Negative experience: They never answer properly, information is requested and it seems that it's an automated response because they only reply with the same thing, there is a lack of organization and besides, they do not have a headquarters.

Negative experience: Very poor communication. They don't respond to emails or calls. I've been trying for days to get the instructor's phone number so I can schedule my own driving lessons, but no luck yet. As a driving school, they should handle the lessons scheduling process, rather than leaving it to the client to coordinate directly with the instructor. It feels unprofessional and disorganized.

Fantastic experience: Brisa is an excellent driving school. Pawan is an excellent instructor. He allows you to apply the online portion of the driving school in real-time scenarios. He's very calm and relaxed, even when you make mistakes. He simply tells you that if you do that in real life, it can be very dangerous. It's important to practice what you've learned as soon as you can as much as you can between scheduled lessons with your instructor. I strongly suggest everyone do the online and in car training. Passed my G2 road test, first try a couple of weeks ago. Also, shout out to Ben for being confident that the lessons I received from Pawan should make me feel confident that I got lessons from one of the best in the business. He was right. Thank you!

Ben was very amazing and accommodated my needs, to get me to pass my g2 as soon as possible. My driving instructor Sid was very patient with me, and helped me correct anything I was having trouble with. He would give me good tips and tricks, and made me feel comfortable, and not scared being behind the wheel. The day of my g2 road test Sid was confident in me that I would pass my g2 road test. Fantastic experience: Give Manu a nice fat raise because without him I would not have been able to pass my G2 road test without him. He brings the knowledge and expertise needed for the job and also very calm and doesn't have an intense energy that would make you nervous to learn how to drive with him. I've become a more confident driver through my lessons with Manu and appreciate all that he's taught me in order to be a good and safe driver :)

Fantastic experience: My instructor was Maria and I found her to be very helpful. Personality wise she was a very chilling, friendly person and fun to talk with. And trust me she would take your nervousness away right on the first lesson. I would highly recommend getting her as your in car instructor. Both Ben and Joshua provided excellent services. Positive experience: My instructor was Manu & despite all the hiccups with winter & COVID, he was thorough & very knowledgeable. His lessons were always client-centered and allowed me to develop confidence on the road at my own pace. He also shared amazing tips and strategies to practice defensive driving and ace my road test. I also had a good experience with Ben who was swift at booking my G2 road test as soon as restrictions were lifted. Overall, there were some hiccups but none that could've been avoided. Great service!

Fantastic experience: i received my G1 and G2 through this company and never had an issue with them. I just received my G today. and it was a struggle i am not going to lie. the experience was very stressful but in the end it worked out for the better. at first i received a confirmation email from Brisa saying my test was scheduled for September 17 at 1120am. then two week before i had a the sense to call just to double check. turn out my intuition was right. the Driving Test Center had no test scheduled for me that day. when i reached out to Brisa the told me the same thing as the Test Center. i then took a screen shot of the confirmation email and sent it back to them where i then received an email back stating my new date for the test was in FEB 2021 !! I was Livid. then I spoke to Ben (the owner of Brisa Driving School) ... long story short, Ben promised me he would do his utmost best to get me in asap for a test because of the miscommunication. a few days later i received a call from Ben saying they had a last minute cancellation and managed to get me in for September 17 at 857 am. I was so grateful to him. As for my instructor Maria, she was amazing! very kind and thoughtful. showed me what i was doing wrong and helped me brush up my driving skills so that i could pass my G Test on my first try! during this pandemic we're all going to encounter mistakes and some things being forgotten. EVERYONE has to understand that this is all new and NO ONE has gone through this before. We are all human and mistakes happen, just be sure to accept responsibility for them and try your best to correct it. so before you go and point fingers and slam people try putting yourself in their shoes for once. Everyone is trying their best. Brisa Driving School came through for me. and I am eternally grateful. Thank you Ben and Maria.

Negative experience: Called a few weeks back, and the owner picked up (Good). As I was making questions about some of the programs and the logistics around it, the owner seemed to find it better to answer them in person (Good/bad), which would make sense in a pre-COVID environment and/or if they had more flexible work hours during the week (Bad). Felt pretty rude (Bad), and ended up on not even trying to go to their school, rather resorting to a private instructor or some other nearby option (even if more costly). Update: Contacted a private instructor. Took a few lessons and one before the test. Easy, reliable, flexible. More than these guys.

Fantastic experience: I would like to recommend Brisa driving school without a doubt, I had to wait a bit to get my classes (since they're backed up from the pandemic, very understable) but it was totally worth it! the whole process was very transparent and professional. I was looking for an instructor that made me feel relaxed since I'm very nervous and Mary did that, she was extremely supportive, helped me get more confident on the road, gave me useful tips, etc. She listens and makes sure you get better where u struggle the most, I tried a different school at first but felt like rushed and my learning wasn't a priority, Mary was the person I needed to pass, I'm forever thankful for all she did, I actually thought I was never going to be able to pass the G2 driving test but I did it thanks to her.

His teaching methods are phenomenal, (I’ve had lessons with a different instructor before), and he believed in me more than I did on the day of my test. Needless to say, I passed! and I’m happy that our lessons helped me refine my driving skills and boost my confidence behind the wheel :)

Fantastic experience: I had my G2 test on February 10 and I can’t just express how helpful Manu Sharma was! He was so patient with me and thought me some great driving tricks. He gave me the confidence to believe in myself and to calm my nerves, which resulted in my passing my tests!! He is truly amazing and I would recommend him as you instructor he knows what is best for you and will walk you through all the necessary steps to get where you want to get when driving. Fantastic experience: My experience with the Brisa was very positive, from the staff to the instructors. Due to timing I had a chance to take lessons with a few of the instructors before my G2 test. Walter and Manu were really good instructors, very skillful and professional. Manu in particular was my in class teacher and I had a couple driving lessons with him before my test. He has a very positive attitude that makes learning easy, i felt confident about taking the test - I passed!!! Definitely recommend Brisa and ask for Manu. Thank you Manu and Brisa!

Fantastic experience: Needed to get my G2 license. Brisas Driving School was happy to help after I looked them up and signed up for the bronze package.
