Fantastic experience: I got my G2 passed and I didn't have any driving experience before. Luckily, my friend introduced me to Maryam, from Access Driving School. Maryam is an experienced instructor. She is responsible and patient, she encourages me and helps me with all my weaknesses! I highly recommend Maryam and Access Driving School.

Positive experience: Sometimes you won't be driving with your first 10 hours w/ BDE e-learning. I've been @ G1 level almost 10 years now and feel soon I will be able to advance to G2 now that I am sure I could drive without getting into any mischief including native tobacco running off 'Tyendinaga Mohawk Territories', drinking and driving, illegal drivebys, etc. I believe Kingston set the right example in my lifetime with responsible driving so expect I do the same.

Fantastic experience: I started doing the new drivers course back in 2022 and received my G2 with the help of drive instructor Matt! Fast forward two years later with one refresher course (again with Matt) I received by full G license on the first try. I highly recommend this driving school to anyone. I had nearly zero driving experience and they gave me the confidence I needed to become the good driver I am today. Thanks guys!

Fantastic experience: Today, I passed my G2 test, despite having no prior driving experience. Initially, I enrolled with another driving school, but I felt uncomfortable with their instructors. I even abandoned my golden package after trying out two instructors from that school. Then, my friend introduced me to her instructor, Maryam, from Access driving school. He was laid back but at the same time not scared to tell me when I was doing something wrong. He build my confidence up so much. When I first started the in car lessons I was honestly terrified and didn’t have much experience at all on the road. Matt basically taught me how to drive from the ground up. Fantastic experience: I have an international driving license, but it's been more than 5 years since I last drove a car. I contacted Access Driving School to get few lessons before the G2 road test. I was lucky to get Matt as my driving instructor. Besides the fact that Matt tried to be very available to my needs, even when I asked to add a last minute class, he always found the time for me. He was very patient, had a lot of knowledge and experience (and humor!) and most importantly - he helped me gain my confidence on the road back. I always hated driving, it was too scary for me, but after my classes with Matt, I want to get back on the road! Needless to say that I passed my G2 road test on my first try. Matt was a great mentor and I will definitely book his classes again before my G test, and I recommended all my friends to do the same! I really can't recommend him enough.

Fantastic experience: I was lucky enough to have Matt, the owner of this driving school. He is an excellent driving instructor and the rates for lessons and testing are very reasonable. I went in thinking I would need 8 lessons, as I had not driven in a while and have always been an anxious driver. Matt convinced me that I could do fewer lessons (saving me a lot of money) and honestly, after two lessons with Matt I felt prepared for the test. He is calm and personable, and teaches lessons practically so the little details stick with you. Most importantly he helped improve my confidence and lessen my anxiety about driving. I passed my G first try due in large part to this driving school and to Matt’s expertise. Could not recommend more!

Fantastic experience: I had Bosaina as a driver instructor for my G2 driving licence. She is very good at teaching and a very nice person. I am not good at turns, so we were having lots of turns at her lessons, almost at every intersection. I passed my exam at first attempt. I would highly recommend her!

Fantastic experience: For a number of reasons, I decided to learn to drive at fifty. I contacted several driving schools in Kingston and none got back to me. I can't be sure if it was an age bias or other reasons, but it was different with Access Driving School. Via their website, I was able to see course availability and directly schedule myself online. No delays and no fuss. The in-class component was clear and easy to understand, but it was the in-car lessons that slowly built my confidence. I was fortunate to have lessons provided by the owner, who has a lot of experience, including being a Drive Test Examiner himself. He is pragmatic, kind, and fun. I now have my G license, which I could not have done without him. Thank you Matthew, and I'm still really sorry about the snow bank. ;)

Negative experience: my son completed the online course portion...has not heard anything about in car training.....phone calls to their office...no one ever there to answer...no answering machine om can't leave any messages.....emails to the owner go un-replied to........feeling completely ripped off.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely a wonderful experience! I got in touch with them through the registration on the website, and Matt answered me really quickly. I had him as my instructor and he helped me so much! On the day of my test, we did the warm up that really got me prepared for the G test and helped me stay confident and remember all the details to do well on the exam. I passed on the first try, thanks to all of his help! 100% recomend you get in touch with the school through their website, it helps immensely!

Negative experience: If I could leave a zero star review I would. Noone ever answers the phone, the voicemail outright says that they don't answer messages, emails get sent back as undeliverable. The online version of the course freezes continuously, is full of glitches and makes it so some sections can't be completed. I have tried multiple times to get my money back but I my requests keep being ignored.

I learnt a LOT from her (I was a total beginner when I first started learning driving) and also enjoyed working with her a lot. Fantastic experience: My test date was nearing and I wasn’t able to get hold of a good instructor. My driving changed a whole lot after I took lessons from Bosaina. She gives you an actual drive test-like experience with her way of teaching and giving instructions. No matter who you are, she will be able to teach you because that’s how good she is, with her unique way of teaching , with all the MTO rules and practising exercises like 3 point turns and parallel parking. I highly recommend her as she is brilliant with her work.

Fantastic experience: If you are a University Student in Kingston and need to get your G while away from home, but don't have a car, this is the place to do it! I signed my son up, they were very accommodating time wise, and allowed for payment either over the phone with a credit card, or in person with the instructor with debit. Matt was my son's instructor and he was fantastic. He took him on the exact route that the test would take, and was very relaxed which is a plus when snow storms blow into Kingston while on the highway at sunset...He passed, and has now forwarded Matt and Access Drivings info to everyone he knows who needs to complete their G, but doesn't have access to a car. *and the price was very reasonable!! $146 for two hours of training plus the car for the test.

After 30 years out of the country, I was not able to renew my old licence. Jim encouraged me to get it back. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I was away for quite a while. Fotunately, Sherry was very kind to take over and help me a lot so that I can get my G in less than 3 months before my G2 expired. With her good tips and lessons, I got it on the first try. Fantastic experience: Prior to contacting access drivers school, I was at a different institute in Kingston. I felt very rushed, as if my skills to survive the road werent values. I failed my G2 test unwilling to realize I wasnt properly ready for it. Sherry took me in with a smile, welcoming attitude, and taught me properly. I recommend Access to absolutely anybody. I have yet to retake my G2 test, but I can say I am more than confident now that I have to proper tools to pass. THANK YOU ACCESS!!

Negative experience: I payed for my lesson in October 2017, had to call 3 time to finally take my in class in may 2018, and now here i am may 2019 and haven’t done my driving class on the road... Yes i have called, emailed, texted and even went to the office (on the office hours) and no one was there.

Fantastic experience: Access driving is hands down amazing! One of the best instructors ever. She goes over everything slowly and makes sure you get it right until she moves ahead. Is super sweer and explains everything really nicely! Also, has super amazing and easy tricks for parrarell parking and reverse parking! 10/10 would recommend!!
