Fantastic experience: I have ADHD and driving has always been difficult for me. Then I also had a big accident that made me stop driving for years. At Pointe-Lévy driving school, I finally found (I tried several schools) the instructor who understands my challenges, who is patient, encouraging, and gives me concrete tips to help me remember driving techniques. He has a good teaching method that allows me to know my strengths and weaknesses, I love it! Thank you very much, Antoine!!!

Fantastic experience: With the new management, everything is going great!! My first son did it with the old ones and it was a disaster. Since then, my second son is also doing it at the same place and he is even ahead in his classes, no delays. It's easy to get an appointment for the outings!

Negative experience: The theoretical driving test is ridiculously difficult. On the SAAQ, the majority of people score 28 out of 30, but when it comes to the in-person theoretical test at the driving school, people all fail.

Negative experience: We were satisfied with the services until the new owners decided to change the prices without notifying us. We had a contract with the previous owners and the course had been paid in full. However, they said they were not obliged to respect it. We had one more course left to take before the license, and they asked us for an additional $78, otherwise we would not be able to obtain the certification and our appointment at the SAAQ was two days later. Very disappointing strategy to decide not to respect the contracts signed by all parties and to put us in this situation at the last minute.

Negative experience: Je déconseille fortement cette école de conduite. La directrice à un énorme manque de respect envers les clients. Aucune empathie toujours très désagréable à parler et se moque de vous pars téléphone. Difficilement rejoignable et ne pense qu'à l'argent!

Fantastic experience: Excellente école. Je n’ai eu aucun souci pour les contacter. Ils m’ont très bien accueillie et accompagnée. J’ai obtenu chaque phase de mon permis haut la main et du premier coup à chaque fois. Et niveau tarif, contrairement à d’autres écoles ils sont raisonnables au moins. Merci à eux.

Negative experience: Malheureusement il y a une limite de mots dans les commentaires google, sinon ma liste de points négatifs aurai eu plusieurs chapitres... 1. Négligence des règles sanitaires de certains professeurs. 2. Manque de respect. 3. Les seuls bon commentaires sont ceux des employés et de la propriétaire, ce qui fait remonter leur note surcotée de 2,3/5. Dommage qu'il ne soit pas possible de mettre 0 étoile, sinon ce serait le cas. 4. La pire expérience de service à la clientèle que j'ai eu la malchance de connaitre. Et pour travailler moi-même dans le service a la clientèle je ne comprend pas comment c'est humainement possible d'offrir ce genre de service 5. Leur heures de bureau de 1h à 5h durant la semaine rendent difficile les appels lorsqu'ont a une vie active. 6. Personnel qui se contredis, les professeurs donne un meilleur service a la clientèle que la propriétaire, c'est pour dire... 7. Communication archaïque. 8. Même si cela est déjà assez évident je ne recommande pas cette école autant mettre votre argent directement à la poubelle.

Positive experience: Dans le contexte de covid en plus de la situation qui prévalait partout avant le covid (retard dans les cours de conduite), je peux dire que nous sommes très satisfaits du service offert par cette école.

Negative experience: Aucun respect pour leur clientèle, jamais de réponse quand t'appelle, bref une bandes d'incompétents !!
