Negative experience: very bad driving school for learners and bad customer service. First of all, they connot tell neither explain to you clearly why you made a mistake so you will actually repeat it many times because you don’t understand the mistake that you made. one stays silent the whole ride and other ones just speak without shutting their mouth a second confusing as hell. Secondly, they tried many times to charge me money for their own mistakes and some of them were rude on the phone and started talking very rudely. A bad experience makes you hate the school and driving.

Fantastic experience: Je voulais juste écrire à quel point je suis restée satisfaite du niveau de services que j'ai reçu à l'école NASR. J'étais en train d'échanger mon permis étranger pour un permis québécois, et je n'avais pas beaucoup d'expérience de conduite. Seulement 2 cours avec instructeur Ibrahim m'ont permis à me rappeler comment conduire une voiture et apprendre et pratiquer tous les astuces pour passer l'examen pratique. Ce que j'ai fait du premier essai. Un bonus supplémentaire pour moi est, le fait que les tarifs sont très modérés, et, de plus, sont taxes incluses. Merci beaucoup!

Negative experience: Le service à la clientèle zéro et la réceptionniste impoli et mal élevé En plus elle est la fille de propriétaire de l'école Elle retraite les gens comme des animaux aucun respect Elle accueille les clients avec méchanceté Et la meilleure elle répond même pas au téléphone en est obligée de se déplacer au bureau et quand tu arriver au bureau il ya personne Moi je déconseille tout la communauté de saint Laurent de faire affaire avec cette école

Fantastic experience: I've been attending for the practical driving courses here for more than 2 years on and off. The reason for this is because I am honestly a despicable driver! To give some context, I took a total of 4 hours of parking lessons and I still terribly suck. However, my instructor Nasr has the patient of a saint and I am learning slowly. The folks that work here are very nice too, I didn't attend my classes for 1+ years (due to covid) and they still remembered that I had classes left. So I'm a little surprised by some of the negative reviews since they seem very accommodating.

Fantastic experience: I had an Amazing experience. I had signed up with another driving school and i was very disappointed. After switching to Nasr it made a huge difference with my confidence and driving skills. Honestly it was the best decision i had ever done!! They are super helpful with very personalized trainers and encouraging instructors. I PASSED MY DRIVING EXAM ON THE FIRST TRY THANKS TO NASR!! I strongly recommend!!!

Negative experience: They always try to charge you a fee for the dumbest possible reason. They even tried to scam me a couple of times by saying I didn't pay for the month and I personnaly had to show them my copy of the Dollaramma bought receipt they give you.
