Negative experience: I took my courses, as well as my eldest son, with Tecnic and everything was great. Now it's my daughter's turn...who is studying in English. We pay at the beginning of January, no English course available until February...not a problem, we will wait. When the course started, my daughter logged in and it was in French. I called Drummondville, who told me that her course for tomorrow would be canceled at no charge and that someone would call me by the next day...no return call. My daughter, who was panicking, was scolded by 'the teacher' and asked me to leave (I was managing her panic attack because she is only more comfortable in English). The teacher keeps reprimanding everyone because the camera's lighting shows only half of the face, people are not centered on the camera...my daughter's anxiety rises with this adverse attitude. In the end, no call. I have to pay for 2 rescheduled courses (?!?!) when she attended the first and the second should have been canceled. Moreover, it delays her permit by 3 weeks. Really disappointed.

Fantastic experience: I had no availability with the technician in my town, so I spent most of my classes in Drummondville. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the instructors, who are knowledgeable and know how to help you overcome your weaknesses.
