Fantastic experience: We used Trinity for my son's driving lessons starting from scratch. We ended up getting lessons from two instructors Bill and Nick. Bill was very good at teaching the fundamentals at the beginning. My son gained a lot of confidence after the first few lessons. We switched to Nick for the last half of the lessons due to availability and good word of mouth. Nick was excellent to refine what my son learned from Bill and was great preparing my son by going on mock tests around the test routes and correcting any mistakes that would be marked on the test. At the end, my son passed the driving test on his first try with no demerits. My only comment would be knowing the best times when to contact the office to get a quick response (evening is best). It wasn't a problem once I got text contact. I would recommend Trinity.

Fantastic experience: Had a driver called Mike. Very good teacher he walked me through all the tips and what to be careful of.

Negative experience: I called to inquire about getting driving lessons but the receptionist knows nothing. I left my number and no one got back to me. I emailed them, they got back to me but very poor customer service. After they told me a time is taken, they don’t even offer me another time. There’s no greeting or introduction of services they offer. It seems like they can care less about my business so I will take it elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: Mike is an amazing instructor, good communicator and teacher. If you need someone to talk to or ask questions, or someone that’s just gonna let you do your own thing and not bother you, he is the guy to go to!

Negative experience: I tried contacting Trinity Driving school for over a month already about their packages. I submitted their online enquiry form at first. I have not heard from them. I emailed them 2 weeks later, and again no response. I waited another 2 weeks and decided to call them. A receptionist answered my call. I enquired about their driving packages. The lady told me she wasn’t sure about the details but would get somebody to contact me. I left my name and phone number to call. It has now been another week but I still have not heard from them. I do not recommend Trinity due to their poor customer service and poor reliability.

Fantastic experience: I had Mike as my driving instructor, and I can only give the highest recommendation. Mike is super patient and friendly, and he will boost your driving confidence from 0 to 100. He'll teach you all the skills and tricks you need to know to be a safe driver, and make sure you're ready for anything. As someone who is extremely anxious, Mike gave me the skills to drive well, and as a result, I passed my class 7 on the first try. I will be going back for a refresher before my class 5 test. One thing to note, the answering service is a little difficult to get a response from, but that's to be expected from a busy driving school. Give them a 2nd or 3rd call within the week if they don't get back to you right away, and you'll be connected quickly.

Bill and Mike are really nice guys and my sons were very comfortable with them as instructors. I had a few friends who used the competition and did not get the great results that we got using Trinity so no need to shop around, just go with Trinity :)

Best to let the professionals help in driving. Times have changed so have rules. So many people aren’t updated on the new rules. Did you know you are supposed to stop at a yellow?

Fantastic experience: My 17 year old daughter took two lessons from Mike and passed her Class 7 road test with flying colors. The route he took her on for her warm-up lesson the day of the test was very close to the actual route on the road test. Highly recommended!

The instructors are calm and friendly and are always reactive to make sure your safety is priority. I highly recommend it from any other driving lesson. Fare pay and you’ll learn a lot from them. I felt well-prepared for my N test. (At least as much as I felt I could be, given how nervous I was.) Very friendly and well-trained staff overall too. (Unfortunately I didn't catch the names of the other 2 who taught me prior.)

My son praised Mike for his clear instructions and instant feedback so he knew what to correct in timely manner. Kudos to Mike! One tip is that you will have to use email to contact the school. It may take time to hear back from them; but they do reply to email.

Positive experience: I took a few lessons and Bill is very patient and nice but he would always be exhausted because of overbooked classes and his schedule gets booked up way in advance so I was looking at booking classes once every 3 weeks or 2.5 weeks if I was lucky. I just ended up going to a different company as I felt I was not given enough attention and wasn't learning as much as I wanted to due to the infrequent number of classes.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend this driving school for new drivers, and those wanting a refresher. I had Nick teach me a few times when I got my L and he was fantastic. Loved the convenience of the pickup and drop-off to your own home as well. A few years later I went for my class 5 road test but wanted a refresher since it had been a while, this time with Mike and it was great as well. He pointed out some bad behaviors I had developed over the years, tested my knowledge of the rules of the roads, and like always, took me on all the potential paths that ICBC might take you on for your road test. Thanks to him, I passed my class 5 test the first try! I highly recommend this driving school to everyone, they're also the only ones who have the double-steering wheel cars as well, which is honestly the best and safest way to learn to drive. Thanks again guys!

Fantastic experience: Mike has been one of the best driving teachers ever! Only a few minutes in and he already knew what key skills we needed to work on and got straight to work! He also taught me a few tips and tricks to look out for especially during the test so that I could pass on my first try. Fantastic experience: Knowing Mike briefly from previous years and especially this year, I have gotten nothing but good things to say. When driving, he makes sure you are doing all the right things and following and abiding by the rules. Meanwhile through all that, he truly makes you feel at ease when driving. He strikes conversations and always remains calm so you are never tense. From my experiences so far, Mike is a definite recommendation to anyone who wants to learn and have a great time. Negative experience: Don't trust the 5 star reviews here as they've probably been fabricated or are the 1% who managed to get past the terrible excuse of customer service. If you are going to list your phone number on the website, please specify it is a customer ticketing system, not a phone number to ask for inquiries. Chances are, this review might also be deleted as well to save company image. Abhorrent service before lessons can even be made. I was put on hold, then shortly, I inquired about lesson availability, and the person behind the line was quick to say she had no idea about anything in Trinity Driving School; emphasizing that her role was to just collect contact information; a trend that you will see in any negative review for this school if you scroll through the horde BS 5 star reviews. I don't know what Trinity Driving School was thinking when they hired this person, but having someone answer the phone and collect information is not a job. A five year old can do that. Stop wasting everyone's time with this system.

Negative experience: our daughter took 6 lessons with instructor Mike. On the day of her test, they called us to let us know that he was sick and they would send a new instructor to accompany her. They said that the new instructor had a funeral to go to so would not stick around until our daughter had completed the driving test. We were told to just leave the car in the parking lot once she finish taking the test. The new instructor reviewed our daughter's driving and taught her how to do certain things in a different way from Mike. This confused our daughter who was already stressed that her original instructor wasn't there. She took the test and unfortunately failed. While Mike was personable and an okay instructor, we are very disappointed that we didn't get a call from anyone at Trinity to go over our daughter's road test, why she failed and what she needed to work on to pass. We were left to figure things out on our own. Very poor customer service. Our daughter has since passed the test, thanks to her dad!

Fantastic experience: Mike is a really good instructor. I took some lessons with no experience driving before in Canada and I don't have a car. Manage to pass my class 7 driving test the first try afterwards. Highly recommend and worth the money.

Fantastic experience: I got my drivers license today despite having my L for 6 years now. I’ve had a lot of driving anxiety prior and never thought that I would get my license. Previously, I’ve had instructors that weren’t the right fit and Covid to make things a bit more stressful. Mike is easily the best instructor I’ve had. During our first lesson, I immediately felt my anxieties easy and since then, I’ve been able to steadily improve and gain confidence in my driving abilities. He’s punctual, patient, has clear and helpful instruction, and creates an environment where I felt comfortable. Everything we covered in our lessons was reflected during my examination so there were no surprises. I feel GOOD about my driving and was able to pass my road test on my first attempt. Thank you for your time and teachings Mike. It was a pleasure to meet you and drive with you and I couldn’t have done it without your help.
