During the in car lessons, you’ll get plenty of practice in all kinds of driving situations and the instructor Jennifer is very patient and knowledgeable, they take the time to explain and go over everything with you again and you can see your progress after each session, plus you get access to exclusive videos covering everything you need to know, and road test tips. I followed everything they taught me and I passed with barely any points. Overall, an amazing experience!

Fantastic experience: if u ever wanna find an AMAZING driving school, go with archers. for my driving lessons i was with Kyle and he is literally the best instructor u could go with, he makes everyone comfortable while driving and will tell u some dad jokes, he always made me feel confident getting in the car and driving. he blows kisses and random drivers and sings for u, i couldn't have picked a better driving school and an EXCELLENT instructor. but srsly go with Kyle if u wanna have a fun driving experience.

Fantastic experience: Nothing but good things to say about Archer's. I started my lessons with Kyle at the beginning of September and completed my road test today on my first attempt. Kyle helped me pass my road test with confidence and also worked patiently with me to overcome my driving anxiety. Kyle is calm, professional, and explains everything clearly, making each lesson comfortable and stress-free. Also found it funny that Dom would repeat the same stories to me every time. 3 stars because I didn’t like the tone in which Dom was talking to me my last class, he apologized and understood that I didn’t want to continue taking classes. Fantastic experience: Archer's is an amazing driving school, and I highly recommend them. I went from having zero experience behind the wheel to passing Class 5 in just a few lessons. The process of registering and booking classes was done online, and they offered home pick-up/ drop-off, which was perfect for me since I don't own a car and find it hard to commute anywhere. Each instructor has a different teaching style and you can choose whoever best suits you, but overall, all the instructors I had were awesome. Inaam was a wonderful and super supportive instructor who built up my confidence from the very first lesson, making every lesson afterward so much easier. Thank you Archer's!

Fantastic experience: It's been quite a while since I passed my road test but I don't think I would've been able to do it without the lessons I took with Kyle. He helped me relax on the road and taught me everything in a way that made sense in my head. He encouraged me to go past my comfort level but wouldn't get upset if I wasn't ready for something. He got me used to driving and talking and I think that was one of the most useful things to get used to, especially from multiple lessons. Not only was he able to teach me how to drive but he made it fun as well. He'd have me drive to see interesting sights and he'd wave at random people but never would get a wave back from them when he was with me (kind of amusing) but overall he made driving so much more fun. 10/10 would recommend Archers Blue Car Driving School and Kyle as an instructor :)

Fantastic experience: This driving school is superb! Got more of my lessons with Elaine and she was very patient and informative. Had a couple of lessons from Inaam and Jen too and they really helped me a lot with how to be assertive and safe especially in my left turns and lane changing. All of my instructors taught me well and made me overcome my driving anxiety. I passed the road test and I give my thanks to them. Overall, the driving school provided safe and very understandable concepts on how to become a confident and safe driver. Thanks to Dom who tailored the lessons which helped a lot of people. Fantastic experience: I definitely recommend this company to those who want to improve their driving skills. They take there jobs really seriously while also making sure we are as safe and comfortable as possible, it was also cool how we could have different instructors one of the main instructors I had was Kyle and although the other instructors were great his teaching style was what worked best for me. Which I really appreciate. Not everyone learns the same way. I also like his jokes while we were driving it helped me relax. Definitely recommend Archer's blue car company.

Before I signed up, I had zero confidence while driving and was very anxious and I didn't have anyone to teach me. When they did they would yell and not give useful information on how to improve BUT I signed up with Archers Blue Car Driving School and booked with Elaine. If you are nervous about driving or just don't have anyone to teach you, come here and book with Elaine or one of the other drives, but I highly recommend Elaine as she was my driver. She has a very calm and a relaxing demeanor, when I would make a mistake Elaine would explain how I could improve on it that way I am a better, safer driver. Elaine is an amazing teacher, she built up my confidence while driving. Whenever I need reassurance she would let me know that I was doing good. She was always in a positive mood, she's very patient and gives insightful information about what to watch out for with your own vehicle. I enjoyed my entire experience, because of Elaine I am now a safer, confident driver. I will be recommending my friends and family to Archers Blue Car Driving School.

