Fantastic experience: Selina is an amazing instructor. She's caring, patient and accommodating. She explains things in details and makes sure you're fully prepared for the test. I got my G2 at first attempt, thank you Selina !

Fantastic experience: Salina is a great instructor and helps her students above and beyond. I had 20 hours driving sessions with her and successfully passed my G2 road test with the first attempt. Salina is very professional and supportive for the test. During my test, the car battery was drained (probably because I turned on AC for a while without starting the engine while waiting for the examiner) so I couldn’t even start the car. The first examine decided to cancel the exam temporarily and asked us to get the car ready and wait in queue for another test. Salina immediately helped me get the chance for having the driving test again on the same day. I really appreciate Salina for this and I don’t think I can pass the test without her help. For the driving lessons, she is always on time and she really focuses on safe driving. She helps boosting my confidence for driving and it was great experience learning driving from her. I would like to suggest everyone to take driving lessons from her!!

Negative experience: I did not pass my G (this was my third and final attempt before my license got cancelled and the second driving school I took lessons from, first was ABC). I was excited at first to meet this instructor and learn from her however, I didn't appreciate how negatively Salina responded when I failed the G test the third time, she said "well, no green car for you" right after I already failed my test and we sadly drove back to the subway station. I didn't understand what "marriage" and "children" had to do with my learning how to drive, she's kind of "traditional" or "patriarchal" in some ways, discussions I wish we could have avoided. Way to send me to my confidence in driving though, I didn't bother applying for a license again.

She took the time to understand my prior driving experience and explained the lesson structure and her style of teaching to me. I took a total of 15 hrs lessons from her during which we covered every single traffic situation and parking techniques. She was prompt in her communication and was on time for our lessons. Fantastic experience: SR Safe Driving School is outright the best driving school out there. I researched a lot before choosing SR Safe Driving School and I know I made the correct decision - why? because I got my G2 in first attempt. Salina is the best instructor out there hands down - always on time (sometimes early too), always insists on safe driving habits and makes sure the classes are well scheduled and that you learn well. Fantastic experience: Second Review: This is my second review. I just finished my G exam a week ago. I had to move away from Toronto for personal reasons. I finished My G exam in Simcoe with a different driving instructor. I wanted to thank Salina for her driving lessons for my G2 which I feel very were useful for final exam. I was really nervous when it came to driving and Salina made me really confident when it came to driving on the roads. Her lessons on parallel/front/back parking/3-point turn and Shoulder/mirror checks are spot-on. To top everything, she is very patient and calm when we make mistakes in beginning, she is very good in making sure they corrected very early during our driving. Thanks Salina again for all your hard work, really appreciate it

Fantastic experience: Salina is an outstanding instructor with great teaching skills and a ton of experience! After 5 in-car lessons (10 hours of instruction in total) I easily passed my G2 exam on the first try. I learned a lot during the lessons, and now I am able to perform all kinds of parking confidently and easily, as well as safely maneuver the car. Fantastic experience: I was so so nervous after not having driven for 10 years (in a totally different country). I called Salina and told her how nervous and anxious I felt, despite having previous experience driving. I felt at the time I forgot entirely how to drive and she promised me she would get me feeling confident in no time. She did not judge me at all when I asked her to teach me as if I'm a brand new driver. By the end of the course, not only did I pass on my first try!!! But I was feeling confident again, almost like I did 10 years ago. Honestly all I'd say is trust the process because she knows exactly what she's doing. Fantastic experience: I didn’t have the chance to have many lessons with Salina. Just around 5 hours of driving to refresh my memory and then using the car for my G test, but I can definitely say even if it was only for a short time, I had a pleasant experience. She is a nice person & during the driving hours, we had pleasant conversations. When it was time for the test, I was extremely nervous (I have anxiety and I don’t respond to the stress & pressure of a test well). Salina tried to stay by my side as long as she could and tried to distract me by conversation and different topics. It did help me alot and I really really appreciate that! I wish her the best and I would not hesitate to recommend her to somebody else!

Fantastic experience: I had never driven in Canada or on the right side of the road before. 5hrs with Salina guiding me was good enough for me to get the G license. She was calm, patient and gently pointed out areas where I had to pay more attention. It was a relaxed atmosphere and didn’t feel like a class at all.

