Negative experience: Worst driving school ever. the secretary is almost never present and the other workers are super rude and non helpful.I asked the driving instructor when the secretary was going to come in and in a rude way she just brushed me off and told me to come another day.Please save your money and go with CAA the workers are a million times sweeter and there’s always someone at the front desk to help you

Negative experience: Lussier Suzelle shouldn't be a driving instructor, she would yell at you and insult you, I made a notice to tecnic to make sure she would never be my instructor ever again.

Negative experience: Lussier Suzelle, is a very bad instructor she would yell at you for every single mistake you would do, very unprofessional, she gave me attitude from the beginning of the car ride, I wanted to quit from the first 2 minutes that we started the session

Negative experience: Horrible place to learn how to drive. I had Suzelle Lussier as an instructor and, like many others, she ignored me when I told her I had anxiety about driving, slammed the breaks aggressively to scare me, and basically told me I’ll have a car accident if I drive outside of the course. Ended up having a panic attack and quitting after two minutes. That’s not even mentioning how difficult it is to find availabilities for courses. Highly recommend going to another school.

Negative experience: There is never any availability for driving lessons in French, we paid an extra fee to be able to go to the driving school in Longueuil and there is no availability in French either. When we call, no one answers the phone, very, very big disappointment for this school. A real disaster.

Negative experience: Helpful tips for the poor unfortunate soul who decides to book their motorcycle lessons with Tecnic Brossard! I’m only leaving this review because of my own unfortunate experience here. If you decide to book your lessons with these people, I hope the following information can help prevent other people from encountering any issues or hidden fees they fail to mention when you register online. 1. The contract they make you sign does not mention everything - like fees associated with cancelling your classes or your contract. So becarful! 2. Motorcycle lessons are NOT at their address location online. If you want to know where, you must open the email they send you when you book - take careful attention because there are 2 addresses listed. Read the fine prints. The secretary will not tell you!! 3. Their website is actually glitchy and does not provide additional information you may need to know. If you book a lesson, it does not show up on your online profile like they say it does. Mine just said “you are not registered for any classes!” Yet I got a text message reminder the following day of my upcoming class. 4. The text message reminder you get for your class does not tell you the location of your class. Again, read the fine prints & the email they send you when you first booked a class. 5. Good luck trying to contact them by phone if you have any questions! They don’t even answer and put you straight on hold. Get a snack - you will wait a while. 6. If you somehow don’t make it to your lesson, there is a $172 fee for missing it. Unfortunately for me, I did show up, but at the wrong location and they still forced me to pay the fee. Don’t even try to contest it, it’s a huge waste of time - they will not reimburse you. Marie-Eve the manager has no empathy or understanding for someone taking classes for the first time. 7. If you cancel your contract, they will retain a massive sum of your money. Out of the 500$ you pay, you only get back $50. So at the end of the day, they genuinely don’t care if you try take your business elsewhere…they laugh at you because they know that you’ll just bleed a huge amount of money if you even try…and they know you have no choice but to pay the insane fees they throw at you for - god forbid - being human and making a mistake for the first time - before you even started. Negative experience: I must share my bad experience with Suzelle Lussier. From the very beginning of the course, I felt her negative energy in the really silly way she spoke to me. It made me feel uncomfortable and like a victim of her way of addressing me. All of this built up, and she made me so upset that I ended up with tears in my eyes. During the class, Suzelle made several hurtful and inappropriate comments. She suggested that my parents were forcing me to learn to drive, when it was actually me who insisted on taking these lessons. She should mind her own business and not make conclusions about my personal life, especially since her claims were completely false and unfounded. Moreover, Suzelle claimed that young people shouldn’t touch a steering wheel. Her remarks were extremely condescending and totally out of place. After this difficult start, the rest of the course went smoothly as I was doing well. However, as soon as I made a new mistake, her unpleasant attitude returned instantly. A good driving instructor should encourage, support, and correct their students in a constructive manner. The experience with Suzelle Lussier was extremely negative and stressful, which is not at all in line with a positive and respectful learning environment.

