Fantastic experience: Nick is an excellent instructor. I took the GLP licensing program as a driver with no prior experience. He was very helpful and patient with teaching me the techniques needed to successfully pass the road test. The routes that we practiced allowed me to drive well despite being very nervous on the test day. I managed to pass first try and I highly recommend this school!

Fantastic experience: I just passed my class 7 driving test. Stella is a very nice and professional driving coach. I’ve tried with different coaches before but Stella is the most detailed one and she’ll do a review every time at the end of the sessions, which helps a lot to get improvement :)

Fantastic experience: I booked them in winter of 2018 and passed in January 2019. Excellent driving school where they teach you rules and include 14 hours of driving lessons. I booked more lessons cause I wasn't confident yet. But after the course, I passed first time thanks to their strict grilling to make sure you drive properly! Worth the money!

Fantastic experience: I passed my class 5 road test 1st time ! Nicholas Kie is a professional, detailed and patient instructor. He is calm and explain clearly any mistakes & gave me the confidence to handle the wheel without being overly critical. I only had time for two lessons with Nicholas the day before my test due to my job schedule. Nicholas shared everything without holding back and is not trying to make you sign up for more classes than you need. That’s being professional and ethical. Although I’m a 20 years driver from another country but I have to do my conversion driving license test in Vancouver. Trust me do at least 3 lessons before your test…for your own and others safety. Driving in a new country is totally different. Invest in a good instructor save you so much more and probably your life in the long run. Thank you Nicholas! You are God sent.

From day one, Charles was super chill and friendly. He knew how to teach me in a way that worked best for me, and he always made sure I was comfortable in the driver's seat. We went through everything I needed to know to be a safe driver, and he was always there to answer my questions. Charles was super patient and supportive, even when I messed up. He was always calm and reassuring, which made me feel more confident on the road. Plus, he knew exactly what I needed to work on and gave me great feedback to help me improve. Even though I didn't pass on my first attempt, Charles didn't get discouraged. Instead, he helped me figure out what went wrong and how to fix it. Thanks to his guidance, I nailed it on my second try! Long story short, Charles is an amazing driving instructor who really cares about his students. He's got the perfect balance of patience, dedication, and teaching skills. Fantastic experience: Had a ten hour package along with two extra hours for practice with the instructor Charles. Starting from zero experience and prior driving. I was able to learn everything I needed and successfully passed my class 7 road test on the first attempt!

Fantastic experience: I took my driving lesson with instructor Stella, and she was tremendously helpful, supportive, and professional. Her classes not only create a comforting and welcoming atmosphere but also contain many practical and valuable techniques, allowing difficult areas, such as parallel parking or backing into the stall, to become tangible and manageable. Moreover, her test route predictions were unbelievably accurate; the route she took me for my last training session is what I was tested on for my N license. This allowed me to have some expectations during the road test, which reduced my stress and helped me to pass the road test on the first try. Lastly, Stella is reliable; you can throw your questions and concerns at her, and she will respond fairly quickly. In short, I really enjoyed taking lessons with Stella, and I will definitely recommend her to my friend. In fact, one of my friends is very interested, but sadly, Stella's current schedule is full. However, there is no doubt that my friend and I are both looking forward to working with Stella again.

Fantastic experience: Charles is my instructor, and I got a one-take pass to change my Hong Kong license to BC Class 5 license. Charles is very professional, patient and friendly. His class is not only for passing the test but also for helping me become a safer and smarter driver. Strongly recommend no matter you start from zero or you plan to change your foreign license.

Fantastic experience: I do not drive for a long time (my licence is on RHD) and without Nick's assistance, I could not have passed the Class 5 road test in one attempt. Nick is very attentive and focused in identifying my areas of improvement and uses various drills to help me fixing the issues. He keeps log on every class so that he can organise the practice sessions in a structured manner. He is patient to students and gives positive reinforcement on your progress. He has the skills, knowledge and ways to help you passing the test. I strongly recommend Nick to be your instructor, no matter at what level you are in.

Fantastic experience: I’ve had some driving experience but stopped driving for a few years and decided to get myself some driving lessons. I called multiple driving schools but I was not able to get lessons as fast as I wanted it to. I read the reviews here and one review suggested to ask for Nick as an instructor; I called and got in touch with Nick and he has helped me so much. He has a lot of patience and it is really good at explaining things and takes notes, which I really appreciate so I can continue to improve in my driving. So, if you are a beginner I suggest you to request for Nick. He is also super friendly and respectful. Which also helped me with my anxiety since I haven’t driven in a few years. I feel so much better now behind the wheel. ☺️

From consistent learning, re-training or taking GLP Program, you know your weakness and are able to strengthen yourself to be a good and safe driver. Negative experience: (TL;DR: Receptionist was unprofessional and told me to take my business elsewhere.) After reading so many good reviews about Nick as instructor I called Excellent driving school to book classes. Sadly it didn’t work out, hence the 1 star. Over the phone, the receptionist was rushing through HER questions and hung up on me before I could finish asking my questions...I didn’t get to request Nick, and I didn’t get to tell her that I didn’t want to start the lessons right away, instead I was trying to see their availability 3 months from now...I didn’t bother calling back so as to avoid the same confusing & rushed convo. A couple hours after, an instructor did text me but I guess he wasn't informed by the receptionist as he didn't seem to be aware any of the other requests I made. i.e. class packages I was interested in. So I decided to send them a message on their website instead, explaining what had happened and hoping for a better, more organized response. The next day, the receptionist called me on her personal phone. Instead of resolving the issue & helping me book the lessons I was looking for, she spent her efforts trying to convince me that she did not hang up on me and that she did her job properly. At one point, I tried to explain that I wanted to book lessons early since I heard lots of driving schools have long waitlists due to COVID. Perhaps she thought I was bringing up the competition for whatever reason but she started to take things personally. Her attitude COMPLETELY changed at the mention of “other schools”. Now instructor Nick was apparently no longer available EVER, and I was told to take my business elsewhere... *UPDATE: As I was finishing up this review, the receptionist emailed me to tell me again that I am not welcomed at the school (...as retaliation? it was already made clear over the phone that I will not be able to take classes with them). I have attached a screenshot of our email correspondence. **If you are unable to view the screenshot, here is the EXACT message I got: "Thank you for you email yesterday. If you still searching for other school, please go ahead and we wont wait for you in MAY. Thank you for your inquiry." Even though it seems that I am banned from the school forever, I do envy those who get to take lessons with Nick as I heard such wonderful things. But if I am going to spend hundreds of dollars somewhere, I’d rather the money go to a school with someone who handles things professionally.
