings! I called to book for driving lessons, they were so unprofessional and utterly rude! Can’t believe someone talking to a possible client like that.

Fantastic experience: Easily the best instructor in Midtown .. Anan was so patient and helped me unlearn and learn a lot about safe driving in Canada .. since I was from India I had to unlearn a lot of things though I had over 10 years of driving experience back in India .. did my direct G test and cleared it in the first attempt .. thanks to Anan and his experience in teaching the right technique .. look no further and book your lessons with him..

Fantastic experience: I had a really great experience, it was fun driving with this school. The instructor gave me very good instructions on what mistakes I was making and how to improve my driving for the G-class driving exam, so I went very confident to the exam and passed easily.

Fantastic experience: If you can't pass your driving test due to anxiety, this is the place for you! I tried to study with different instructors, but I couldn’t pass driving! And only Anan found the words of encouragement and driving training techniques that were suitable for me, which helped me overcome nervousness during the driving test. The first thing Anan did was correcting some of the gaps in my driving knowledge and skills, which helped me build my confidence while driving. In addition, I was pleasantly surprised by his punctuality and respect. Anan never raises his voice, doesn’t grab your hand if you make a mistake and he doesn’t comment on the upcoming action, thereby giving you the opportunity to really LEARN and not just be a passive observer while riding. Anan doesn't talk on the phone or text!!! during the lesson. He is always ready to patiently explain many times if something is not clear or some maneuver does not work out. He is a very positive and kind person. Anan speaks excellent English and is always polite. He was very supportive during the exam, helped me fill out paperwork and even provided me with an energy bar to help me cope with my anxiety. What touched me to the depths of my soul! Thanks again!!! I recommend to everyone! Especially if you find it difficult to cope with anxiety! Other instructors told me that I was hopeless and that I only had one chance - to go to the village to take the exam. Anan helped me believe in myself and I actually learned to drive a car very well!
