Fantastic experience: This review is for Instructor Amrit. She is an excellent Driving instructor. I have had an amzing experience with her and I just took one lesson with her for two hours and she was able to correct me in most of my lacking parts. Even though I was already comfortable in driving, I was not so confident and I needed some answers for my mistakes that I always do during my test. She was managed to clear all my doubts and also guided me in a way that was easily understood. I would give more than 5 stars to her if I could. Thank you so much Amrit for the proper guidance.

Fantastic experience: I had my classes with Mohammed jibran. He is such a fantastic instructor, because of him I am able to crack my G2 in first attempt and I gave my exam today and able to clear it. He was so patient and very polite with me. He taught me everything I need to know about the driving lessons . He gives me the guidance and support which I need during the exam . Negative experience: Class instruction are OK but Ultimate drivers App to book in car driving classes is useless. This app is worst app I have used till date, be careful when using it your instructor can cancel classes booked anytime & the worst part is that it will automatically cancel all in car classes booked by you. Then you have to go back and book other set of classes whereas you may have already booked driving test. unfortunately if you are close to driving test when this happens the most likely you will not get any other slot for your lessons, leave alone from current driving instructor rather form any other driving instructor; the way it happened to me. SO WHAT!!?? YOU CAN move your driving test??!!, SO WHAT!!?? you can move your schedule, SO WHAT!!?? YOUR DAD/MOM can cancel the day off taken from their work to take you to driving test??!! SO WHAT!!?? SO WHAT!!?? LISTEN TO ME...ITS NOT END OF THE WORLD!!!. Don't you see, we are all busy at Ultimate Drivers. KEEP QUITE AND GOOD LUCK.

Fantastic experience: I have had a really amazing experience at Ultimate Drivers Cambridge. I am half way through my in-car lessons and has already improved immensely due to my instructor Jibran’s positive reinforcement and constant honest feedback. Prior to these lessons I have not officially been on the road before so close to other cars but now I am able to drive my mom up to the corner for groceries. I feel like a pro when my driving instructor, Jibran, cheered me on. He is teaching me how to turn, lane change, practice roundabouts, and go on more roads as I gain confidence. Negative experience: As of right now this is the worst possible experience for my son. He has been pro active in setting up a weeks worth of driving lessons and gave up a weeks worth of work for this. He has been changed instructors three times with lame excuses of the first not having time !!! That’s his job for Pete’s sake!!! The last time was done less than 24 hours notice and because of this, of my son tries to change times it’s too late and would forfeit the time without getting it back. His teacher did. It help with this even though it was his doing . STAY AWAY!!!! No one answers at head office . Leave a message it says.

Fantastic experience: Studied here to prepare for my G2 test about two years ago. Amazing in-class teacher, very professional, and does not mess around. When completing my 10 hours of driving, I did not get along with my first instructor, but Kim ensured that she would find me someone else, who was a better fit. I passed my G2 first time, with no notes whatsoever. I am confident when I drive, and have been since I’ve completed this course. The savings you receive on your insurance are worth paying for the course.

Fantastic experience: My instructor Mohammed Jibran has been really good so far. I like that he is patient and he is very attentive so that I can know what I am doing wrong and right. He makes clear corrections and only intervenes when necessary. My boyfriend and I have both had this instructor and we would both recommend him to future learners.

Fantastic experience: I took the Beginners Driver Education program. Ultimate drivers improved my driving skills and taught me the importance of a safe driving mindset. Booking in car appointments is convenient and easy with a cellphone, and the customer service is incredible. My driver's instructor was Mohamad Jibran. Mohamad was very chill. He taught me everything I needed to know at my own pace to make sure I was comfortable driving, especially roundabouts which I can confidently drive through now. In addition, Mohamad was very understanding, patient, and had a sense of humor at times. I highly recommend this Ultimate Drivers and Mohamad if you get the chance.

Fantastic experience: I am currently driving with Mohammad jibran and he has shown he how to drive and park a car extremely well with very helpful advice and understanding mistakes. I would definitely recommend this driving school to anyone looking to get their g2 a little bit earlier.

Negative experience: NOT RECOMMENDED!! We’ve had two different instructors. Neither did much instructing. Both have had many weeks where they are not available. One instructor said don’t use their booking app because it’s not accurate. The first two one hour session were only both shortened but charged at a full time block. We are doing a lot of the instructing ourselves and will likely have to hire another company for a refresher and fill in all the gaps. Nothing good to say about our experience with this company.

Positive experience: This school is nice and easy to navigate. The online courses are very well done for my asynchronous platform. The only thing I would change is getting support on time. Every time I emailed the support I never received a reply back. I would always have to call and then ask my question or get support through Kim, who is very nice and helpful. Please make sure the online tech support gets fixed, other than that great place!

First, I would like to thank Nicki, who played a significant role when choosing Ultimate Drivers by informing me properly instead of avoiding my emails like other driving schools in the city. On the other hand, I can not thank my instructor, Kim, enough. Although I am an experienced driver in my home country, I am a new driver on Canadian roads. My instructor Kim trained me for the G road test, and I passed the test on my first attempt, thanks to her. Also, she helped me understand the rules of Canadian roads and correct my old bad driving habits. Thank you, Ultimate Drivers Cambridge!

Fantastic experience: Just had my second in-car session with Jibran, who’s friendly and patient, explaining the skills and manoeuvres in clear simple language. Feeling really confident that when I get my G2 it’ll be down to his help and guidance! For the online classroom sessions, some of the material has mistakes or provides incorrect info. For the price of the course you would hope that it was properly checked for errors and updated. At two points in the lessons I had answers be marked wrong only to then be correct on a later lesson. A bit frustrating

She helped our daughter feel comfortable and over come her anxiety and become more confident. We appreciated how accomodating she was with being available for the lessons. We also appreciated the in class sessions as opposed to doing it online only. Would recommend Ultimate and Mandy as an instructor.
