Fantastic experience: Had a great experience learning with Samai; she gives very clear instructions and prepares you well for the test. Today I passed my N on the first try and that wouldn't have been possible without her.

Fantastic experience: I had a positive experience getting lessons here before my test. After a couple of classes with Samai, my road test went really well and got my full class license. We practiced in the road test area a lot and that was really helpful. Anna from the staff helped me set up all the classes and was lovely to interact with. Highly recommended!

Negative experience: bought a package of 14 hours plus road test. First of all, there was no communication between teachers. I had several different instructors. Including my first instructor who gave me advice no one else did (Have your foot on the accelerator while turning) Another instructor took me onto main large roads for my third time driving a car, without any warning. He was not aware that I hadn't driven a car many times before. There was even a time when I showed up to my lesson, to find it was moved. I had gone in with the organizer. At which time neither her nor I could find any mention about that lesson being moved. She promised I would get that time made up. A few days later they informed me they would not honor her promise because they did manage to find a record of it being moved to another time. A time I had missed. Their communication had been terrible, requiring me to scour over a dozen emails to see if I had a lesson on any given day; as they would change my schedule via email, without providing a full schedule of all the changes. Making it extremely hard to keep track of them. After about 7 lessons, and my road test coming up (there was a large amount of them shifting the lessons around, and me cancelling- plus being sick. I do not blame them for this) I took a lesson with another teacher; Greenstone Driving School. For the record, this is a school that only charged me AFTER the lesson was done. FOR HALF THE PRICE, I learn more in one lesson with her than in the 7 hours with these people. Who barely taught me how to turn left and right. Thus begins my issues I requested a PARTIAL refund for the services that were not provided. Not asking for refunds for the lessons missed or for the many that were extremely unsatisfactory. Just on the hours and road test vehicle that had not been given. They refused. And cited among other things, that because I had used a gift certificate they were unable to do so. Let me also point out, they never so much as looked at my certificate. There was also a lot of arguing with me when I expressed dissatisfaction with the services provided. About a month ago, I made sure the road test was cancelled and requested the hours meant for warm up before the road test as practise instead. They also refused, and told me to tell them when I book the road test. I have been taking lessons with the other instructor, and I felt ready to take the road test. So like they requested, I asked them if the time I chose would work for them. They told me that because I had not been taking lessons with them, they would not provide a car and warm up. Instead "following your request" I made almost a month ago, to take it as practise. And that they are booking a month in advance. This was today. Needless to say I have not been impressed with their customer service, and services provided. Maybe some people have great experiences if they have a lot of money and manage to follow their confusing way to inform you of your schedule, but I was unable to. Which resulted in many lost lessons, wasted money. And service that felt very argumentative. (I wasn't expecting them to cater to me, but I would have appreciated them to listen to me, and try to work with me a bit more. Instead of what really felt like them blaming me for all of the issues. While I was not perfect, and could have made less mistakes. They did not give me the feeling they were trying to work WITH me. But rather just get it over with.) Update: A few days ago I tried to request they provide the service I paid for once again. And I have not heard back from them at all. Final: This is over a year later. They called me and informed me I would get my service if I removed this review. Not wanting to loose $300 I agreed. Unfortunately I ended up needing to change dates, I gave them 3 days notice Thinking that they operated on the same reschedule rules of ICBC, they do not, and ate up the $300. I'm posting this now, with a class 7, by taking lessons from instructors charging 1/2 the price. Add: The lying about not telling me to remove my review is sad.

Fantastic experience: Without the dedicated help of Anna and Vincent, there is no way I would’ve succeeded in attaining my unrestricted class 4. I am a very confident driver and the unrestricted short program of 4.5 hours was just enough to get me by. This is a difficult but very attainable license with the help of Fraser driving school.

Fantastic experience: I recently obtained my Class 4 Unrestricted license after completing three lessons with Vincent. I was nervous to sign up for lessons, as I have not had the best experiences with driving instructors in the past; however, I can definitively say that Vincent far surpassed my expectations. He is incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and supportive, and his humorous demeanour and positive encouragement were very helpful towards minimizing anxiety and building confidence. I couldn’t have asked for a better instructor and I would highly recommend Vincent and Fraser Driving School to anyone looking to get their license!

