Negative experience: Terrible customer service. System crashed during the exam so, they failed everyone. No apologies. Teachers randomly claim kids aren’t visible on the camera and charge you to retake the class. You can’t voice any frustration because the second you do “ you can’t use that tone of voice with me!”. They know we need the course do they treat you horribly. Morty’s would have been the better choice.

Fantastic experience: Normand Viau is the best instructor ever. I’ve never felt more comfortable behind the wheel than I do with him.

Negative experience: the school had missed information on my attestation so i couldn’t do my on road exam. I was refused to do my on road for this one typo. Wasted an entire day just because of the school’s mistake. The receptionist Maude was very defensive about me pointing out their mistake and wasn’t willing to take responsibility. Very bad attitude and no effective communication. Did not solve the problem.

Fantastic experience: Mon fils vient de terminer son année de cours avec cette école et je tout a été A1. Les cours sur la route ont toujours été à jour, les cours théoriques étaient toujours à jour et disponibles selon le module qu'il était rendu sur leur site. J'ai appelé à quelques reprise pour des informations et on m'a toujours répondu avec courtoisie et très rapidement. Même chose par courriel, j'ai toujours eu des réponses rapidement. Ma fille va débuter ses cours cette année et je vais assurément l'inscrire à cette école. Merci à toute l'équipe et continuer votre bon travail!

Fantastic experience: I dealt with many nice experiences with the receptionist and instructors but I owe my success to Norm. I deal with really bad anxiety and Norm calmed me right down. Every lesson was so enjoyable and stress free. He is such an amazing human being, I can not recommend him enough!

Negative experience: Je suis allée me plaindre, car le masque est imposé ENCORE pour les élèves dans les voitures !! Et ce, alors même que les employés à l'accueil n'ont pas à le porter !!! Bien sûr, j'a eu la réponse classique et très pratique du "c'est le gouvernement qui l'impose" car c'est du transport !! C'est vraiment du grand n'importe quoi ... J'ai donc voulu repousser la leçon de ma fille, qui avait pourtant lieux deux jours plus tard. Mais on m'a dit qu'il y avait des "frais", car le rendez-vous était à 14h00 et que j'étais dans le bureau à 15h30, soit 46.5 heures, au lieu de 48 ! Bravo pour l'attitude commerciale ... en plus de celle de continuer à jouer un jeu qui va vous conduire à la faillite. Si après deux ans vous n'avez toujours pas compris, on peut rien pour vous. Mais pour mon garçon, je vais trouver une autre école de conduite, avec des franchisés qui auront peut être un peu plus de discernement et de courage.

Positive experience: Bonnes explications durant les cours pratiques, surtout avec Nabil. Par contre, il est difficile de se trouver un cours.

Fantastic experience: I just wanted to give recognition to one of the instructures. Nabil Rifai, did a great job preparing me for my road test. Taught me many techniques and tricks to assist me in preparation. It's a stressful exam and he did a good job of giving my tricks that are precise and simple, compared to some techniques that are taught that can complicate a young a driver.

Fantastic experience: I normally go to Access Vaudreuil but this time I got an in-car session with Murray from St-Lazare and it was great! He was super patient and gave a lot of great helpful advice to help me become a better driver. Especially as someone who gets quite anxious during these sessions, he responded very calmly to mistakes I made which is very different from my past experiences with instructors. Totally recommend him!

Negative experience: Difficile d’avoir des cours, impossible de rejoindre des gens et retour d’appels ne se font pas lorsqu’on laisse des messages. Comble de bonheur… le professeur ne se présente pas au cours ce matin, nous avons atrendu 15 minutes, aucun avis de l’ecole et impossible de rejoindre personne. Service très médiocre, je ne recommande aucunement!

