Negative experience: Ok, where to start??? Go anywhere but here. It's so poorly organized, they change class dates without notice, give classes in English when we request French. It's very difficult to get availability for practical classes, then they ask us for more money because we've exceeded the contract date (due to lack of availability). No parallel practice, just going on the highway once briefly. We had two different instructors, one very incompetent who sleeps next to you, and the other who gives good advice but talks about Jesus and God trying to convert with a website.... Not to mention that the classes last 40 minutes when they mention 1 hour... Then when it was time to schedule the last class, since I was very tight on the dates, they asked me for more money to reactivate the file. After insisting, they said okay but to leave a good review in return. Blackmail!!! Take $1600 and throw it out the window, it's the same thing....

Fantastic experience: Excellent school! I took my car driving lessons as well as my motorcycle driving lessons there. I always had a great experience. The teachers are passionate and involved. They are very accommodating in scheduling lessons and do everything they can to help us finish our lessons quickly. Thanks to them, I was able to pass my car and motorcycle exams on the first try!

Negative experience: Too bad for them. The training is weak, my instructor keeps using his cell phone during the lessons, he didn't teach me anything. No instructor in the mornings during August and September. I'm paying for nothing... The receptionist works well, that's the only thing I appreciate.

Fantastic experience: I am writing in response to the one star review from Tushar Kumar. I really mean no drama but I was there that day and I can't believe what I just read, and I can't find how to respond directly. I deeply apologize but your comments are just not true. It's just not true. And with this attitude you will not get very far in the bikers community. As a lady learner rider, bikers until now have been nothing but gentlemen, Gentlemen!!! all of them!!! School and out. Even when I did my fist two hours on the road with the school, an other young student was waiting for me everytime I was stalking at stop signs. They kept me in the middle and noone left me behind. Ryan explained to us that day the importance to change bikes durning the courses as we need to learn them all (smaller, taller, stronger, heavier etc.etc). We all 5 of us rotated bikes. And in all schools bikes are messed up on the closed circuit because we drop them while learning....you know like you did... I ended up again with the gray Honda that day (after rotating like everyone )because I was the only girl, the smallest of you all and it was the lowest and lightest one. If you hadn't pulled a baby tantrum and left you would have seen at the end that Ryan was showing me how to stop my bike with my right foot on the brake and the other in the road. You need someone to show you properly because once you will be on the road alone you will kill yourself. The exit of the school is on a high speed road. Ofcours you need to gear up. This is a motorcycle class. Honestly I ended up being a very slow learner and the school has been nothing but patient with me. The bikes we have on the road are in perfect condition - and trust me I tried afew because I needed more hours that a usual student-. Again I apologize but I just can't believe what I just read. Please be careful with public comments. I repeat....it is a motorcycle class. Thank you.

Negative experience: Hi dear people As i let you guys know from beginning this driving school is a scam They give half your class in 1 year and the other half they give next year they ask for more money other wise they don’t give your classes So they just take your money and not giving classes

Negative experience: Had a bad experience! The instructors I had were always late and cut corners on practice time, aside from which, they also tend to be less than adequately attentive. I learnt more from my father and I didn't have to pay him. The school was bad at time management, which means they tend to give an appointment and then forget about it. I've already wasted my money, so I'm writing this so that you won't.

Fantastic experience: Was really fun and enjoyable. Only had Joe once as an instructor but he was really good wish I had him more. In short, I recommend this driving school.

Fantastic experience: Ulrick was the kindest and most effective instructor in his business. He always corrected me during my mistakes and helped me a lot throughout all my driving lessons; he is quite young, which might be why I felt more comfortable with him. The girls at the administration always prioritized my availability for my classes and were very nice throughout my experience. Thank you to this school and all the staff.