Fantastic experience: TLDR Version: Class 4 Endorsement Training Fraser Driving School is great, and you should 100% use them! Vincent was AMAZING. Thanks! I would recommend getting extra hour practice day before test! Passed first time Regular Response: I cannot recommend Fraser Driving School enough!!!. The whole process was amazing, and my driving instructor Vincent was the best!!! I was able to get my class 4 endorsement on my first try, which I am sure I would not have been able to if I was to do it on my own. Vincent way to teaching me really connected. I aced my pre-inspection check list...and there is a ton of checks to know. I was also comfortable with the driving protion. For me I added an extra hour of practice the day before the test to feel even more confident. I wanted to spend a little extra for more training as I did not want to have to redo the test again which would cost even more. For sure use them!!!!!!!

Fantastic experience: I passed my class 4 restricted driving test!!!!! Yippee! I had the honor of learning from a driving instructor who was nothing short of amazing. He was knowledgeable, professional, personable and friendly. He identified my ‘bad’ habits (we all have a few!) so I could correct them, he gave good, accurate advice and information for the road test so I was able to pass the first time. I was very confident during my my road test thanks to him.

Fantastic experience: The staff at Fraser driving school are competent and high quality driving instructors. My wife had multiple driving lessons before taking her N. She returned for a refresher lesson before she took full License (5) test as well. Needless to say she passed both her N and 5 on her first attempt ... Fantastic experience: Fraser Driving School did a wonderful job at making sure I knew everything I needed to know to pass my Class 4 Unrestricted test! My instructor Vincent was amazing at explaining and teaching everything that is involved to successfully pass this test. With just a two hour practice and a one hour warm up before my test, I managed to nearly ace the test both in the pre trip inspection and driving test. Fantastic experience: I had an amazing experience with Fraser Driving School all around, and I cannot begin to express my gratitude to Samai. As a complete beginner, I had many reasonable and unfounded fears and anxieties that Samai gently worked through with me. She is a wonderful, kind, safe, responsible, patient and very experienced instructor (and even therapist, when needed)! She made sure I was confident and completely prepared for my Class 7 driving test, which I passed with flying colours on the first try. I cannot recommend this school and team enough, from lovely Anna to every instructor there, you will be well-taken care of from the first introduction to your test!

Fantastic experience: I had the pleasure to be trained by Vincent, who was very friendly, thorough, and passionate about ensuring I pass my Class 4 Unrestricted License. Vincent is very knowledgeable and easy-going. I felt very comfortable asking any "stupid" questions and/or clarifying some rules and procedures of what to do. I booked their Unrestricted Short Program, which at first I thought would be do-able, but after going through the steps of the pre-inspection, I felt it wasn't enough for me to become familiar with engine parts, and I really wanted to get my pre-inspection nailed for the test. The company was great, where they were able to accommodate me an additional hour prior to the road test package (with an additional cost), and I was very glad I did this, because I became more confident with the inspection and got comfortable driving their nice and clean vehicle! Vincent truly taught me exactly what the examiner was looking for, so there was no tricks and/or surprises. Needless to say, I was confident for the road test and I passed with flying colors! Thank you Vincent and the Driving School for making this happen for me! If anyone is thinking about going with this school, I would go for it! The registration is easy, and they get back to you very promptly. I also think you do get your dollars worth to pass that road test the FIRST time!

Fantastic experience: Vincent did a very good job instructing Class 4 Unrestricted. Everything went smoothly, including the ICBC booking which the school did for me. The vehicle was very good and very clean. 10/10 Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Vincent at Fraser Driving School helped me become a calm, confident driver, and got me from generally not driving as an adult, to passing my class 7 road test in 2 months. He provided calm, relevant feedback in our lessons, pushed me to grow my skills and become comfortable in heavy rush hour traffic on major roads on rainy winter nights. He also had great pointers on specific elements of the road test. I also want to thank Anna in the office for building a lesson schedule that worked for me as a busy working person, and figuring out how to make up time after a couple lessons needed to be rescheduled due to heavy snow.

Fantastic experience: I really can't recommend Fraser Driving School enough. Excellent instruction from Vincent and Manuel - very clear, calm and confidence building. I started with zero experience, and the 14.5 hr package (plus driving with my partner 5/6 times) was enough to pass the Class 7 test first time.