Fantastic experience: I’m writing this right away passing my road test and I want to share my experience with public. I’m a beginning driver in Canada with very less experience in India. Within very little lessons, Salina make me a professional and a good driver. The way she guide you, teach you and care you will result in your driving life. Not only to pass your road test. Fantastic experience: Salina is nice, kind, and helpful! She is very knowledgeable and provides feedback when required. Her prices are affordable and she is very accommodating to your schedule. I passed my G1 exit road test on my first try because of her help. She really makes you relaxed and calm and doesn't make you feel bad if you make mistakes and never yells as she will help you fix those mistakes. She teaches how to park and drive properly really well! Please read her website beforehand as her website has all the answers to questions. Make sure to call her or text her to let her know you have purchased a package on her website so she can figure out what dates you can meet with her as it will help you out! She is very communicative with you and patient! I highly recommend her, don't give into the bad reviews as the majority of her reviews are good which is the truth.

Fantastic experience: I had Salina as my instructor, and she was very nice and highly skilled. Always she keeps punctuality and adjust your schedule when ever you request. She would explain things to you clearly, therefore you would feel comfortable with your driving even when you made a mistake. She would correct your mistakes and properly fix it.She never ever get angry on students. I just passed my G2 today, all thanks to Salina. Would highly recommend going here.

Positive experience: I just passed my G Road Test today at Metro East!! I purchased the 5-Hour G2 Exit package from her. Some pros and cons.... PROs: - Salina was accommodating with the dates I wanted to take lessons for. - Always very punctual and on time. - On the day of the exam, she made me feel at ease and confident which was really important. CONs: - Instead of picking me up from my downtown home, she wanted me to meet a 10 minute walk away, at that point why not just pick me up? - During her lessons, she typically ends much earlier. Overall, I only drove 4 hours and 15 minutes. At one point, I did see her sleeping while I was driving the highway. She also didn't provide much feedback during my sessions. - Lastly, there was one time we confirmed a date/time and she last minute switched on me which actually accommodated me better but it was the principle which annoyed me. Overall: I picked her because she was closely located downtown and had many 5 star reviews. But, compared to some other instructors I would say she was okay. I did really like that she made me feel at ease on the day of the test. To all those getting their license, good luck!!

She did everything possible to accommodate my very tight deadlines and when a problem came up (car had a flat, not her fault or mine!) she went way above and beyond and far beyond the extra mile to make sure I get to the test center. Fantastic experience: Had a great time learning how to drive from Salina. You'll go through everything, and most driving techniques are eased into, so plenty of time to adjust to the driving basics and then get into the more intermediate stuff later. I felt comfortable letting her know any potential weaknesses I felt I had, which she gave me advice and time to practice for, as well as any potential complaints which she was open to hearing. She also gave me time to practice a little right before my G2 test, and thanks to that, I was able to pass. Absolutely recommend learning from Salina if you are a complete beginner driver. -Update (Nov 23. 2023) -> Reconnected with Salina again, and she helped me de-rust with driving, and today I just passed the final G2 exit road test. Thankful for Salina's guidance, and can wholeheartedly recommend anyone to learn from her. She's very nice, can immediately recognize your driving shortcomings, and put you on the right path to getting your full G license.

Fantastic experience: I got my license (G2) today with Salina'a help. She was very good, accomodated my request for the class/ test one day before. She instructed me over the phone with how to confirm and pay online, and she followed up right after, and was very clear with her instructions. We got very little time before my appointment but she was very keen on showing me all the tricks and hacks to pass , she was honestly more concerned than me, given that I already have driving experience. Salina has an assertive demeanor , yet she is very caring, kind and easy to talk to. Thank you for today Salina :)

Fantastic experience: Salina's guidance really helped me quickly get acquainted to driving in Canada (right side of the road and the different traffic rules), and was able to pass the G2 road test on the first try. I highly recommend her in-car refresher driving courses if you're an immigrant familiar with driving but need to learn how to drive in Canada.

Fantastic experience: Salina was excellent. I worked with a previous instructor and failed but I wont call any names. Since the first day I switch to Salina I knew I would pass. She was very punctual, friendly, professional, knowledgeable and very patient with me. Even when sometimes I was late or lost for class she would try her best to come and pick me up. I very much enjoyed all of my lessons and she gave me lots of advice on anything I was unsure about for my road test itself. Test day with Salina was also excellent. We spent a couple minutes driving near the center to ensure I was comfy and ready to go. I also love how she asked me what I wasn't confident in and we worked on all my weakness and I think thats what really made me pass, she was very honest with me and told me what I need to focus on the most. Overall I would give 100 stars if possible im excited to start driving in the summer & there's no way I would have passed without the lessons Salina is the best!

