Fantastic experience: All instructors are great - patient, supportive and helpful. Because I’m travelling I had only 1 month to learn driving and get a license. I switched to Nova after taking more than 10 lessons at other school in Vancouver. The instructor from other school kept yelling at me while I was driving, spent 10 lessons just at residential area, was judging the teaching methods of other instructors from his own school, asking to watch their Youtube videos but telling that some things in the videos are wrong and etc. Switching to Nova was such a relief! Saurav had only 5 lessons with me on main road. He was always calm and provided straightforward instructions, no stress at all while driving. I had Kenny on my mock test and he helped me a lot in 1 hour by pointing out my weaknesses, and helped to get rid of bad habits I got from instructor at other school. Tina organized lessons and was very responsive. I passed the test on my first try and only needed 5 lessons within a period of one week! Amazing experience! I will come back for class 5!

Fantastic experience: I failed multiple times and tried two different schools. However, I passed my Class 5 after receiving training from Instructor Kenny. I had a bad experience at ICBC Kingsway, but Burnaby ICBC is much better. In just a few classes, Kenny helped me pass the test. His availability was flexible too.

Fantastic experience: I did a number of lessons with Nova Driving School and will speak highly of them to everyone I know. I initially booked a couple lessons because the driving school I had booked an ICBC approved program with had very limited availability and so I needed to supplement so I could continue to practice as I didn't have anyone outside of lessons to practice with. I felt more calm driving in the car with Saurav than I did with any other person I had driven with in the past. His instructions were very clear, he was very compassionate and kind towards everything making me more comfortable in the car, and he was very calm in the car and whenever needed to tell me to fix something would have me pull over first which I really appreciated and made me that much more confident in the long run with my driving skills. He was also very knowledgeable on the road test and road test area and gave me lots of tips. Because of this I switched over almost entirely from the other school I had attended and passed my N test in November. Tina was also very prompt in replying and easy to schedule with, often having last minute availability if I needed it. Their pricing is also very affordable and in my opinion much higher quality instruction than other much more expensive schools.

Fantastic experience: We booked Nova for 6 lessons and I am very happy with everything! 3-4 lessons were 1 hr and 2 or 3 were 1.5 hrs. Great value for the cost. My son really enjoyed the lessons as the instructor (Saurav) was really nice, knowledgeable and patient. My son improved a lot and had opportunities to drive on a highway and downtown. He feels very confident. Booking times was easy. Communication was excellent. I will not hesitate to use Nova for our daughter or again for my son when he is closer to his road test.