Fantastic experience: Best place to learn how to drive safely, I just passed my class 7 driving test and got my N, I got trained with both Vincent and samai, they are really good instructors, the cars they use are also very clean and easy to handle. Fantastic experience: I came to Fraser Driving School with almost no driving experience a few months ago, and today I passed my road test for my N on the first try! My instructor, Vincent, was very patient and knowledgeable, explained things very clearly and gave excellent feedback on my driving. Fantastic experience: I was trying for my novice license and Vincent was a great instructor! He was patient and explained things in a simple, easy to understand way. I live in Delta and Fraser Driving School was able to arrange for me to have longer lessons to minimize my commute as well.

Fantastic experience: Long story short, You want to pass your drivers test in your first try then you better learn how to do it in Fraser Driving School. Instructor's teaching experience and knowledge of how things work at the drivers exams will make you success. The only thing you have to do is that listen your instructor carefully and apply their instructions in your exam. That is all. And again, Thank you Vincent.

After my first lesson with another instructor at this school I felt like giving up, but I requested a new instructor and got Vincent. What a change! I was going for my class 4 unrestricted license and got the package with a 2hr lesson and 2.5hr session that included a warm up lesson and the road test time with the vehicle from them and found the cost competitive with other schools. The staff was also very friendly and helped book my road test for me. Vincent was my instructor and he was calm, encouraging and very knowledgeable. I found his method of doing the pre-trip inspection especially helpful as it was logical which made it easier to remember. The lessons, practice and knowledge were instrumental to me passing my road test and I highly recommend Fraser Driving School.

Fantastic experience: I have been driving more than 20 years with the Class 5 license, I decided to upgrade to Class 4 Unrestricted, took the course with Vincent, I knew with all those years driving experience just not enough to pass the ICBC Pre-Trip and Road Test. For Vincent with his long history of driving experienced, his defensive driving techniques and straight forward instructions, it was very easy to understand. The fee I paid is worth every penny and fair, I passed the Pre-Trip and Road Test at first try, I did some mistakes on the Road Test, but it all went well.

I needed my Class 4 unrestricted license for work and wanted to make sure I passed the test the first time, so I took lessons. Even when I asked for clarification on a topic, the reply was prompt. The convenience of having a vehicle was a major factor in my decision to do this but ultimately Vincent really helped me learn safer driving techniques and important tips to help me pass the inspection test as well as the road test. Fantastic experience: I enrolled in Fraser Driving Schools Class 4 Unrestricted training, and passed my road test with them. I had a good experience with my instructor (Vincent). The receptionist (Natalia) was accommodating booking the lessons and prompt with replies. I would recommend Fraser Driving School for Class 4 training.

Fantastic experience: Had lessons with FDS for a year. Started bumpy with the first instructor they paired me with but after listening to my concerns, I got paired with someone who better suited my personality. They are pretty popular so book 2 months in advance. When booked in advance, they are very accommodating. I was able to take most of my lessons during my lunch break. I felt safe and relaxed with my Instructor Vincent. He was calm, and gave great feedback. He would also praise things that I did well. I passed my road test on the first try with the following comments from the examiner “great hazard perception, stop position, and braking.” Thanks FDS!

Fantastic experience: Vincent was fantastic, very clear and offered easy to follow instructions. Having last driven in Ireland over 10 years ago and on the 'wrong’ side of the road at that, I felt at ease straight away even though I was somewhat nervous hopping behind the wheel after so long. With his guidance I passed my road test on the first go. I would not hesitate to recommend Fraser Driving School and Vincent in particular.

Fantastic experience: I had lessons with three different instructors. They are all very knowledgeable and have different teaching styles as well. I think that having more than one instructor helped me to be more confident, as I didn't get used to only one instructor and that helps on the exam day when someone I have never seen before will be giving me instructions. I believe price is reasonable and their cars are ok.

Fantastic experience: I am 47 year old. I never drove a car in the past, absolutely zero driving experience but I decided to learn how to drive and paid a package for driving lesson with them because a friend recommended this school. My instructor Samai helped me to feel confident. I learned a lot from her in less than a year, the prove is that I passed my first road test in my first attempt. He was very observant in assessing my driving skills and gave me great tips to practice and pass the test . This made me very confident during the actual road test and pass them . Fantastic experience: If you need to get your Class 5 drivers licence, go to Fraser Driving School and request Vincent as your instructor! He is patient and makes you feel comfortable behind the wheel. It felt like my own father was teaching me to drive again and that put me at ease as I prepared for my road test. He made sure I was prepared for every scenario possible and always reminded me when I was making bad habits from years of driving in another country. This school is the real deal and I passed my road test on the first try! I definitely got my money's worth so i encourage you to invest in the best!