Negative experience: The school is not as good as everyone says, the online classes are 2 hours of talk that could be simplified by getting to the point. The classes are designed for a system of 16-18 year old kids who have a car or someone to practice with, if there is a case outside of that the school has a mediocre methodology for those who do not have someone to practice with. The course is in itself the most expensive of all and extra if you miss a class they charge you $25, in addition to the fact that sometimes you can spend a month or more to plan a course because they do not have enough teachers, which makes the course very very long. The majority of practice teachers are bitter and have a very bad method; they do not explain, they only complain if you do something wrong. The only EXCEPTIONAL AND INCREDIBLE teacher I had was Sallah!! I hope he is well paid because he is excellent. Hopefully your method is better because it doesn't justify the $1,300 the course costs.

Negative experience: My son got kicked out of the class because he had a technical issue with his microphone. They gave him an absence. And they told us that we have to pay for a class again. I myself hold meetings on Teams in my professional environment and issues happen sometimes! Very disappointing.

Fantastic experience: I just obtained my motorcycle license thanks to the Tecnic driving school, and I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience. All the instructors are extremely professional, competent, and passionate about their job. They managed to create a safe and pleasant learning environment, which allowed me to gain confidence and skills with each lesson. Fantastic experience: Top quality, the instructors are experienced and patient. I had never touched a motorcycle before my lessons, let alone a clutch lever! I feel safe and confident to ride all summer!

Negative experience: They teachers are great the staff are great but the Tecnic say that you will finish your classes in one year but you never get to finish your class in one year because you can only schedule your classes after 2 to 3 months specially that last course classes

Fantastic experience: Thanks to my driving instructor, Suzelle Lucier, out of all the instructors I've had at Technic Brossard, she is by far the best. There should be more instructors with her mentality and teaching style!

Positive experience: I had a great experience with Technic Brossard. The receptionist was really helpful, and I was able to book classes without any issues. Very good instructors, especially Mr. Sallah Eddine and Miss Suzelle Lussier. I would definitely recommend this place. Update: I got my driver's license a month ago, thanks to Technic Brossard and all the wonderful instructors and staff!!

Negative experience: J’ai eu 3 cours sur la route avec l’instructrice Suzelle Lussier, et c’est très clair qu'elle n’est aucunement capable de donner un cours de conduite. Tout d’abord, je tiens à mentionner qu'à mon dernier cours avec cette employée, le 10 décembre 2023, elle commençait à critiquer ses collègues avec qui j’ai pris des cours auparavant: Constantin, Christian Racz, en disant que ces instructeurs donnent trop de consignes aux élèves et ne les permettent pas d’être "autonomes". J’ai trouvé cet acte inacceptable, car elle ne devrait pas mal parler de ses collègues, surtout si l’on prend en considération que j’ai vécu des meilleures expériences et j’ai beaucoup plus appris sur la route avec les deux autres instructeurs qu’avec cette femme-là. En plus de tout ça, elle n’est pas toujours claire avec ses consignes (tourner à gauche? Ou prendre la voie gauche). Elle s’attend à ce que les élèves soient capables de conduire parfaitement, ce qui est irrationnel car nous sommes là pour apprendre. Elle se permet d’utiliser du language vulgaire et même d’insulter les élèves. En conclusion, c’est la pire instructrice de Tecnic Brossard.

Fantastic experience: So about 7 months ago , l had a poor experience with technic and the Director had to intervene to assign an instructor suitable for my needs. Good news, today l had an instructor, his name is Mr Raymond, He is indeed the best of the best, he is professional, patient, competent above all if l could give 10 stars l will.l was so clm during the 2hrs session and l can say l am proud of my self. Negative experience: Had problems with my portal, I signed up for phase 1 but only phase 4 would show up so courses had to be booked by phone. They don’t answer emails when I send them. Instructor was rude and disrespectful, singled people out infront of the entire zoom. Ask Stella where her recordings of her zooms are :)

