Negative experience: He's rude. He shouts at me and expects me to know everything already. He keeps on saying "it's just basic!" in a condescending tone. The reason why I hired you is because I need and want to learn. As an instructor, you should have a lot of patience. If you can't be patient, better just close your business! Just thank me that I didn't report you and just left you a bad review.
