Fantastic experience: Great program, awesome staff, well educated and knowledgeable instructor. Working with Kyle MacMillan the instructor, I have learned alot about the excavator, backhoe and loader and how to operate them. I highly recommend anyone that wants to do this program to go through them.

Fantastic experience: I've recently finished my heavy equipment training at this facility and my overall experience was great I got all necessary training needed to become a heavy equipment operator Kyle was my instructor and his knowledge of heavy machinery was top notch Kyle gave me all the skills needed and I highly recommend this course to anyone looking to get proper training in heavy equipment.

Negative experience: I finished this school last December. I got my AZ licence still looking for a job . Nobody cares about the insurance letter they gave. Market is dead now. It is impossible to get a job as anew licence driver. So don't waste your money guys.

Fantastic experience: You've got to be fearless to get in a truck with a brand new student and TTDS isn't short of trainers with this quality. My teachers weren't scared which in turn made me calmer and braver behind the wheel. I also appreciate the front staff for being as accommodating as they were with my hectic schedule. When I started 'backing' I genuinely felt that there was no way I was going to be able to do it. I had my classes with all the instructors, all are amazing but most of my classes were with Rohan Rinwa,he taught me everything excellent, His teaching style is top notch.The way he taught me backing trailer helps me a lot . I just wanna say thanks for his guidance, i have not only passed the driving test but gained the skills and confidence needed for safe and responsible driving. All the receptionists are also very helpful.

And the driving part, I got more info from him to correct what I was doing wrong before. So far I had many but most of my class was with him and he is best instructor. Fantastic experience: I took classes from Mandeep Singh at Etobicoke location. He was generous and polite while teaching and I grabbed all the details and manoeuvres of driving and backing through his precise explanation and guidance. I passed my test and i would like to recommend everyone to take classes from him.

Negative experience: One year before, I gave this driving school 5 star, but now, I think that I made a mistake. At that time, I just passed the test, and I am hopefully to get a job. This driving school only taught me how to pass the drivetest, not how to do the job. And they will NOT pay ANY RESPONSIBILITY of your working. Right now, it has been passed 1 year, I cannot find any job, because I can’t back up, I can’t park to the dock, I can’t drive into the gas station/truck stop, I don’t know how to use Elog, I can’t coupling a trailer, even some sharp turns at small spaces are hard for me. At here, instructors never teach you any basic skills for working. I got interviews at more than 10 companies, their managers all think that my basic skill is VERY BAD. Lots of driving schools are willing to help graduated students to get a good job, they will teach students a lot of basic skills and how to drive as working. But at here, they just make the drivetest easier and easier, and you will feel very hard to start a job. So I think that NO COMPANIES want to choose students from here. You should know that learning truck driving is for working, not for personal use. If you want to get a good job in future, please don’t choose here!

Fantastic experience: Thank you to all of the team at Mississauga location! They were all fantastic. Neha was great with organizing everything for me and emailing. I did 3 hour F class lessons with Gurpreet the day before my road test and he was amazing (take notes & study them)!! I couldn’t recommend Toronto truck driving school enough! Well worth it - I passed my F class on the first attempt (coming from someone that knew absolutely nothing about vehicles before these lessons). Thank you to everyone at the Mississauga location!

All staff members are very knowledgeable and have good behavior. At front desk, Pawan and Neha are so cooperative and nice. They provide flexible schedules that made things easy for students. Fantastic experience: I took the Z course with Garry Singh. It was an awesome course, and very thorough. Garry was great. He made all the aspects of the air brake system very easy to understand and really expressed the importance of understanding air brakes for driving commercial vehicles. I passed on my first attempt and Garry gave me all the tools and understanding I need going forward in my career as a commercial truck driver!

Fantastic experience: I have just passed my AZ in the first attempt. This school is very well organized with everything i.e scheduling/ tests etc. I got the license just because of the instructor ROHAN RINWA. He is the only guy who can tell you everything in detail. The way he gonna teach you, its totally different. I had my 80% of classes with him, he helped me to get the license within a month. Also, PARDEEP MANHAS can teach you very well. If you have classes with one of them, you do not have to worry about anything, you are in good hands. I would recommend everyone to enrol in this school whoever wants to get AZ license.

Negative experience: Bad experience! Instructor Pardeep got no patience, sir nobody is trained from home. I have to leave my training in between because of his bad behaviour and always being on phone with friends.

They taught me a lot of things that I couldn’t learn from YouTube videos or books, that I feel really made a difference. A lot of my friends from school who also had to do testing for the same class of license, didn’t pass based on mistakes that you learn not to do if you take this driving course. It is well worth the money to take a course here rather than risk having to take the road test multiple times! Highly recommend to anyone seeking to get a commercial license!

Negative experience: Save your money, sanity, and your self-respect. The instructor I had (Pardeep) kept calling me slow and stupid. Also, the school said I would get 2 weeks of in-vehicle training, in reality, I only had 16 hours of in-vehicle training when they advertised 55 hours over 2 weeks. We went over the daily inspection ONCE, and the next day he gave me the keys and literally told me to drive while he spoke on the phone with his buddies. All in all, don't go to this school, I got scammed $2000 for their false advertising for a commercial class licence. Toronto Truck Driving School is not an accredited school, Do NOT GO HERE.

Fantastic experience: The Heavy Equipment Trainer Kyle was exceptionally personable, knowledgeable, and attentive to all my seemingly crazy questions while continuing to give me the best training on equipment I've had in years. Sometimes as a new student it can be very overwhelming and intimidating, but Kyle made me feel right at home within minutes of meeting him face to face. I will return to Toronto Truck Driving School in the near future for further equipment training from Kyle and I strongly recommend him to anyone looking for this type of training, as he by far creates the best atmosphere and relaxed environment for training which allows you to truly absorb what you are being taught, so you may confidently go forward knowing you've had the best training and do well applying it to whatever workforce you may be employed by. Fantastic experience: I learned to drive 4 different heavy machines at TTDS. KYLE, the instructor, was very professional and very knowledgable on all subjects. Kyle was patient and diligent when operating the machines for the first time, and determined to make each student fully operational upon the completion of the course. Still to this day we keep in contact and hes always willing to discuss projects. I will have the knowledge i aquired for Kyle for a lifetime and it is always providing me with opportunities. GREAT INSTRUCTOR and a GREAT PERSON!!

Fantastic experience: I was very satisfied with this school. I received one on one training from 4 different instructors and I learned something from each one of them. It took just over 2 months from my start date May 18 until my road test on July 28. It is a school worth attending if you are serious about getting your AZ license.

Fantastic experience: Suneil was a very effective instructor. Would go at the class pace and make sure he wasn’t getting ahead of individuals who may not have understood a topic. If you’re looking for an excellent Z endorsement instructor , this guy is very good

Fantastic experience: Passed my AZ test in first attempt. Unlike certain schools, Instructors at TTDS know each and every corner of MELT program. They have good trucks and a large yard to train you. If you are 1 min late for your class, reception will call you. Scheduling will allocate you with different instructors to help you learn with different methods but changes can be made as they are flexible. I took majority of my lessons from Pardeep Manhas and boy i had fun. Others were also great. I advice you to use all hours and make most use of them. I did not find any discrepancies in actual test and schools training.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience going to this driving school. I was able to pass my exam on my first try after going through classes here. The staff is great, instructors are great. They are also flexible with scheduling based on your schedule which worked perfectly for me.
