Fantastic experience: This is honestly the best driving school that I have gone to. I was previously with another driving school in the same area and they lowered my self confidence completely, they always yelled at me for making mistakes and made me feel bad about my driving abilities. Especially, I struggled a lot with driving anxiety and they never reassured me. However when I stated going to prestige and I started working with Mr. joy, he completely boosted my self confidence and has made me a much more better driver. He is the best driving instructor that I have ever had and he tries his absolute best to reassure his students. I am extremely grateful to have him as my instructor and my anxiety is completely gone. I strongly recommend anyone who is struggling with their self confidence with driving or even are struggling with anxiety to give him a try. He will never make you feel bad about yourself and will try his absolute best to turn you into the best driver you can be. Also Sylvie is such a kind receptionist and deserves the absolute world. Her customer service is immaculate and she is very understanding. I absolutely love her, she so sweetThank you prestige for an amazing driving school experience.
Negative experience: Questionable customer service. Very pleasant welcome upon obtaining information and contract completion. Post theory sessions, it is relatively impossible to obtain scheduling for students' practice driving sessions, let alone a firm date when session will commence. Persistant assurance that sessions will be scheduled within a relatively short amount of time (2 weeks), and consistent followups are strongly encouraged. No session has been scheduled in the past four (4) months. The only consistently, are... excuses. Calling the OPC and BBB. UPDATE: Driving school staff was made well aware of children's disabilities from inception of contract and advised to follow through with clear instructions in case of misunderstanding. Email chain not posted publicly to respect privacy. Our family has no history of default on any payment, nor disrespect towards suppliers. We do not appreciate the comments returned on this forum as a result for request for services promised. The only service requested, were dates for on-road driving lessons instead of a constant runaround. And no, it is not, and never has been my intention to ruin the reputation of this business. I do not hold the arrogance, that a lone customer, such myself, holds that kind of power. I am merely posting my experience, and disappointment. Had the school chosen to respond to our requests for scheduling in a timely manner, these chains of reviews would have remained absent from this medium. Your review of 1 star is a prejudgment presenting incorrect information: service was never refused to you (your children have schedules) and there were delays on your side in terms of the completion of the instructions sent to you since July 26th 2024. This is why your children obtained their programs later. Impulsively blaming the school for “questionable service” is unfair and it seems that due to your impatience, you are trying to publicly ruin the reputation of the team and of the school. Instructions in the email were: ▣ Step 1 was to make an installment for Phase 2. To this date (Dec 2nd 2024), a payment for Phase 2 has not been received for your children. ▣ Step 2 prompted students to inform the school of their driving availability. Your children’s availability was received on Oct. 17th 2024 and on Oct 24th 2024. ▣ Step 3 explained our planning and confirmation process, including that the schedules are sent a few days in advance. Although it was written that schedules will be processed “as soon as possible”, there is no specific time-frame mentioned because the processing time is directly affected by the completion of the first two steps above and by the flexibility of the students. Late payment and late reception of the student’s availability may affect the processing time. We work by order of registration; impatiently pressuring the team with your accusatory approach is not an acceptable way to obtain information on your file. The reputation of this school has been built over more than 15 years of hard work and dedication. The team is formed by carefully selected professionals with rich experience in the field. My team and I serve our clients to the best of our ability. Respect between client and business is the most important element in offering and receiving good service. Your strong prejudgment shows that from the start, you have no trust and a lack of respect in my team. For this reason we can no longer serve you professionally. Fantastic experience: I highly recommend this driving school! The team is professional, patient, and very attentive. The instructors (specifically Mr. Fouad and Mr. Mario) are excellent; they take the time to explain each step of the process and adapt to everyone’s pace. Thanks to their caring approach and their teaching methods, I was able to gain confidence and progress quickly. As a result, I passed my driving test on the first try. The vehicles are well maintained, and the organization of the classes is very flexible, which allowed me to practice under good conditions. Fantastic experience: Okay, anyone thinking about a good driving school I would definitely recommend these guys here.. My exam was coming up soon and I was desperately in need of some lessons. I called and went by the exact same day to register. Within the week I had my first class. After a few classes I went and pass my driving exam. They are friendly and knowledgeable. Transparent, fast and friendly service offered.They taught me exactly what I needed to pass my exams. Thanks again.

Positive experience: Good driving school and nice people. I passed my driving test on the first try because I was familiar with the area. The teachers from Prestige are very knowledgeable and take you around the area where the driving test takes place almost every lesson to make sure you’re ready(if you’re doing your test at SAAQ on Henri-Bourassa). Mr. Mario was a great instructor and he gave a lot of good tips for things to keep in mind about some streets and would correct you. Mr. Joy was a really calm and patient instructor. Sylvie was always very helpful and responsive with emails. Delays with COVID made it take longer than expected but I ended up having more experience on the road and was more confident and comfortable when taking the test.

