Negative experience: If your coming here for the cheap prices$$$ then it’s not worth it, they have frauded some people that I’ve talked to, the women in the office is extremely rude because she’s the owners wife. At first their nice but the closer you get to finishing paying ur installements the ruder they become. Will NOT RECOMMEND it. And I forgot to mention, they offered to give my friend all his appointments at once if he gave them 5 stars and a positive feed back. I’m pretty sure that’s what they said to everyone else that gave them 5 stars. And if you carefully read the owners reply you’ll see that everyone that gives him a one star he replays by saying he doesn’t even have them in the system which is completely FALSE.

Negative experience: If you want to take 2 years doing your driving license come to this place. Horrible experience, 2 1/2 months wait for a theoretical class when it was their mistake. Trying to a call, terrible customer service with only 2 hours open (3-5pm) the lady will not hesitate talking bad for no reason and being mean when you are the client.. All the reviews you see in here, it is probably themselves that wrote them. Anyways, you guys are aware!

Negative experience: Extremely disappointed with this Driving School and absolutely do not recommend it. My experience was catastrophic, especially due to the completely unacceptable attitude of the receptionist. As soon as I arrived, I was greeted by a person who raised his voice and showed total disrespect. Instead of helping me with my questions, she responded with condescension and aggression, which is completely unacceptable in a professional setting. I had never been confronted with such a bad attitude; She spoke to me in a contemptuous tone, as if I was nothing but an embarrassment to her. Even when I tried to clarify certain points, she continued to be rude and haughty, showing a blatant lack of respect. It is unacceptable to treat customers in this way, especially in a service that is supposed to be attentive and caring. In summary, if you are looking for a professional and respectful driving school, move on and look elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: I was a client at this driving school, and I will give an unbiased review based on my lived experiences. I gave 5 stars to avoid harming their company, but in reality, it’s worth less. The secretary lacks respect and manners, very aggressive and rude. For the practical classes, you don’t learn much, even if the instructor is friendly, most of the time, he is occupied with other tasks rather than teaching. Often, he uses his phone and makes calls instead of helping the driver. That being said, the online courses are acceptable. There is a significant lack of professionalism overall, I have sometimes been in situations where I had to take the instructor to the supermarket to do his shopping during my driving lesson. However, you can't expect too much from this driving school. The price they offer is one of the lowest on the market, and for good reason, the quality of service is not very good. Low price comes with low service quality! At Oscar, you get what you pay for, don’t expect an excellent driving school for such a price. Be realistic! If you are looking for basic training at a low cost and are willing to tolerate some compromises on quality, this school might suit you. However, for those seeking a more professional and in-depth experience, it might be better to choose a more expensive school that offers better guidance and higher quality teaching. Oscar Driving School positions itself as a low-cost driving school, but of low quality. That is their business model. Oscar Driving School is acceptable if you are more focused on price than quality; personally, I completed my driving lessons without major issues despite the lack of professionalism. In short, think carefully about your expectations and needs regarding driving training before choosing this school, especially if you are a beginner and need attentive and professional guidance.

Negative experience: I studied driving here so far its the cheapest price for a bad service...avoid going here the owner is mediocre and very rude. I did not learn anything from the school not even how to parallel parking or reverse parking. I was able to passed my driving because of my own practice and learning some advices and lesson in youtube. P.s (Please oscar driving school do not reply and say i was not your student...)

Positive experience: I finished my driving courses last year and I really like my teachers. Some of them were very patient, kind and give good instructions. There were two especially, I sadly do not remember one of them but the other was Joseph. He was very patient during the few courses we had together and he made sure to explains the mistakes I made and the things I needed clarification on very clearly. If anything, I perfected my parking skills thanks to him when I was a complete mess at it and my driving exam was on the next day. (I passed with no error!!) However, I give this place a 3 stars (I wanted 3,5 stars but that's not an option here but 4 stars was not representable either) due to some occasions where some teachers (not the same teachers that I just praised) were hard to understand and would often be in a call rather than being an instructor. As a student who paid to be in a ''school,'' I expected my one-on-one time to be... well... be actually one-on-one. Calls were also rarely answered during the hours provided (3 pm - 5 or 6 pm, I can't seem to recall properly) and so I mostly had to go to the driving school to get my appointments done because they never answer any of the voicemail messages. Another reason for the 3 stars is due to the secretary. On my first year, I was met with a wonderful secretary who was very kind and welcoming. I loved her behavior towards us whenever she spoke with my father or I. (Sadly, I do not remember her name) However, afterwards, there was another person whom I believe her name is Ms. Gally, and she was the rudest person I have ever met. I have met frank people before, which is perfectly fine, but she mocked at us after we spoke of an issue we had regarding my file, and she gave the attitude straight away. We simply asked a question, and she rudely answered us with something similar to ''if you are not happy, I can give you a paper stating the courses you have taken and you can take your remaining classes elsewhere.'' The situation was calmed down after we got in a call with Mr. Oscar, which was actually nice at the time because my mother appreciated his nice behavior as he tried to explain things in a calm and respectful manner. Honestly, this is a great school if we exclude the problems that happened. Even though the phone call issue was not something I liked very much, I really appreciated the instructors that were actually doing their jobs. I do not want to say that the others were not doing their job, because it is not true. However, it just felt like I was not taken seriously during those times. I noticed that the negative reviews had comments regarding the identity not being part of the files so I will just say that the name on this account is a pseudonym and not my real name. I hesitated to give a review because of this and the issues that occurred during my time there but I have respects for the person in charge and his request for putting a review on Google Maps after my final driving course. I also want to say that, if it were not for the problems I had during my time, I would rate this place 8,5/10. The part that really downgraded the rating was because of the rude lady. So for anyone reading this, please understand that if not for the rude lady that gave us a terrible experience every time we either call or the few times when we spoke to her face-to-face, even though there are flaws here and there, it is a good driving school, especially for the money. I have heard ridiculous stories from more famous driving schools and they charge much more then this school does. I hope my review is helpful and that it is taken seriously even though the rating is not 5 stars. Thank you for everything you have done for me.