Negative experience: I did my 11th class yesterday and i was extremely disappointed. The teacher was rude and insulted me multiple times telling me i stink of cigarettes and dog.he blasted the heat and had the windows down after i told him i was cold multiple times. I am planning to cancel my last classes and going else where. Atleast ill learn something. Ken was very nice he had the knowledge to teach me how to park few times but all the other classes i feel like i didn't learn anything i went on the high once and i am not a fan of the high and asked to practice it for my next classes and it didn't happen. I had ken twice and put of all the teachers he was the best but 2 classes out of 11 i learn something and that is not cool for a 1100$ course.

Negative experience: Mon fils a eu son permis d'apprenti avec cette école en septembre 2020. Depuis, peu de service. Il n'a eu que trois cours pratiques dont le dernier remonte à mars 2021. On nous dit de pas rappeler qu'on va nous rappeler pour les prochains cours. Ça fait 3 mois. Je tente de rappeler on laisse des messages, envoie des courriels. Pas de suivi. C'est quoi ce service médiocre. Je comprends la pandémie mais c'est pas une raison pour pas faire de suivi!!! La pandémie a parfois le dos large.

Positive experience: Bien que cette entreprise était bien évaluée, notre expérience est très mauvaise. Il est pratiquement impossible de parler à un employer au téléphone. Après avoir laissé quelques messages, nous avons bien vu que personne ne nous rappelait. Mon fils a eu son permis temporaire à la mi-août et en juin, il n’a réussi qu’à avoir 4 heures de cours pratiques et ce malgré nos appels fréquents et nos tentatives de réservations en ligne et par téléphone. Déception extrême. Malgré la pandémie, ceci est inacceptable. Ne perdez pas votre temps, votre énergie et votre argent avec une école qui ne se soucie pas de ses étudiants. Mise à jour: Après cette évaluation, la compagnie a été très réactive et a trouvé des solutions. J'ai ensuite été très satisfaite. Merci d'avoir repris la situation en main et d'avoir résolu les problèmes.

Fantastic experience: Josee made everything amazing and fun, and always took such great care of all three of my children. She made the driving school a second home and I have mentioned to friends how happy I am with the school and the customer service.

Special mention to Josée and Marie-Claude for their exceptional service. They go above and beyond the call of duty and are always willing to answer any questions or concerns you may have. It has been a very positive experience for us.

Josee at the reception always gives you great service and is very knowledgeable about the business and will answer all of your questions immediately. The courses are well prepared and the students do learn a lot on the road with each instructor.

Fantastic experience: I really would like to recognize Josee (receptionist) and Michelle (driving instructor) for making my experience from beginning to end a truly positive one. They were always very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and were able to answer any questions or concerns, that I may have had at the time. Michelle's instruction in the car really helped to calm any nerves or fears that I was experiencing during the course and helped me to become the much more confident driver that I am today. Thanks to her I was prepared for my practical exam and passed on the first try. Thank you for a great 13 months!

Fantastic experience: I have had 2 children take the course and both times was impressed with the staff and their desire to work with me to meet the requirements to pass the course amidst hectic changing schedules that today's teenagers have.The drivers and course teachers are great and the kids were receptive amd eager to learn. There is an option to get 700 preparatory questions for the exam which is well worth it as is the option for the last practical course to prepare for the exam.

Positive experience: A business is only as good as its integrity and Access St. Lazare has just that! I had a beef with the info given to us regarding the 100$ service which supposedly is combined with their last 2 hours of driving. This at first was not clear. Contacting the owner, I expressed my concern and he went back to find the telephone records of the conversation. Finding that the info was not communicated like it should have been, he proceeded to rectify the situation by reducing the price to 50$ instead of 100$ for my second son's driving practice. This is integrity! Businesses make mistakes from time to time, but what is so nice to see, is someone willing to own up and keep the client happy! Very rare! I would highly recommend them for their honesty. Josee the secretary is amazing as well. Keeping track of all the drivers is not an easy task, but she handles her business very well. All in all, an excellent driving school! My first son just got his license! So proud!
