I have all proof of payment to Abdul Qadir Mir, and all proof of messages with Instructor M. I was your customer and I felt robbed. Disappointing Experience with Canadian Star Driving Academy: I booked a lesson and a refresher plus a car for my G test with Canadian Star Driving Academy, and my experience was far from satisfactory. Communication was a major issue; after making the payment via e-transfer, I struggled to get in touch with anyone, leaving me feeling like I had been scammed. Scheduling my lesson was chaotic, with repeated inquiries about my test date, reflecting a lack of organization. On the test day, the refresher was virtually non-existent; the instructor only mentioned the tester's basic questions and signal checks. The instructor showed minimal interest during the drive, providing no corrections or valuable tips for the test. The condition of the car was appalling—the dashboard barely functioned, necessitating speed conversions from miles to km/h in my own head while I drove. Warning lights, including the oil light, kept flashing made for a discomforting testing experience. Despite over 10 years of driving, I failed the test, and I blame it on the poor conditions of the vehicle. After failing the test the instructor didn’t go over anything with me. Just said “better luck next time”. I decided to book my own test with my car 10 days later, and I passed immediately. The decision to seek a refresher was regrettable, as it never materialized and I wasted my money. My choice to join this academy based on positive Google reviews turned out to be a severe disappointment and the reviews are now very questionable to me. I had previously had taken this same service with other academies and it was amazing.

Positive experience: Getting a license to drive is a very uplifting feeling, its like getting a genie on wheels - your whish is his command. Steer and go. Fantastic experience: CSDA and Mike had been extremely helpful and supportive to me. With driving test just gradually opening up now in Ontario after the pandemic it has been a challenge to book a road test. I was able to secure a last minute test and had less than 10 hours to prep for the test and was able to connect with Mike who was able to squeeze me in on his schedule for a quick prep and provide me his car for the test. We arrived at the test center and the examiner wasn’t in a good mood and she failed me by just looking at me, racism at its best. The exam just told me you have failed rebook the exam bye. I was so hurt and disappointed about the situation and was ready to leave the test center but when Mike heard about the situation.l he fought me he went to the examiners asked for an explanation and spoke to the supervisor, after wait whereby I gave up but Mike did not and he believed I should get a fair opportunity for my exam since I paid and did not even get a chance to be examined on my driving skills. Mike was able to speak to the supervisor explain to him that the examiner rejected me based on racism and nothing else the supervisor approved for me to go and do my test with a different examiner. I passed my road test and I can’t thank Mike enough for the support!!!!!

Fantastic experience: I got my G2 license today. Thanks to my instructor Meer ! He teaches you actual basis of defensive driving which you will remeber and no shortcuts. He is very accommodating, goes above and beyond to teach. While teaching he is very patient, actually understand where you are lacking in skills and work on them with you, very polite person and cheers you on.
