Negative experience: I have only had the same instructor since the first class, no problem on that level, Mr. Velnor is super friendly and helps me correct my driving. However, the customer service... First of all, it’s a revolution at Tecnic that for a few months now we can book our classes online because before we had to conform to their opening hours Monday to Friday 9 to 5, but closed at noon to make sure no one could contact them. It wouldn’t be the end of the world if they had availability and we could book everything at once. But no, you have to call practically every day to know if they have any spots available in a few months. Now with the IT revolution at Tecnic, we can book online, but it changes little since you can only book 1 or 2 classes at a time and always in 2 to 3 months during working hours. Regarding the penalties: I was only informed in July 2024 that I had to pay for a class I would have canceled in September 2023.... Then due to an inattentive mistake a class was missed. Unfortunately, because of this specific class, all subsequent classes are canceled. Now, however, after $60 in no-show fees, of which 1 out of 2 are unrecognized, I am prevented from taking more classes. So I take a break for a few days later they call me and give me a new schedule mentioning that I have a new late fee. Tecnic changes your appointment dates without your consent and then charges you for no-show. Final note, do your research well before spending more than $1000 in a company that is not able to provide you with the service you are paying for (availability of classes) and that makes you retake classes to charge you more.

Fantastic experience: I loved taking my classes with this school. I obtained my provisional license and a special thank you to the instructors, they are great and very professional a super nice team! I really enjoyed my experience!
