Negative experience: Ils sont mal organisés. Aucun professionnalisme. Pas souriant. Parle au téléphone pendant les cours sur la route. Arrive en retard. Mauvaise préparation pour les examens. Surtout n'allez pas dans cette "école". J'ai dû terminer la formation dans une autre école.

Fantastic experience: Contrairement aux autres avis, j'ai été ravie de faire mon apprentissage a MTL PRO. J'ai conduit sur plusieurs routes différentes, en centre ville, vers tout l'est de Montréal, notamment Anjou. Avant l'examen je suis même allée jusqu'a Henri Bourassa. J'ai conduit sur Sherbrook et Notre Dame, aussi bien que sur des routes a 30. J'ai tourné a gauche comme a droite, et le prof m'a parfois fait remarquer que je roulais trop vite car je me calquais sur le rythme des autres automobilistes. Dans l'ensemble, j'ai eu de bons conseils et j'ai obtenu mon permis enceinte de 8 mois. il est possible que le coronavirus ait rendu l'accès plus difficile a cette petite école familiale, d'où les mauvaises critiques.

Negative experience: Si vous pouvez aller ailleur, allez ailleur! Mal organisé. Ils vous appel 1 jour avant votre cour pour vous en informer et charge 40$ si vous n'y êtes pas. De plus, les cours sont sur des longue périodes puisqu'ils n'ont pas assez detudiant. Et le apres covid... les cours sont recommencé depuis len15 juin. Pas pour eux. Aucun rapel, aucune mise à jour. Jappel dautre ecole et ils répondent direct. Ahh oui dernier detail... ils n'ont pas jugé bon offrir des cours en ligne au long de la pandémie, ce que 90% des écoles de conduite ont fait. Ils ne retourne pas les appels. Jai même du apeller l' AECQ. Qui, eux aussi narive pas a joindre le proprio. Les cours pratique... TOUJOURS la même route... très peu de tourné à gauche ... toujours a droite... sur des routes a 30km... et quand vous respectez les limites, le prof peze sur la pedale de son bord parce que sa va pas assez vite pour lui... Sérieusement, allez ailleur!

Negative experience: Ne répondent jamais (impossible de prendre un rendez vous alors que nous avions payé), tout le temps fermé, les rendez vous sont mal planifiés, apprentissage non satisfaisant ... Allez voir ailleurs ...

Negative experience: Aucun professionnalisme. J’étais supposé passer mon examen de la phase 1 au début du mois de janvier. J’ai dû les harceler jusqu’en février pour recevoir un appel en fin juin pour mon examen. De l’argent perdue pour rien!