Dom, the owner, is very kind and very helpful with anyone trying to get their license took two refresher courses and his staff member Elaine was very helpful and patient with me. Fantastic experience: I just passed my road test yesterday and I have nothing but positive things to say about my experiences with Archer's Blue Car. I had Elaine for all of my lessons and she was absolutely phenomenal. She was incredibly patient and helped me overcome my driving anxiety. I had Dom for the warmup before my road test and he was also very friendly and helped me feel less anxious for my test. Additionally, as a very busy university student, they were incredibly flexible and the free pick up from anywhere in the city was very useful and allowed me to better fit lessons into my schedule. Fantastic experience: I got my car a week ago, so it`s time to write a review as learning how to drive is not only about road test. I must say that I feel myself pretty confident driving my vehicle. I drive even better than my friend who started driving more than a month ago. Even more, I had another instructor before Archer`s Blue Car and he sad me that driving is not for everybody after several lessons because I was too afraid. Fantastic experience: I had such a wonderful experience with Blue Archer. I was instructed by Elaine and she was such an educational and calming presence to have in the car with me. I have always been a nervous driver and she was there with me each step of the way. Dom was there with me for my pretest warm up before my actual test and he was wonderful as well. The instructors really are caring people. I passed my exam on the first try and I'm thankful for everything they did to help me and set me up to be successful.

Fantastic experience: Elaine with Archers is truly the best instructor in Edmonton. I had extremely bad panic attacks to the point where if I sat behind the wheel I would panic and sob. Elaine was very patient with me and let me take my time to learn. I can hear her talking me through driving now and with her encouragement final got my license at 32-years old. It is never too late. I really appreciated being picked up at my home as it made it easy to fit in my schedule. I recommend them to every I know that doesn't have their license or who have children who are starting to learn. Thank you truly for the support.

Fantastic experience: Elaine was a fantastic instructor! I had really bad anxiety and sensory issues around driving and she was very patient and accommodating. She was able to figure out my comfort zone and limits but push me little by little each session to make progress. I passed my test second try and I'm now comfortable driving! Archer's Blue Car is definitely one of the best driving schools in the Edmonton area. I had a horrible experience with a different school and had to transfer over my records, Dominic was super helpful with that and there were no issues. Lessons were fairly priced, and because I had booked so many I got a discount and pay-as-you-go, which was great!

Website was easy to use and communication when I called was great and always more informative than I expected. I learned so much from the in class session and then the premium lessons and would say it was in reality beyond my expectations. Fantastic experience: Excellent driving school. The instructors have a lot of experience, knowledge and patience. They know when your anxiety and nerves are getting to you and help you bring them down so you can keep learning everything you need for getting your license. They helped me manage my anxiety while driving and got me to where I needed to be for getting my license. They were a very helpful every step of the way. I would recommend them to anyone who wants to learn how to drive and get there license.

Fantastic experience: Archer's is amazing and I cannot recommend them enough. I'm 30 years old and have been putting off driving due to major anxiety and fear. I went into my driving lessons with essentially zero experience and afraid to go faster than 20km/hr (lol). And after 7 lessons, about 2.5 months of experience total, and lots of practice in between, I just passed my test with flying colours! I had three different instructors throughout my lessons, but the majority were with Kyle. He was always very patient and encouraged me outside of my comfort zones when he felt confident that I could do a skill, but never pushy. I would also highly recommend using an Archer car for driving tests and getting in that 45 minute warm-up drive that's included. Honestly a life-saver in getting out those test jitters and asking some last-minute questions! Thanks, Archer's! You're the best!

Negative experience: I was so blatantly cut off in traffic by one of these cars. There was only one person in the vehicle so they weren't teaching... And probably shouldn't be! Edit: This happened Dec. 9th around 6:30pm on 142st southbound near 153ave. They were turning left on to 142st. I was already on 142st had to slam on my brakes to avoid hitting them. The car behind me got very close to rear ending my vehicle. They definitely did not have the proper space or time to make the left but did anyways....