Fantastic experience: Très bonne prof elle prend a coeur la réussite de ses élèves, donne toute sorte de bonne technique pour bien maîtriser son vehicule et par dessu tout elle fait confiance à ses élèves alors on a beaucoup moins de pression! Fantastic experience: Je vous recommande Suzelle Lussier comme prof, car elle est la meilleure prof que j'ai j'aimais eu. J'ai fait deux écoles tecnic celle de chambly et celle de Brossard. Dans tout les prof de conduite que j'ai eu, c'est elle que j'ai adoré le plus. Elle m'a mis en confiance au premier cours avec elle et sa ma grandement soulagé dans mon expérience de conduite, car j'ai eu des mauvaises expériences auparavant avec d'autres prof. C'était le jour et la nuits dans ma conduite et dans mes réactions au volant. Avant, j'étais une personnage très anxieuse au volant, mais depuis que j'ai fait mes cours avec Suzelle je ne le suis plus. L'ambiance dans l'auto est relax avec une petite musique, des commentaires costrutif et des encourageant. Tout ça m'a donné de la confiance en moi au volent. C'est pour sela je vous recommande Suzelle Lussier!

Fantastic experience: The last few classes I had at Tecnic were with Suzelle and I honestly believe you guys should give her a bonus, a promotion, a Christmas gift, a payed vacation, everything. She is the best instructor I had throughout my courses there. She is the reason I am as confident and as comfortable as I am on the road. Suzelle is a great teacher, she is patient, calm, answers any questions you have, gives you pointers on how to improve, and she sings all the songs that play on the radio lol. 1000/10 give her a bonus she deserves it!!!!!

Fantastic experience: Je suis un peu surpris du nombre de commentaires négatifs. De mon côté, autant pour la théorie en virtuel que pour la pratique en conduite, je n'ai eu affaire qu'à des personnes vraiment sympathiques. Ma première sortie sur la route a été avec Sallah, et il a été vraiment parfait pour me mettre en confiance puisque j'étais terrorisé. J'ai eu plusieurs cours par la suite avec Konstantin Ganziuk, et là encore toutes mes sorties sur la route se sont vraiment très bien passée. Le service à la clientèle est aussi très courtois, que ce soit en succursale ou au téléphone. Donc je suis très content d'être passé par cette école.

Fantastic experience: J’ai conduis avec Suzelle deux fois et c’était les meilleurs expériences de conduite que j’ai vécu avec tecnic. Elle m’a aider à gérer mon anxiété au volant et ma montrer plein de trucs pour m’améliorer! Je me suis senti plus en confiance envers la conduite et envers moi-même derrière le volant. Elle est très drôle et démontre que la conduite n’a pas besoin de me faire peur en faisait plein de comparaison avec des choses de tout les jours.

Negative experience: I had a very traumatic experience with Racz Christian, who demonstrated his lack of patience through angry verbal and body language. He would constantly sigh, and whenever I asked him a question, he would answer dryly yet angrily. I ask questions because I want to learn, but his disrespectful tone and behavior hinder my progress. On the other hand, I had classes with Jean Rivard, who guides students productively and joyfully. I appreciated my classes with him and would recommend him to future students!

Negative experience: La majorité des instructeurs sont irrespectueux et agressif envers les apprentis durant les classes de conduite. On paie très chère pour recevoir ce genre de comportement! La qualité et le service au client est très mauvais de la part des instructeurs!

Negative experience: Ne vous inscrivez surtout pas à cette école professeur incompétent avec une attitude inacceptable qui manque de respect a nos enfants! Pendant qu’elle suivait son cours qui avait déjà débutée depuis 1h L’internet de notre maison est parti pendant 5 minutes après 5 minutes le professeur a refuser de l’accepter et lui a crier après devant toute la classe sans lui laisser s’expliquer du pourquoi elle avait été déconnectée il lui a dit qu’elle avait pas d’excuse en lui criant après avec un aire condescendant . Quand je suis intervenue pour dire au professeur que c’était pas de sa faute que l’internet s’était déconnecter il m’as dit : m’intervenait pas madame car sa va être pire et nous a déconnecter du cours !! Après appel au service à la clientèle ils nous ont dit que c’était comme ça ils pouvait rien faire sauf repayer le cours pour le refaire . Ne gaspillez pas votre temps et argent.