Negative experience: I am responding to this comment; nobody left me an email or phone number to speak to someone higher up, instead of asking me what the problem you assume is. Obviously, this is addressed to the right person, otherwise how would you know that I work for a competitor or the name of the student? I NEVER wrote that in my comment. The first call she made was over a month ago to inquire about a transfer, I guess she wasn't precise but the secretary thought it was to another driving pro (the secretaries actually do the follow-up) about two weeks later, she called back and asked for information about her file, the secretary mentioned that he wasn't sure if it was a transfer to pro conduite Valleyfield or to another school in general. The student then said she would call back. About a week or two later, we both went to pro conduite in Valleyfield, talked to the man who was there, he noted her number and told her that he would contact Brossard to get her certificate and find out the cost of a transfer. I waited another two weeks and no call. That's when I called over a week ago, the secretary was very rude, constantly interrupting me, I wasn't shouting or swearing just frustrated. She informed me that she spoke to the student and the worker from Valleyfield but that wasn't true because I was present and when I asked what number she had called, she gave me my number. She then said she would ask the director to call you and guess what? STILL NO CALL. And you want to talk about professionalism? Maybe you should get your information directly because I spoke to the SAAQ and they told me that for phase 1, you do not need a bucket, you only need a bucket at the end of the course. Now you refuse to send the certificate by email and to carry out her transfer? And yes, I know she can start in Ph2 but for that, she needs her certificate to look for her apprentice and the transfer, after all that, she definitely does not want to stay with you, let's see. We moved an hour away and it's difficult to get to Brossard... as I said, you can just email her certificate...

Un grand MERCI Ryan d'avoir été aussi patient avec moi ça été long et ardu, Un grand MERCI a Pierre de ca patience et ça disponibilité pour céduler des cours privé avec son horaire changé, un excellent service , Et un grand Merci à Mylene d'avoir été à l'écoute et de m'avoir encourager quand j'étais décourager. Fantastic experience: Grâce à l’expérience et la patience de Ryan je peux enfin conduire ma propre moto. Certainement le meilleur instructeur de moto. C’était pas gagné avec moi qui était maladroite, stressée et crispée à la limite du possible à mes débuts. J’ai réussi l’examen du premier coup avec une note presque parfaite. Anne a l’administration a tout fait pour que je puisse avoir mes cours malgré mon horaire de fou. Merci à vous maintenant je réalise un rêve que j’avais depuis des années.

Negative experience: Il y’a quelques semaines j’ai laissé un commentaire concernant leurs services car la dame a l’accueil m’avait raccroché au nez en me disant « qu’ils étaient occupé ». Quand on est occupé on ne répond pas à un appel on termine d’abord ce que l’on fait ( enfin moi je travaille comme ça. Bref. La secrétaire et ensuite la directrice m’ont rappeler en me demandant de supprimer le commentaire et que pour ma visite vous me feriez un prix à cause de ce mal entendu . Ce que j’ai accepté… le Lundi 17 avril je vous rappel en demandant des conseils pour l’inscription et que j’étais prête. J’explique à nouveau notre accord que j’ai eu avec « la secrétaire » et la directrice , au téléphone la fille confirme le rendez-vous téléphonique « c’est noté nous allons vous rappeler le Mardi 18 ». Depuis j’attend l’appel. Ok je comprend peut être que vous ne voulez plus de l’accord qu’on a eu au téléphone mais la Vraiment je suis déçue aucun professionnalisme je ne sais pas si les appels sont enregistrés mais la c’est juste affreux de jouer au Ping pong avec le client … mais enfin bref. Sachez que que pour moi l’option proconduite Brossard c’est mort, je ne viendrai plus et souhaite que personne ne me recontacte. Pour le coup je met vraiment 1*. Je viens d’arrivée au Canada il y’a 1 mois , depuis que je suis là , c’est la première fois que je tombe sur un cas comme ça. Mais je n’insiste pas les autres clients à ne pas y aller faites vous meme l’expérience… bonne journée !

Negative experience: Je mets 2 étoiles c’est juste pour la secrétaire Manal qui est très gentille, sympa et les deux ancien propriétaire Jo et son frère qui ont été très sympa avec moi. Cette auto école manque de personnel, le moniteur est toujours sur son téléphone, n’ai pas concentré pour ma part je devais toujours dire dans quel direction on devait aller ou alors il m’indiquer le chemin mais à la dernière minutes. Et il ne m’a jamais appris à me stationner. Heureusement que mes deux cours avec les anciens propriétaires m’ont appris les bases et que j’apprends vite et que mon mari a été là tout mon parcours pour m’apprendre parce que sinon sa aurait un gros problème. Le moniteur me disait « au prochain cours » et je n’ai jamais rien eu à part conduire.