Fantastic experience: Archer's Blue Car was a welcome change after our bad experience with ONS Driving School. Our son was booked with ONS & it was a thoroughly UNpleasant experience in every way. I had never given a 1-star review before but ONS got my first one. So, I did a LOT more research before we booked our daughter (M.). Was looking for value for money...excellent quality at a fair price. Archer's nailed it. It is not nearly as pricey as AMA & Glenn's yet the calibre of instruction was absolute tops. - Booked Value lessons which start & end either at Northtown Mall or St. Albert Mall. I always had errands to run anyway. - Dom, wisely suggested to space the lessons a week apart. That gave M. time to practice what she learned. The pace was just right & really maximized the training. - Dom was always ready and waiting when we arrived. M. was nervous driving with a stranger the first time but ended the lesson completely comfortable. Archer's gives the student a score at the end of every lesson to show the progress they've made and how close they are to likely being able to pass a road test. Cool benchmarking! - Dom assessed M's level of ability & moved her along at a very appropriate pace, not wasting time on something she clearly had a good handle on (unlike ONS). The instruction was super thorough and kind but still honest. - I never knew that you could use simple geometry and the correct placement of the side mirror to learn to parallel park! When M. explained how she had been taught I was amazed. And right from the start she aced it almost every time. - Once, Dom knew he had to miss a lesson. He told us well in advance & gave us a choice: a free upgrade to a premium pick up/drop off lesson with a different instructor in the same time slot OR we could book with him at different time. We chose the upgrade so M. got to drive with another instructors (Kyle). And Dom even made sure they drove in the neighbourood where the actual test would take place. All very professionally handled. - One of the later lessons included a pretend road test. Dom specifically told M. that he was going to mark her hard...he was going to be REALLY picky so that she knew every little thing that might count against her when she went for the real test. She "failed" but she knew exactly what she needed to work on, and the ensuing lesson focused on remedying those errors. When M. did her actual road test a couple of weeks later, she was docked a TOTAL of 5 points (of the maximum 75) for one wide turn, and the examiner actually thanked her for being incredibly well prepared! She totally aced her test and we attribute that to the amazing, organized, detailed, personalized instruction she received at Archer's. - Almost forgot, Archer's is slowly changing their vehicles to all electric and they even have bought carbon offsets. Nice! The only con I can think of with this company is that there were not a lot of time slots available for value lessons and they book up fast. We still managed to schedule workable dates because a new batch of value slots had just been posted but it would have been tougher if our registration had come a week or two later. I believe most folks book Premium lessons which is where most of Archer's time/resources go. Fair enough, but I hope the company is able to expand enough that they can offer more lesson times to their value clients. I now tell everybody about Archer's Blue Car. Our insurance agent...our neighbours...friends...anybody who has a kid getting close to needing driver's training... (and I tell everyone to stay away from ONS). Cannot reccomend Archer's highly enough. We are already planning to book both kids for a winter driving lesson. Dom says they actually take the students drifting in a safe place so they can learn how to really handle a vehicle on ice. Love it! I have high standards and Archer's exceeded my expectations. I hope they keep growing so that more people can be trained in a top notch manner. BTW, we are in no way connected to this company...we are simply very impressed clients

Positive experience: I highly recommend taking this driving school. I had a great experience! The few instructors I had were very nice and considerate that I was really nervous and they helped encourage me to continue moving forward. Very nice people and overall a really good driving school!!!

Fantastic experience: After trying 2 different driving school, I decided to search for the best Driving school near me, and Archer's Blue is on the list, after reading lots of positive reviews, I decided to enroll and that was the best decision ever! You can book your lesson online, you can choose the instructor too! Kyle is my instructor, and he is the best! I just passed my road test today! I Highly recommend Archer's blue and Kyle!!

Fantastic experience: I had zero driving experience before taking driving training lessons with Archer’s Blue Car Driving School. During the ten lessons, I was taught by Kyle, Elaine, and Dom. They were strict but also very friendly which helped me gain more confidence lesson by lesson. I was able to master safe driving skills that enabled me pass the basic road test at the first time! I am so grateful that I found Archer’s Blue Car Driving School and would definitely recommend anyone to take their driving training with them!

Fantastic experience: Archer’s Blue Car is an excellent driving school. I came here after going to another driving school a few years prior and with loads of driving anxiety. They really helped me become confident on the road. Their teaching style is straight forward and they are also very patient with you. After 4 in-car lessons, I was confident enough to attempt my road test. I used their car for the test and they gave me a 45 minute warm up before the test. I passed first try! However, just from the YouTube videos I've seen, I could say amazing things about this school! Despite actually attending driving lessons in my city, I could 100% say that watching this school's youtube videos was more helpful to me! I can't imagine how great it would be actually taking driving lessons in-person at such a school. Thank you for your videos, Archer! We all appreciate you! Fantastic experience: I started their lessons in 2021 with zero experience and no car to practice with, and passed the road test after around 16 private in-car hours with them. The instructors are nice and professional, special thanks to Dom and Elaine who helped me a lot in brush up sessions. Will definitely recommend to other people.