Fantastic experience: I want to thank Mr. joy he is the best I took 7 lessons with another teachers and I did not feel I get the benefits as much as I do with teacher joy. He is so calm and patient and gives a good advice’s.

Fantastic experience: I’m actually a student of prestige driving but previously as I was with Apollo glad they closed their business though they didn’t notice their students. Though I’m with them just for a couple of months I’m happy with the services. Sylvia does a great job by assuring that you have all the info that you need, the instructors are patient and very knowledgeable. I wish I signed up with them at first.

Negative experience: I would like to share my honest review of this school because I was a student. The theory classes went well and gave excellent instructions, but practical courses took a lot of time to an appointment...I will never recommend anyone take courses for this school. for me, it took more than two years to complete the course.
Hi Mr Shubham, We would like to underline that the minimal possible program time of 12 months is calculated from the day of reception of your learner's licence (SAAQ's exigency), and not from your Module 1 (as explained at our first knowledge session). As per our records, you have completed the program for about a year and 7 months. Your contract was renewed free of charge because we did not take you accountable for the COVID-19 delays. Upon reading your comment about how this time affected you, we do not understand the reason behind completing the rest of your program with us - had you requested a school transfer, our team would have assisted you immediately. ▣ COVID-19: We would like to remind you that the school was also closed temporarily for three months due to the pandemic crisis (+subsequent isolations).During the pandemic period, every student was informed at registration about the delays; furthermore, our instructors have mentioned it at every knowledge session. ▣ Program scheduling: We schedule driving sessions per order of registration (per phase). Your program has been planned in accordance with your limited availability, even though you have not always followed the registration procedures properly (especially in Phase 4). ▣ You have registered at at time of frequent COVID-19 isolations (you have also cancelled your appointment due to a COVID symptom before), and this has affected not only our schedules but all institutions on a global scale. We hope that you understand that our school will not risk a COVID-19 breakout in the name of rapidity. ▣ The School's responsibility: Covid-19 and winter road condition-related delays are not under the school's control. The school's responsibility lies in restoring your appointments as soon as possible, which we have always done: throughout your program, we have recorded several instances of the school contacting you for earlier available appointments and sometimes you have refused, even though the appointments were as per your originally provided availability. ▣ Every member of our team goes the extra mile to accommodate every student as much as possible, with the information that is at our disposal; from your comment, we understand that it may not be enough for everyone. Thus, our students are free to stay with us or to change schools at any moment. Thank you for sharing your opinion.

Fantastic experience: Great school, Mr. Mario and Mr. Joy are both great, patient and very knowledgeable instructors, so if they are your teachers for your practical driving lessons then you will for sure pass your road exam at the SAAQ on Henri-Bourassa on your first try. Silvie the receptionist is also very helpful. This school cares about their students, definitely recommend signing up with them. Another good thing about the school is that the teachers take you to practice mostly in the exam area which really helps as by the end of your 15 driving lessons you will really know that area by heart, which improves your chances of passing.

Negative experience: Je vous déconseille grandement de vous inscrire à cette école de conduite. Avoir un seul rendez-vous prend presque 2 mois d'attente. Ils ne répondent pas au courriel de demande de rendez-vous. Ils n'ont pas assez d'instructeurs (2) et de voitures de conduites (2), mais prennent trop d'élève pour leur capacité. Il explique ce retard par la pandémie et nous demande d'être "patient", mais non seulement ils promettent qu'ils ont assez de disponibilités (contrat signé en temps de pandémie), leur retard a des conséquences considérables dans mon parcours personnelles et scolaires. Les étoiles sont attribuées pour l'instructeur, mais 0 pour la gestion.

Fantastic experience: I would give them 10 stars if I could! My anxiety around driving has put me off getting my license for years. I finally decided to bite the bullet and take some driving courses with Prestige after seeing all the positive reviews online. With just 9 driving courses (I didn't need to take the knowledge courses, that's how long I've been avoiding this ), Mario helped me gain the confidence I needed and gave me dozens of super helpful and practical driving tips that allowed me to pass the driving exam at SAAQ Henri-Bourassa on my first try! Can't thank Mario enough. If I can do it, you can too!

Fantastic experience: This is a great school. I passed my road test on the first try. Mario was also an amazing teacher, both for theory and practice. Note: there is another teacher for the english classes (at least when I did it). I'd recommend anyone that understands french to do the french class simply because Mario is so funny. The receptionist answers emails very quickly. She makes sure to adjust your schedule for the driving lessons if necessary and they are really flexible. They even call you to ask if you want another time that might be more convenient!

