Negative experience: We were not impressed with this company at all!!! I would avoid at all costs. To start off, we were told that we would get Habib and instead were given a female who was telling my daughter that she would fail and that everyone around her thought she was stupid. Are you kidding me? I thought my daughter was just being sensitive but then she no longer wanted to get in a car after that. I demanded that Habib train her as per the original plan and after a month or so later, he finally did. My daughter said that the lessons were very rushed and after it was all said and done, she did not learn much as it sounded like he just rode the break the whole time. He never responded to my messages either...their whole operation was very unprofessional. After her lessons were done, he told her that he would message her when her forms for insurance came in. Months went by and I had messaged him too and of course, he just ghosted us. I finally wrote the company and they just told me to go to Service Ontario for these forms that I was promised from Habib. We had to wait 2hrs in line and paid $12 for the form which was included in our package and promised from Habib. Again, the company is all over the place, has rude or inadequate instructors and overall does not know how to run a business properly.