Fantastic experience: A colleague recommended Fraser Driving School to me. Natalia (the office administrator) was always friendly, professional, and efficient, and communication was prompt and clear. Every effort would be made to source lesson times that aligned with my work schedule (something that I really appreciated). Despite the fact that I received my licence in South Africa in 2001, and had a lot of driving experience behind me, I was initially very nervous about driving on the right-hand side of the road when I moved to Canada. I had also picked up a lot of bad habits that needed to be unlearnt! In order to be able to drive in BC, I needed to complete both the knowledge and Class 5 road test, and I am so glad I picked this driving school because I felt like I gleaned so many valuable skills and confidence from these lessons. I had all my lessons with Vincent and I really cannot speak highly enough of him! Vincent is such a calm, friendly, and genuine person and he put me at ease immediately. He gives kind, constructive criticism, is patient and personable, and is always positive and professional! He explained rules and driving manoeuvres to me very comprehensively (I ask lots of questions!) and I felt assured following all his advice (and picked up many helpful parking tricks and strategies -- I avoided parallel and reverse parking in the past). I feel like my time with FDS has helped me develop safe, defensive driving habits. Fantastic experience: I just finished my driving assessment with Samai and it went very well. She's patient and clear in how she teaches and how she provides feedback (feedback is also given in a non-judgmental, kind way). I explained to her how I had already had some lessons many years ago and that I tend to be nervous/anxious about driving. She gave me the option of her driving first to a calm neighborhood instead of me driving from the start of the lesson and I enthusiastically accepted. I'd definitely recommend her as a teacher for adults learning to drive that are nervous about it.

Negative experience: I don’t know why this place has such a high review score. Firstly, they are very expensive and their classes are only 55 minutes long. Secondly, they don’t come to pick you up, so a one-hour session might actually waste 2.5 hours of your time including the commute. Thirdly, they don’t take you to practice around the road test location although my road test location was a 5-minute drive from this school. Fourthly, normally the teacher seems too tired to tell you what to do or to help you practice your issues. I had a driving license from another country for 4 years and I got a class 5L license in BC and I came to this school to learn about Canadian driving habits and pass the class 5 test. For the most of the 55 minutes, they used to just tell me to drive straight. At around 30 minutes they would tell me to do a parallel parking(which, by the way, is not part of the class 5 road test!) and then return straight back to their place. At around 5th session, I told the teacher that I think I am not good at left turns(because we barely did a left turn during the first 4 sessions!). Then, the teacher told me to stop the car and he drew a sketch of an intersection and explained the left turn to me. This meant that the teacher already knew I am bad at left turn(otherwise why give a 5 minute detailed explanation of how to turn left?) and then he let me do 3 or 4 left turns, and I felt like he is reluctant to let me do left turns. It seems like they have a predefined teaching plan for a person who is starting to learn driving and they just used the same plan for me. I do very good parallel parking, so I don’t know why I had to practice parallel parking every session while I rarely got to practice turning left or right on main roads or into main roads that I was very bad at (because of all the shoulder checking and ...). There were sessions dedicated to “highway merging” or “turning into boulevards” that I have never used them. My road test didn’t have any highway or boulevards. You might argue that it is still important to learn it, but I think them just telling me the concept and not wasting the whole session was fine because I was a 4-year driver already. I give them 2 or 3 stars because, in all honesty, they do teach you some stuff, but short sessions, lack of instructions, and the fact that they don’t identify your issues to practice doesn’t make them a 5 star driving school. After this school, I switched to another driving teacher. They were much cheaper, had 80-minute sessions, picked me up at home and dropped me off at home, practiced with me near the road test site, identified many of my issues, had me do left turn for about 20 times until I mastered left turns and shoulder-checking , and never practiced parallel parking (because it is not part of the class 5 road test!!!). Practicing near the road test site really reduced the stress specially because I got to know the exit location of the site and that I have to either turn left or right at that exit!

He was so friendly and very knowledgeable. Everyone there was helpful and were so kind in fitting me in on short notice.
