Negative experience: Instructor Joe to avoid! It was my first time at the expertise school and I hoped to meet an instructor who would meet my needs by being calm and patient. Mr. Joe seemed nice at first glance. I have dealt with arrogant, disrespectful, angry, and unprofessional instructors in the past, and unfortunately, Mr. Joe perfectly fits this description. He spoke about my personal life as if he knew me, raised his voice, called me a liar, and spoke to me in a very condescending manner. It is impossible to have a constructive conversation with him, he will lie about you and give his version of the facts. Usually, I am not the kind to complain, today I decided that enough is enough! There are far too many instructors with rage in them and I find it very dangerous. I could have had an accident.

Fantastic experience: I took two classes before my road test to convert my foreign driving license and it was the best decision as I passed in one attempt. He taught me the things that examiners watch out for like stop, protect stop, double stop, blind spot checks and also parallel and reverse parking at 90 degrees. I also booked the car for my test from them and it was a seamless and stress free experience. I am extremely happy with the results of the two classes and will definitely recommend them!