Fantastic experience: Super école de conduite! L'administration est très sympathique et accomodante. Aucun problème à plannifier mes cours. Les cours théoriques étaient interactif et intéressant, ce qui n'est pas toujours facile par zoom. Très bien vulgariser et facile à comprendre! Et Ryan est la personne parfaite pour t' apprendre a conduire une moto!! Je me sens en confiance sur une moto. Beaucoup de pratique et de milage sur la route avec le prof. Je recommande très fortement cette école! ️

J’ai changé d’école pour aller chez proconduite, et contrairement à mon ancienne école, proconduite faisait de son possible pour m’aider à scheduler mes cours avant que mon permis expire. Les professeurs m’ont donné beaucoup de conseils afin de perfectionner ma conduite et la secrétaire est tellement gentille! Elle a fait tout pour que j’aille mes cours, wow! J’ai pu réussir mes 2 exams théorique et pratique en un seul essai. 100% le service, je recommande cette école à tout le monde.

Negative experience: Poor management , non professionals

Negative experience: Motorcycle. It is really hard to get information from it. Left many messages, they don't return the calls. Except when it was to get the credit card number, they returned in 1 hour. Once you do the SAAQ theory test, you have 1 month to do the mandatory theory and the practice classes an them you can do the SAAQ close track test. But you must know that at Pro Conduit Brossard it will take way longer, it is one of those classes a week, and you must be lucky, in my case the 1st theory class is 2 weeks after I registered. *I don't need to learn how to ride a motorcycle(not a master but I can ride), I have license in other country and used to ride, I just need to go with the formality and learn the tricks to pass the SAAQ test. I am in the process, I will edit this as it go.

Fantastic experience: Motorcycle: I would chose this company over any other because of the teacher . Ryan is by far the most patient person I know . He knows exactly how to make someone as nervous as me a confidant biker. Over and above that he is an excellent teacher, he his really funny during the classes and he knows his stuff. He will work with you and give you tips to succeed- whatever it is you need to improve. Highly recommend . Also special note to Anne the receptionist who is very helpful and patient - she must have explained me the path to getting my licence twenty times and always did it with patience and professionalism . Great team - this is what makes this place stand out from the competition

Fantastic experience: Honestly the best experience I ever had I’ve been trying to get in contact with technique for days now and it’s like it’s impossible they never answer or they hang up on you so I said screw this and I decided to go with a new driving school and this one I call someone answers right away and I’m English and they were more than happy to speak to me in English very polite answered all the questions I needed and that’s why I give this place A five star I should be starting my course very soon but from what I’ve heard this place seems very promising and I was very very very happy with the service of the secretary I do forget her name when she was super kind and super nice and help me with everything I needed

Mais savez vous quoi...les 2 profs en circuit fermé savent nous rassurer et nous mettre confortable. Ils ne sont pas seulement des profs, ils ont une expérience de vie. Les démonstrations étaient très clair. Je suggère cette école haut la main!!

Negative experience: La dame aux cheveux blancs au bureau d'entrée est bête terrible. Je suis un parent et me faire pratiquement engueuler car je demande une information et son bureau est fermé depuis 2 minutes!!! Manque de professionnalisme grave. Pas fort.

Negative experience: Très très mauvais Les cours sont déplacés ou dure moins longtemps que prévu La gestion des paiement est très mauvaise car le système fonctionne très mal Des employés qui ne connaissent pas leur job et doivent consulté leur colègue a longueur de temps Les horraires change a tous bout de champ Pour avoir des sorties sur la route cela prend de 1 mois a 2 mois pour avoir un rendez-vous

Fantastic experience: Very good team in the motorcycle segment. Did my training with these guys and I really enjoyed, and the most important, I got my license without any troubles. Serious team that will require discipline and dedication from you.

Negative experience: Cour de moto....J'ai suivi mes cours avec eux il y a 14 ans et jai été très bien traité. Mais dernièrement j'ai et témoin de leur façon d'agir avec certains clients. Propos discriminatoire envers certaines femmes. Prof très impatient et agressif face à des élèves moin doués. À un certain point, les moin doués sont laissés à l'écart. Certaines élèves se décourage et quitte le groupe.
