Negative experience: I took classes with tecnic, a 'well-known and reputable' school thinking it would be better (recent cars and especially availability for classes) and well no! My son will have to take his classes in a year and a half as it is. It is impossible to have classes, (my son is available full time...) cancellations at the last minute by tecnic. What a disappointment, I should have chosen another school at half the price since I was going to get such mediocre service! I do not recommend it at all. Especially for the price they dare to charge!

Positive experience: Pierre is great! Bilingual and very helpful! A good teacher to chose. He gets five stars This is where you lose stars, I do hate that if you chose to pay your courses one by one, your options become very spaced out. I had to extend my contract (which is EXPENSIVE) because I decided to pay one by one and kept getting offered classes 3 months apart available only. Once I payed a large sum, suddenly they're 2 weeks apart. Felt wrong, some people can't manage a big lump sum.

Fantastic experience: Les cours avec Pierre.L sont honnêtement les meilleurs que j’ai eu il est vraiment près à enseigner du début du cours jusqu’à la fin. J’ai du fun à apprendre comment conduire et en même temps il me corrige sur mes erreurs dès que je l’ai fait alors je sais directement quoi corriger.

Negative experience: J'ai pris un cours en ligne le professeur ne s'est jamais présenté. Ils m'ont convoquer à 8h00 pm un lundi pour un cours de 2h00 sans me demandé si ça convenait à mon horaire. Après 30 minutes de cours mon enfant vient me dire bonne nuit, le professeur m'accuse de ne pas être présent devant ma caméra et me retire du cours. C'est la pire école de conduite que j'ai vue de ma vie. Quelle perte de temps.

Negative experience: The receptionist was unprofessional, an older woman who could not speak both languages properly and seemed to have trouble using a computer. She made a big error right at the start so we left. They need to hire competant staff for such a well known company in my opinion.

Fantastic experience: I don't know why the other reviews are really negative I've been going to this school for nearly a year now (finishing in September) and I only have great things to say. I haven't yet had to talk to the school directly to change anything (I'm about to call because I'm sick so I will change my review if it's bad). I've had all the teachers but one and they're all amazing the only negative experience I had was not being able to use the bathroom lol. Edit: Talked to a very sweet lady who was very understanding of me being sick and rescheduled all my classes without me delaying my final exam date! it took a while (which I would say is normal because of 14day delay of covid if I had it) but overall a lovely experience.

Negative experience: On paye 800$ pour nos cours qu’ils nous donnent des cours chaque 4 mois depuis 2019 je suis avec eux ils mont charger 50$ car j’ai manquer un cours alors que dans leurs cours on ne m’apprend rien a propos des règles de la route on fais juste raconter leur vie.. J’ai payer 50$ car je ne suis pas venue écouter la vie des moniteurs ? on m’avais pas envoyer un message sur mon cellulaire donc j’ai oublier le cours. Ils mont fais payer 50$ alors que je paye 800$ pour un mauvais service alors que j’ai rien après avec eux! Par contre j’ai bien aimer le cours avec André martin au corbusier il m’a appris plus de choses que les moniteurs a St-do. En conclusion, c’est de la cross!!on dit « école populaire connue , c’est tecnic » mais vision plus c’est mieux

Negative experience: DES VOLEURS ce sont des voleurs! Pire compagnie, je n’aurais jamais du leur faire confiance, il sont juste à l’argent. J’étais dans la voiture avec ma mère, on a eu un imprévu qui a fait en sorte que j’arrivais chez moi à 8:06pm, alors que mon cours était à 8:00pm. J’étais dans ma phase 1, les premiers cours théoriques se font en ligne dans cette phase, je me suis donc connecté à 7:55pm comme d’habitude et j’ai ouvert ma caméra avec un cadrage parfais. La monitrice m’a dit à 8:00pm que je ne pouvais pas être dans l’auto, je lui ai dit que j’arrivais dans 5 minutes et que j’avais eu un imprévu. Elle m’a laissé. À 8:05, elle ma dit, il est 8:05 je dois te retirer, ma mère était à côté et elle lui disait qu’on était à 500m de chez moi et que on était là dans même pas 30 seconde. La madame, à la place d’utiliser son jugement et de me laisser une minute de plus, alors qu’elle n’avait même pas encore fait les présences et que j’étais clairement alerte à son cours de toute façon puisque je lui répondais poliment et j’avais ma camera d’ouverte, elle ma immédiatement banni de la réunion et me disant qu’elle suivait les règlements. Je comprend qu’il y ait des règlements à suivre mais il ne faut pas que ces règlements aillent au-dessus de notre jugement. Je suis désolé mais dans la vie il y a suivre les règlements mais aussi utiliser son jugement. À cause d’elle tous mes autre cours se retardent et j’aurais un frais de 50$ pour ne pas avoir assisté à son cours. Ce sont des voleurs qui mettent des règlements juste pour nous voler. En plus, les cours m’ont coûté 1100$ alors que mon amie les a fait avec une autre compagnie pour 800$. VOLEURS

Negative experience: Called to get information. No one could serve me in English and kept hanging up on me. Poor customer service and extremely unprofessional. Was going to sign up but instead I’ll go somewhere else!!!

Negative experience: Can't give me courses, charging me money to go somewhere else. Greedy company, secretary is a gate keeper for anyone higher up to ask to not be charged... No one answers to customer service. If all this sounds appealing to you by all means get your courses done here.

Negative experience: You are going to wait for long time before you complte your course. They do not have the capacity to do the practical classes, as there are not enough teachers. I already paid the full course, but not able to schedule the last session because there is no instructor to complete a previous session. Customer service is not good.

Negative experience: Hello, Today I was in parking lot in front of office of this school. In a car an instructor with his student just was leaving the parking lot,and I passed them in my car (how the instructor said) incorrectly.Than I stopped not with purpose to speak with him,but with purpose to take my children to eat ice cream (cafe is located in the same place).The instructor of this school came up and started screaming at me,he didn`t give me a possibility to say anything.He shouted: ``It is illegal,illegal,for first time I don`t call to police and so on....``After wards,my big daughter asked me why this man was so agressive and rude, I was in shok,I was really traumatized crushed by his behaviar that I didn`t try to ask his name.It is awful situation.....First time in Canada somebody was so .....assaultive with me.