Fantastic experience: Just graduated from my Moto Driving Course with them. I must say that service was great and prompt. I was always able to get hold of someone on the phone when needed and that instructors were knowledgeable and courteous. I also want to complement the flexibility. I called several schools before calling TECNIC, and they were the only school able to accommodate my request at the end of the season while making sure the deadlines are respected,

Positive experience: I have finished my driving classes and the rest of the experience was much more pleasant. Konstantin was definitely my favorite instructor. Patient, helpful and overall a very competent teacher. I highly recommend him above all others. Tecnic never got in touch with me regarding my first experience so I doubt they ever will. Their responses to complaints are just for show.

Negative experience: They wanted to charge me almost $300 just to “reopen my file” (not even for a class, just to re-open the file, the class was another $350) and I said that is ridiculous and that i wanted to speak to a manager and they completely ghosted me and have ghosted me for months. Completely ridiculous! I NEVER got a reply back. Ever.

Negative experience: I don’t go here anymore, but I had to leave a review because of how awful my experience was. Making an appointment is like pulling teeth here. You have to wait for weeks for an opening, or if you call you’re left on hold for almost an hour. Also, Lussier Suzelle is an awful driving instructor. She just gets angry with you for no reason, she seems to assume you should know how to drive from the first lesson. She shames you for being too nervous at the wheel. She doesn’t teach you anything at all, I learned nothing from the two sessions I had with her. We just drive. She’s unclear with her driving directions. Example: she told me to go left. So, I turn on my flasher to turn left. Then she gets upset and tells me to go left now!! But I can’t, we’re stopping at a red light. Turns out, she wanted me to go into the left lane. It was a whole mess. This whole experience absolutely ruined driving for me. I have not been able to get behind the wheel since January, which was my last session with her. I don’t know if she still teaches there, but my confidence was destroyed for months.

Negative experience: Lussier Suzelle was my driving instructor on March 30th. Avoid her if possible. She is very disrespectful and doesn't have the temperament to guide the students. She yelled at me, told me that I was going to cause an accident and "c'est pas difficile." She also told me that normally when she's driving with other students she doesn't use the brakes which to me, didn't make sense. Halfway through the class I was ready to give up. At the end of the class, she told me she would make sure she never taught me again. Since then, I've had anxiety when it comes to driving. I didn't want to write a review because I thought it was "just me" but when I read the other comments and saw that other people had the same complaint, I changed my mind.

First it took so long to answer the calls, secondly they keep saying no available spot,, they keep saying next month next month until it’s been 5 months still no available schedule…wasting your time to wait! Fantastic experience: Je me suis inscrit pendant la pandémie en août 2020 en choisissant l'option anglais. J'étais consciente le roulement allait être plus longue étant donné la forte demande pendant cette période-ci et considérant que j'ai choisi en anglais, mais néamoins j'ai réussi à terminer tous les cours théoriques et pratiques dans un 1 an et 3 mois. La réceptionniste m'a toujours optée à des options quand il avait des annulations. Quand je ne trouvais pas de rendez-vous en ligne, je me présentais en personne et il trouvait une solution. L'instructeur M. Chentouf Eddine donne des consignes très constructives!

Negative experience: Mon fils s’y est inscrit l’année passée et technic avait honoré le prix de la concurrence en autant qu’il termine en un an… C’EST IMPOSSIBLE de terminer en un an. Ils ont simplement jamais de plage horaire pour les cours pratiques. C’est du n’importe quoi. Avant on appelait pour des cours on arrivait pas à les rejoindre. Alors ils ont changé pour des réservations sur le net: même constat il n’y a jamais rien. Alors il a fallu payer le plein prix qui était environ de 300$ de plus. Personnellement on voulait choisir une autre école et c’est ce que nous aurions du faire