Fantastic experience: I had a good experience there. They managed to find availabilities for me despite my busy schedule. The theory classes are online and in the evening, which makes it easier to attend. Joseph is a great instructor and we finished the theory and practice classes early.

Negative experience: Fuyez et gardez votre argent! Ils ne sont même pas capable d'offrir un service compréhensible en français. J'ai eu des réponses bêtes et ils me demandent de me répéter à de nombreuses reprises, comme si je parlais chinois!! Très peu accueillant et très peu de courtoise. Leur horaire est très mal organisé, ils prennent plusieurs personnes en même temps tellement le manque de personnel est présent (ou tout simplement qu'ils ne sont pas capable de gérer une école de conduite aussi!) Bref, beaucoup trop cher au final pour un service de piètre qualité ! J'envisage en faire une plainte à la saaq.

Mon fils avait commencé ses cours chez Tecnic, mais c'était pratiquement impossible de trouver de la disponibilité pour ses heures de pratique après des semaines d'attente, il a alors décidé de changer d'auto école et de choisir Oscar. Ils lui ont déjà programmé toutes ses heures sans attente le jour de son inscription et leurs prix sont pas mal moins chers que la concurrence. Merci beaucoup pour votre bon service et l'accueil chaleureux.

Negative experience: Logiquement zero étoile mais on n’a pas cette option Un seul mot: HORRIBLE!!! Des personnes horribles. La dame, secrétaire ou associée ou je ne sais trop quoi, ne sait pas parler aux clients crie, insulte, aucun respect. C’est une femme sans éducation tout simplement. Elle Parle sa langue devant le client et contre ce dernier en l’insultant . 3 clients avant nous sont sortis de là en étant très en colère car les prioritaires ne sont pas aimables. Des arnaqueurs tout simplement. Méfiez vous en. . Lisez votre contrat. Des frais sont inventés à tout va. Ne vous laissez pas faire. Ne vous laissez pas berner par le prix car ils se rattrapent bien ailleurs. Je n’ai pas de mots pour cette école. Les dossiers jamais à jour…

Mes instructeurs.trices étaient sur leur téléphone lors de mes cours pratiques. Je n’ai absolument rien appris lors de mes supposément « cours de conduite », et ce sont mes parents qui se sont retrouvés avec la tâche de m’apprendre à conduire correctement.

J’ai terminé mes cours en 1 an (environs un cours pratiqué par mois) arranger vous pour ne manquer aucun cours et tout devrais bien ce passer. Cela fait bientôt trois ans que j'ai débuté de mes cours de conduite, et je ne l'ai toujours pas terminé, de par la faute du manque de cours disponible. De plus, l'école ne dispose pas d'un nombre suffisant d'instructeurs considérant le nombre d'étudiants inscrits. J'envisage maintenant de contacter la SAAQ pour signer la situation.

Negative experience: DO NOT SEND YOUR KIDS HERE, This is my first review, but I thought it would be inconsiderate not to warn others. First of all, the good reviews on here, are written by them, there is no way people would be leaving such great comments. The school is a scam, there are no availabilities for driving, you can only call between 3-5 to make appointments and 90% of the time they don't answer. I went with this school because its much cheaper then the others, but that was a mistake, you will not finish on time!!! Look into real reviews, before actually going. And if you do go, you're warned. Don't be fooled by the nice act the put up the first week, once they have a good chunk of your money, where they know you cant really pull out, they will treat you as so.
