Negative experience: God awful customer service and English. Would give them zero stars if i could

Negative experience: I have no idea how they got 4.9 on ratings! I called to book for driving lessons, they were so unprofessional and utterly rude! Can’t believe someone talking to a possible client like that.

Fantastic experience: Easily the best instructor in Midtown .. Anan was so patient and helped me unlearn and learn a lot about safe driving in Canada .. since I was from India I had to unlearn a lot of things though I had over 10 years of driving experience back in India .. did my direct G test and cleared it in the first attempt .. thanks to Anan and his experience in teaching the right technique .. look no further and book your lessons with him..

Fantastic experience: I had a really great experience, it was fun driving with this school. The instructor gave me very good instructions on what mistakes I was making and how to improve my driving for the G-class driving exam, so I went very confident to the exam and passed easily.

Fantastic experience: If you can't pass your driving test due to anxiety, this is the place for you! I tried to study with different instructors, but I couldn’t pass driving! And only Anan found the words of encouragement and driving training techniques that were suitable for me, which helped me overcome nervousness during the driving test. The first thing Anan did was correcting some of the gaps in my driving knowledge and skills, which helped me build my confidence while driving. In addition, I was pleasantly surprised by his punctuality and respect. Anan never raises his voice, doesn’t grab your hand if you make a mistake and he doesn’t comment on the upcoming action, thereby giving you the opportunity to really LEARN and not just be a passive observer while riding. Anan doesn't talk on the phone or text!!! during the lesson. He is always ready to patiently explain many times if something is not clear or some maneuver does not work out. He is a very positive and kind person. Anan speaks excellent English and is always polite. He was very supportive during the exam, helped me fill out paperwork and even provided me with an energy bar to help me cope with my anxiety. What touched me to the depths of my soul! Thanks again!!! I recommend to everyone! Especially if you find it difficult to cope with anxiety! Other instructors told me that I was hopeless and that I only had one chance - to go to the village to take the exam. Anan helped me believe in myself and I actually learned to drive a car very well!

Fantastic experience: Going for a road test and safely driving in Ontario afterwards are both very challenging tasks, and I needed to make sure I was fully confident in doing both. As a result, going with iDrive appeared to be one of the most competitive ways to achieve the confidence to drive around busy Canadian roads, and pass my test on my first try. I spent plenty of time on the MTO website looking for a certified instructor, and compared online reviews for each school in the GTA. iDrive stood out as the reviews described my future instructor as flexible, considerate, but most importantly, took the time to explain every little detail to pass a road test. All of this was also true for me - Anan's intricate knowledge of the road test experience and guidance on how to be a safe driver allowed me to pass the full G test on my first attempt. After spending many years relying on public transportation, I was new to driving in Canada. Anan taught me plenty about safe highway driving, what to look for when driving in crowded streets, and, of course, how to pass a road test in one go. I am convinced he is the reason the test went very smoothly as I was confident in what he taught me when test day came. It goes without saying that iDrive is the premier driving school in the GTA. They are flexible, considerate, and take more to know you as a student so they can help you maximize the chances for passing the road test. Absolutely great value for your buck. Fantastic experience: Anan was amazing! He was encouraging, supportive, positive and super relaxed and friendly!!!! I am an experienced driver and had to transfer my overseas driver's license to an Ontario G license. All I needed were some refresher lessons on the road and of the rules, here in Toronto. Anan listened to me and understood exactly what I needed. Never did he try to up-sell or cheat me out of more money and lessons! He was very fairly priced for the lessons and to use his car, plus a lesson, for the test! I compared to a couple other driving schools, after they were able to start up again, after being closed for CoVid, and they told me that I would definitely need to purchase a package of at least 10 classes in the car, which was upwards around $600.00!! I knew right away they were taking advantage of the situation and of someone who did not know what was needed. As soon as i rang Anan, i knew that he was being upfront and honoest and knew EXACTLY what i needed! There are no words to express how much i appreciated his help and I would HIGHLY recommend him!! Of course I passed the first attempt at the test! Thank you so much Anan!

Fantastic experience: Anan is a very experienced trainer. Explains the rules and shows you what you can improve in your driving. He is also very responsive and flexible if necessary. I wouldn't pass without the lessons. Strongly recommended!

Negative experience: Not a serious school. Very difficult to arrange lessons, and last minute cancellation. No pick up from Yonge&Eg and unexpected changes in price. Definitely not recommended!