Negative experience: Not easy to schedule my oral and practical courses and I had to go to the office 3 times to schedule them. Your phone is not working and even the receptionist at brossard is aware. Please don’t come with your poor excuse, saying you are working on it, this doesn’t work. If this will go on like this, I will contact the OPC or whoever, as I don’t get Dollars on trees! And for your concern my last oral course, I was not very happy of the language used, a bit rude to be exact! And yes, I am bot in my 20’s anymore, some respect please!!!! Negative experience: Je donne une étoile parce que la réceptioniste était courtoise. Ça fait depuis le début du mois d'août que j'essaye de céduler mes derniers cours pratique de la phase 4. Quand j'appelle, ça ne répond jamais et quand je me pointe en personne, ils me disent d'aller céduler mes cours sur leur site web. À chaque fois que j'y vais, j'attends jusqu'à minuit, comme ils me disent de faire, mais jamais il n'y a d'horaire disponible. Je comprends qu'ils sont sûrement en manque de staff mais on ne devrait pas être pénalisé pour ça. Je ne devrais pas avoir peur que mon contrat s'écoulera dans peu de temps et de devoir payer des frais de pénalité en extra!

Negative experience: It takes forever to book classes with Tecnic and the customer service line is always busy. It is quite expensive for the service provided. Some instructors are very professional and helpful but if possible avoid lessons with instructor Lussier Suzelle who is extremely disrespectful & unprofessional. I had 2 hours with her and she literally yelled at me several times, called me senseless person and questioned my intelligence and clearly told me in the face not to take any more classes with her. She didn't even bother to explain herself once, but kept changing songs in the car and enjoying her time. I hope Tecnic will do something to improve their service.

Negative experience: J’ai commencé les cours de conduite avec cette école l’année passé. On peut seulement réservé les cours en ligne (à cause du COVID) mais à chaque fois que j’ai voulu réservé mes cours de pratique, ils n’ont jamais de disponibilités et ça fait depuis décembre 2020 que j’essaie! Ma sœur et mes amis ont le même problème avec eux. J’ai donné une étoile juste pour la réceptionniste car elle est gentille et essaie de m’aider même si elle ne peut rien faire car il n’y a pas assez d’instructeurs pour le nombre d’élève. Malheureusement, j’ai manqué un cours en avril à cause d’un problème en route de train. Ils m’ont facturé 40$ malgré que j’ai dû attendre presque 5 mois ! Ce service est le pire que j’ai eu dans ma vie. Tout le monde me conseille de quitter cette école et je crois que je vais le faire car j’ai pensé qu’on est ici pour apprendre et gagner d’expérience mais c’est impossible avec cette école! JE NE VOUS LA CONSEILLE PAS.

Negative experience: Pire sevice clien de la part de tecnic celas fait un peux plus de deux ans que j'ai commencé mon cour de conduite je ne reçois pas les services que j'ai payé j'ai faite une demande de remboursement et il l'on refusé selon le prétexte que mon contrat étais expiré mais il m'appelait à chaque semaine pour que je fasse un paiement celas est ridicule je considère celas comme un vole je déconseille fortement cette école de conduite en plus sa répond à mon commentaire en disant qu'ils vont essayer de trouver une solution mais tabarnak sa bouge pas c une école de crosseur comme toute les autre école tecnic pi les prof son tous crissement attarder il savais pas de quoi ils parlent je me suis souvent obstiné avec eux sur les manoeuvre autour des poids lourd (je travaille en mécanique poids lourd) moi je veux en remboursement sinon sa fini à la protection du consommateur

Negative experience: Très mauvaise expérience. Impossible d'appeler pour avoir des informations ou prendre des cours, tu es toujours mis en attente pendant 20 minutes pour finir par te faire dire de rappeler plus tard. C'est complètement ridicule. J'ai appelé dès l'ouverture du centre d'appel et j'étais déjà en attente. Je ne recommande vraiment pas cette école!

Negative experience: Pire expérience de ma vie avec cette company. J'ai même pas le gout de donner 1 star tellement que c'est mal organiser. Je dirais la majorité des clients sont des ados et ils s'en fichent carrément d'eux. ils nous traitent comme des enfants c'est incroyable. Nous font payer des frais inutiles, refusent d'accepter leurs erreurs. Nous demande des preuves ont les montre et ils refuse pareil c'est tellement mal fais. Toujours un problem avec eux.