Fantastic experience: Passed my road test on the first try today, but i must give a huge thanks to Prestige!!!I took about 10 private lessons(at a very reasonable rate), and afterward felt a lot more confident in my skills (prior to this I was always a nervous wreck behind the wheel). The staff was always super friendly and would always try to accommodate my availabilities when they would get an opening. Mario was an excellent driving instructor, very funny, sociable and is great at helping you identify and improve on what skills you need to work on :) Really great overall experience A++++

Il est d'une patience incroyable, tres sympatique et est un excellent instructeur. Fantastic experience: Si vous voulez passer votre permis probatoire du premier coup, l’école de conduite Prestige est le meilleur choix que vous pouvez faire. Ce qui distingue positivement cette école des autres est qu’elle se concentre sur les besoins de chaque élève individuellement, les différents trajets empruntés durant les cours pratiques sont identiques à ceux de l’examen de la SAAQ, ce qui permet de se souvenir complètement des signalisations du parcours. De plus, grâce à Mario, instructeur très sympathique et attentionné, j’ai pu passer l’examen à 100% du premier coup et l’évaluateur de la SAAQ a aussi affirmé que le taux de réussite des élèves de Mario à l’examen pratique est quasiment à 99% et qualifie l’école comme étant “la meilleure”. Très satisfait de cette année passée à l’école Prestige et la recommande fortement à n’importe qui.
Fantastic experience: Excellent driving school experience. The secretary is not only very helpful, but also very warm and welcoming. The schedules were respected. Mario is an excellent instructor, very calm with a good sense of humour, and so informative, he really knows what he’s doing, really focusing on your goal to get a well-deserving driver’s license, emphasizing greatly on road safety, courtesy on the road, and effective maneuvers for parking. He prepares you for your exam, and even lets you drive through the SAAQ office so that you get familiar with the area. I passed my road test on first try, after haven’t any much driving practice in the last 10 years, since I obtained my learner’s permit. After ten -1 hour driving sessions(as my refreshers course)with Mario, I felt ready to take the road test, and success...I have a driver’s license now. Thank you so much, Mario! Fantastic experience: Tres, tres, tres bonne école de conduite! Des les premiers cours pratiques sur la route les instrcteurs vous emmenent sur les lieux de l'examen (Henri-Bourassa et les environs) et c'est la meilleure facon de se préparer. Prenez vos cours avec les 2 instructeurs pour vous habituer a suivre les instructions de personnes différentes ; et si l'un ne vous corrige pas sur quelque chose l'autre instructeur le fera. Les instructeurs sont patients et prennent leur temps pour vous montrer a conduire. Et le prix est raisonnable pour le bon service offert. Merci a la secrétaire qui fait un excellent travail.

J'ai passer avec facilité mes examens, theorique et pratique. Tout cela pour un prix tres raionable. Je vous conseille fortement de choisir l'ecole de conduite Prestige!
Negative experience: Terrible experience!!! Theoretic course is just a waste of time. What you learn in this school is that you shouldn't drink and have drugs when driving. You have to wait for months to get a driving scheduled. As a result, failed exams, huge money paid, close to zero driving skills. You can pass an exam only if you have someone else teaching you besides the school.
Hi Natalia, Thank you for your rating us back in October 2017 (3 stars). We have noticed that you modified your original rating to 2 stars a few days ago. The reason for the new rating is unclear to us, as we did not have any contact with you, nor offered you any of our services since almost a year. Please understand that the driving licence is not a gift. The evaluator makes the decision and as you have realized yourself in your comment, more driving at home is necessary. The program is equal to all and it is set in a way to prepare students with driving at school combined with driving at home. In your case, it wasn't possible for you because your husband didn't have his licence long enough to accompany you on the side. In result you needed to take more lessons. You scheduled only 4 and we changed our surcharged schedules to fit your needs as quick as possible. Do you think it is enough for a beginner driver ? After a few unsuccessful trials on the exam, you understood that you need more lessons and we are sure that in Longueuil they were more expensive. We do not understand your negative opinion because we had told you back then before your first exam that you needed more practice. Finally, you got your licence (congratulations). We wish you safe driving and good luck.

After my first driving lesson, I thought it would take years for me to pass the exam... but I was wrong! I took the exam after one year and I passed it the first time. Fantastic experience: Mario is the instructor of Ecole de conduite Prestige. He's the boss. He's the one to choose if you want to be prepared for SAAQ exams and for good driving habits in the future. He knows how to make you digest all the knowledge with ease and fun by correcting you in good mood and as soon as possible to avoid bad habits. I like this school for the reason that it teaches all of the necessities for being a good driver for a very fair price. He is very adaptive to everyone; from the ones that quivers when driving to the people that wants to grab the parking brake to drift (he probably won't teach you how to drift. He will definitely call you a Formula 1 driver though). Chapeau à Mario!