Fantastic experience: SR Safe Driving School is the best driving school in Toronto. I tried many times to get my licence with other instructors paid more and was not successful after taking the test that was couple years ago. I almost gave up thinking of taking the drivers test plus I have anxieties about driving after previous driving schools and instructors. Salina from SR Safe Driving School was my instructor and she was respectful and made all my anxieties go away. I learned to be a safe driver not only for myself but also for other drivers on the road. The lessons was relaxed and most importantly educational. I went to take the test today with Salina and passed the test. I wish I went to her from the get go I would have saved many dollars. I would give more stars but there is only 5 stars allowed :) Also her price is more reasonable than others out there.

Fantastic experience: I trained with Salina for my G2 driving test and passed the exam this week at port union. Salina was very thorough throughout the training. The good thing about training with Salina is that she doesn’t care about you just passing the exam, she actually genuinely wants to learn driving safely rather than focus on the exam alone. She is very effective communicator and understands very easily what you are good at and what needs improvement. She was very accommodative when scheduling the classes. I have a lot of anxiety issues especially when it comes to driving but when I gave the exam it was very straightforward, all thanks to Salina. Though I was nervous during the exam, I still managed to pull it off. After I finished the exam, Salina was happier and all excited than me that I passed the exam lol. I really hope I remember all her lessons when I start driving soon. If I am still in Toronto, next year I will make sure I train with Salina to finish my G exam as well if possible. Thanks again for all your time, appreciate everything you do for the students.

Fantastic experience: I came to Salina after having some unpleasant experience in a driving school. She has restored my confidence and love for driving and I am extremely grateful to her for that. She is honest, patient and she will go above and beyond for you to learn how to drive properly and safely. Everything with her seems easy to learn. I was terrified of parallel parking, and the first time she showed me how to do it, that was it! Easy! Salina is also very supportive which has made a huge difference for me and she genuinely wants her students to succeed. I only wish I have met her earlier. I got my G2 today, I could not be happier! Positive experience: Always punctual and was never late to our appointments. Salina was able to help me obtain my full G license on my first try. Salina is a tough instructor but once she begins to feel more comfortable with your driving, use this as an indication that you are ready for the test.

Negative experience: Terrible instructor,Disgusting and unprofessional service, instructor cancels my lesson on the day then we rescheduled it for a different date but when I asked for the time to be changed I got no reply, she then decides not to show up at all but still happily takes the money. The instructor always shows the same thing. Over the scheduled 1 hour you only drive 35 minutes to 40 minutes, during which the instructor talks more about his private life than learning to drive.

Fantastic experience: Keeping you calm as a driver is one of the most essential skills of an instructor, and that's exactly what Salina does really well. She's always punctual and keeps things light while pointing out improvement areas. I also liked how easy it was to pay through interac and just get started. The process of getting a license is quite an expense in most western countries. I had initially signed up for 2 days of classes and although I've driven almost 20 years in multiple continents I felt I needed to learn what's relevant for the local test context. I got through my G test today on my first attempt. I'm glad I signed up for 3 more without any slight coercion of hers, because I needed it, I had gotten too used to the amazingly safe merging lanes of the Netherlands. Eventually, I realized the chances on your test are based on reducing human error in the relevant situations you discover.

Fantastic experience: Great school. Salina, the instructor, was very professional, scheduled everything in advance and was always on time. She taught me everything I needed to know about the exam and most importantly how to stay safe in the road.

Negative experience: Got her phone number from another instructor. Contacted her and set up two 2-hour appointments via text. Took 2 days off work for this. 30 minutes before the first appointment, I even texted her to confirm we will meet in 30 minutes and she confirmed. At the time of the appointment when I went to meet up and texted her that I am here, she simply called and said you should have made appointment through website. If you like your serenity, STAY AWAY. I am still overwhelmed with disappointment that I wasted 2 of my off days at work to be faced with such unusual level of unprofessionalism. She has no respect for your time whatsoever. Once again, STAY AWAY