Fantastic experience: Si je mets 5 étoiles c’est : Pour le réceptionniste Kévin super accueillant toujours souriant et drôle. Pour ma prof de conduite Suzelle avec qui j’ai passé des supers moments ! Et dont les cours de théories sont dynamiques ! Et malgré les difficultés causées par les restrictions, ils ont toujours réussi à m’arranger pour mes cours. Aujourd’hui j’ai enfin mon permis et je les remercie d’avoir rendu cette transition aussi agréable :)

Negative experience: Très mauvais service. Le personnel ne confirme jamais le rendez-vous avant les cours pratiques comme chez Marieville et Longueuil . Ma fille avait 2 cours pratiques jumelées avec une professeur. Elle a manqué le premier cours, mais est arrivée au deuxième sans retard. Dans le contrat, c'est écrit que si l'élève a 2 périodes pratiques jumelées et qu'elle est en retard au premier plus que 15 minutes, elle peut se présenter au deuxième. L enseignant a refusé en forme très impolie quand mon mari a commencé de poser des questions et a demandé de faire le cours prévu ( deuxième). La réceptioniste a quand même chargé la pénalité pour 2 cours même si ma fille s'est présentée au deuxième cours.

Negative experience: After months and months of me constantly calling, them never having space and them never answering their phones, tecnic decided to just close my dossier (without warning) and now they are charging me numerous fees/charges to reactivate it. They said that I took too long to complete the courses while completely ignoring the pandemic and the fact that they never have space nor answer their phones. The reviews say it all, they just want to take your money while blaming you. Contrary to what they might think, I don't have time to just sit and wait for hours on the phone especially being a working full time student.
Negative experience: They never answer their phones. They either make you wait 20 minutes on hold and hang up or they tell you to call back later.

Fantastic experience: Chentouf Sallah eddine is an awesome instructor for in car session. He actively gives advices and comment during the in car session. If you want to learn driving manual, he is definitely your choice. The receptionists are very kind and helpful. They answered my questions very clearly.

Negative experience: Trying to get a hold of the school is impossible (as mentioned in many previous reviews). However, after taking payment they do very little to try to help you to book any courses whatsoever. The receptionist basically told me to go on the website and figure it out on my own, and that courses fill up fast and its possible i might not be able to get into any of them (of course nobody told me this before charging my visa card 800$)... On top of that, I am currently waiting for my Module 8 10am session to start on zoom (where they ask you to attend 15 minutes in advance) and it has not even started yet (25 minutes later). Before Covid-19 it was already a bit difficult to schedule in-car lessons (however the theory ones were almost always available and the professors were great). Now, its impossible to book in-car lessons because the site is always down (I have been checking every two days for the passed 2 months) and the online-theory classes don't even start on time! Professor is MIA... Update: just got called to let me know that the course is cancelled and that they might either reschedule it or leave me to myself to find another course online... even though the website is continually down

Negative experience: This place is a joke! They are totally disorganized, irresponsible and don’t give a dam. They don’t even answer there phones. One thing they are great at is taking your money. Do yourself a favour shop around for a good driving school.

Negative experience: Nearly impossible to contact them even after calling for two weeks straight. Only a few teachers teach useful things about driving the others dont speak or say you did something wrong without explaining (based on my experience with the teachers i had) . Overall it's a poor quality service as there are very few availabilities even before the pandemic and a big lack of communication with the customer as no one responds and if they do the receptionist will be rude and hang up before you finish asking a question.

Negative experience: I cant believe this school I have tried calling i have stayed on hold for hours and now im not even put of hold they just hangup i have sent emails no response and today I drove from ddo to brossard in traffic to get there and no one is even there and it says its opened unbelievable i get theres a virus but I have been trying to get in contact since they reopened and nothing I'm disgusted.

Negative experience: Ce serait génial si on pouvait vous joindre par téléphone. J’appelle, je suis en attente 10 minutes pour ensuite entendre le message « nous recevons un nombre important d’appels, veuillez réessayer plus tard » et cela raccroche automatiquement. J’essaye maintenant depuis 1 mois et demi de prendre rendez-vous! Je comprend que la pandémie nous a tous eu par surprise, mais mon contrat avec vous expire bientôt!
