School Driving Tecnic Place Versailles

Negative experience: This morning, December 19th, I had my first road outing with an instructor from the technical school. I waited 20 minutes at the meeting point, but no one came. No message was sent to me and no call was made to tell me that my class was canceled. Waiting outside in winter is not pleasant; getting up early before going to work for a driving lesson that the instructor doesn't show up for is also frustrating. Really very disappointing!

Fantastic experience: I rarely take the time to write reviews, but I was pleasantly surprised by the service I received from Kim. She is smiling and very professional. I received fast service and she was very understanding regarding the difficulties I had with my classes. I hope the owner sees this message and that she receives recognition for her work.

Negative experience: I beg you. For your own sanity. Stay away from Tecnic—they’re a complete scam. They lure you in with short contracts, then cut off access to your lessons after 18 months, knowing full well their lack of instructors will make it impossible for you to book enough lessons in time. The instructors? Unprofessional doesn’t even cover it—some barely speak French or English, and others actually run personal errands during your paid time. And their online policy? Total cash grab. Any minor connection issue, and they’ll boot you out and force you to pay a missed class fee.

Fantastic experience: The instructors are excellent, they hired for the reception, earlier in the year they were difficult to reach, no longer take into account the negative comments that they do not answer the phone

Negative experience: They NEVER answer the phones, I have to try for at least a few hours before someone answers the phone only to put me on hold!
