The instructor "YACOB" were professional, patient, and knowledgeable, making me feel comfortable behind the wheel from day one. Were faced no issues with language barrier. They provided clear instructions and valuable feedback, which helped me gain confidence and improve my driving skills. The scheduling process was smooth and flexible, accommodating my busy schedule. Pick and drop facility most of the time for classes. Very reasonable charges as compared to others among the city. The vehicles were well-maintained and equipped with all necessary safety features. Fantastic experience: I am happy to recommend followed with my 5star rate Yacob, my driving instructor to anyone who may be struggling for passing the Ontario Full-G test. From showing up early for classes to patiently helping me understand the rules and regulations exactly while on the road on each spots very politely, he is so professional and supportive. I had only a few practice sessions with him but that was enough to get me my Full-G License. It is my pleasure to mention that this is the most affordable and one of the most wanted drive school in the Kitchener -Waterloo region. Once again thanks for my trainer Yacob.
