Negative experience: I recently took several driving lessons with Raj, and unfortunately, my experience was not too great. Despite seeing numerous positive reviews, my experience was quite the opposite. Raj often changed the schedule, causing significant inconvenience. During one of the incidents, he suggested a lesson one day before my driving test, but when I tried to confirm me schedule the day before, he tried to reschedule all of a sudden due to another lesson that he had forgotten about. The often last-minute changes were very frustrating. The most concerning part was after I passed my N test. Raj insisted that I copy and paste a pre-written Google review he had written himself. I was already disappointed with his work ethic so I was hesitant. I told him I would do it when I get home, but he took my phone out my hand and gave himself five stars and copy and pasted the review himself. He watched me until he checked that the review was posted which made me feel pressured and intimidated. I picked Raj because of good reviews, but based on my experience, I question the legitimacy of the other positive reviews. If you’re considering lessons with Raj, please be aware.

Negative experience: Raj is not a good instructor. To keep this review short I had began taking lessons with him a year ago however he constantly cancelled or just did not show up and what was supposed to be 10 lessons each week took an entire year to finish. He was also always late ten to five minutes and did not extend our lessons the same time. He also once took me to a warehouse to practice parking and after parking once, he left and did not return for twenty minutes because he had picked up a package and there was a wait. Raj finally did not give any message when we had a lesson booked and he did not show up. I was left waiting for nearly an hour and had rescheduled work and school around the lesson. I would recommend against using Raj as I have a friend who took lessons with him that had a similar experience. Raj has also been deleting bad reviews and this is what tricked me into booking lessons with him. Raj is unprofessional and Easy Pass is not a good option for a driving school.

Fantastic experience: Raj is a patient and approachable instructor! I've never been on the road before taking lessons with him, but he made driving feel easy and comfortable from the very first lesson. His methods for parking, especially parallel and reverse, were easy to follow and to remember. He also made sure to take me through routes that may be used on my exam, and the one route we practiced on a lot was the one I got for my test! His lessons really push you to be independent, confident, and SAFE with your driving. He corrects your errors with patience and explains everything very thoroughly. At the end of the day, you can really feel that all he wants is for you is to be a safe and confident driver. On my test day, he had me practice one hour prior to the test and that really helped me warm-up and calm down before heading in. I was also tested on parallel and reverse parking on the exam, but thanks to what he taught me, I aced those sections! Thanks to his teaching, I passed on my FIRST TRY! My friend who recommended him to me also passed on HER FIRST TRY when she was taught by him about a year ago. Thank you very much to Raj! All the best :)

He is the very patient, helped me to learn how to drive safe and all the tips and methods he shown are easy to remember and implement. He has well maintained car.
