Fantastic experience: I was very pleased with my driving course at Westmount Driving School. I was late in taking the course as an older driver (mid 30's) and I am very grateful to Zaman, my driving instructor for his skill and patience in helping me gain confidence as a student driver. I liked that there was a lot of emphasis on road safety and being empathic and respectful of other drivers and pedestrians. The theory classes are conducted online and were very meticulous and provided a thorough understanding of the various components required to pass the Knowledge test. There is also a driving manual provided for purchase that is very comprehensive and detailed about driving concepts. Highly recommended and I look forward to Westmount Driving School training more students to become responsible and experienced drivers!

Fantastic experience: Thank you so much Westmount Driving School and Zaman for all of your help. I ended up passing both my knowledge and road test on the first try. For the knowledge exam, Zaman gave us tips on how to break down the question in a way that helped me feel much more prepared. For the road test, he continuously gave me helpful feedback on how I can drive better and I felt how my driving got better throughout the year. If you're looking for a driving school, this is a great choice!

Fantastic experience: I had to prepare for the driving test after a gap of several years of driving on the opposite side of the road in very different conditions (India). The instructor was very patient and focused on the areas that needed improvement. On the day of the exam, he conducted a practice class, waited several hours until I received the license and dropped me back. I am happy with the service and would recommend them.

Positive experience: The online classes were great, informative and easy to schedule but the in car lessons were the same route each time, which left me feeling very unprepared for the exam, and even just unprepared to practice on my own in different driving settings. I wish I had been given the chance to experience different types of roads and intersections and not gone the exact same route every time. We also never went over any kind of parking that wasn’t parallel (which was taught very well, but I never learned anything else in these classes) it’s a simple skill but It’s still very important and I think could have been gone over in at least a class or two

Fantastic experience: I was eligible for a license exchange from my home country but wanted to have some time to practice on the roads here. I liked the flexibility that was offered in terms of scheduling. The car was good and they were very professional and punctual. The instructor offered good advice on the driving exam and I also booked the car for the exam itself, which went off without a hitch. Overall I was highly satisfied and would recommend Westmount Driving School.

Negative experience: Be careful if you want to book driving classes here. Just had a very bad experience with them as they gave me wrong information and made me book classes that I did not need. Then once they got the money they tell me that I will not get any certificate from their school. Very unfriendly, rude and they are refusing to reimburse classes that I did not take. I wish I never came to this school my experience has been nothing but traumatising Replying to your last answer : I think you know who I am as I have tried to contact you several Times and asked to reimburse the money I paid for nothing as you gave false information about your classes. Certified school or not this does not give you the right to treat people this way. I wish I never came across your school

Fantastic experience: An excellent school, the online knowledge courses helped immensely with having a flexible schedule. The driving instructor is calm and really helps to prepare you for your driving tests. You will go into your exams knowing how to parallel park like a pro! Highly recommended!!

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience with Westmount Driving School. My instructor was patient, knowledgeable and successfully taught me how to parallel park in my very first lesson. On day 1 the instructor mapped out a plan for me to get my license. He helped me schedule the best date, time and SAAQ centre for my driving test. We practised extensively around the test centre and I passed the exam on my first try! I'd recommend Westmount Driving School to anyone needing extra help to get their license.

Negative experience: Cette "école" est une complète perte de temps. N'allez pas là ! Les "profs" parlent au téléphone pendant les cours pratiques et ne sont d’aucune aide, n'apporte rien et ne donne pas vraiment de conseil. On m’a annulé plusieurs rendez-vous de cours pratiques en prétextant qu’il y avait eu des accidents avec certaines de leurs voitures. J'ai changé au moins six fois de profs donc aucun suivi possible sur l'évolution de mes apprentissages. Ils sont complètement désorganisés et c’était un véritable calvaire pour le suivi de la formation. La cerise sur le sundae : certains cours théoriques se donnent à Westmount, mais pour d’autres cours, il faut courir dans le fin fond du Mile-End, ce qui n’est pas spécifié lorsqu’on s’inscrit. J’ai dû me payer des cours supplémentaires chez Tecnic avant mon examen, car je n’étais pas du tout en confiance… Je vous déconseille cet endroit et je suis très étonné que cette “école” soit encore ouverte….

Fantastic experience: After I exposed my bad experience with the previous service in 2016 (while the place was still under the name of Omega), the owners of the new brand offered to discuss my concerns further and showed a lot of professionalism. Very good initiative, and congratulations on seeking customer full satisfaction.

Negative experience: If I can give it minus 5 stars I will. I advise anyone who intends to register at this school does some research first. I wasted more than 2 year with this school. At the end, they can just fail your evaluation and ask you to take the evaluation over and over again. You have to pay more and more, waste both your time and money. In the end you just won't get the necessary paper to go for the test, they just want you to pay more. They extort money out of poor students and immigrants. Don't be deceived by their "promotion", you'll end up paying at least double that price. My 2 cents: Go for another school if you haven't registered yet, and withdraw your file if you already registered. Be smart.

Negative experience: Avoid this place! I registered for a "full course" and two days later the school lost its permit! Went to the AQTR a month later to try to get my money back/ file a complain and I was told it could take up to a year to get it back and it was not even guarantee. I strongly recommend to look for certified schools on the AQTR website.

Negative experience: I'm not the kind of guy that enjoy losing my time by giving reviews ( actually I think it's the first time that I do so ) But I had to this time. This is probably the worst driving school in Montreal. Poorly organized, Very hard to get an appontment they have lots of student but only 1 line without any voicemail. So I have to keep calling everyday. It's been 1 week that i'm trying to get my next appointment. Plus the lady is very rude when asking question about next steps of the course. You pay 900$ for nothing basically. You have to fight all year to get to the next step. With my busy schedule it's not fun at all. My word of advice go with another school.
