Negative experience: My instructor was Ahmad and I have nothing but amazing things to speak of him. He is extremely kind hearted, and did everything in his power to make me a confident driver. I am extremely thankful for the opportunity I had. I passed my g2 test and was confident with the skills I learnt with him. When I finished I was so excited and thanked him, he truly is the sweetest person and would never wish you to do poorly. I loved my experience and will be seeing him in the future for my full class g license. Thank you Ahmad for making this possible Edit : I would like To edit my review due to the lack of communication and the office staff being very difficult. I had placed my deposit for my g2 test being 202$ with a 50$ security deposit included, and was told I would be sent the deposit back because my test had started within 15 minutes of the time I scheduled it for. I have emailed, called , any possible way you can reach them and they’ve yet to send me my money. It has been almost a month. This is ridiculous as I have emails saying they’ll send it back, email proof of me emailing them back the email to send the money back too, and they never respond however claim that they do when calling them. This has nothing to with Ahmad please note that just an office staff issue.

Negative experience: Booked an instructor to take me to the G2 and the car was old and the accelerator barely worked, and the steering did not function well. They took a deposit from my mother and didn’t pay her back afterwards. My instructor was on the phone during my warm-up lesson and didn’t really teach me anything, or I guess he couldn’t because the car’s stability was horrible. Didn’t pass my G2 because the poor functioning of the accelerator caused the car to jerk forward or back when putting gas in.

Hi Kay, we are sorry to hear about your G2 test result. Hopefully you will pass next time with extra practice. As far as security refund goes, we ask for 24hrs time to process the refund. You went for your test just yesterday afternoon, and Your refund was processed this morning. Please check your account. And for the instructors car- all cars go through safety check before being used for school car and there is no issue with the car. If the issue would have happened in the day if the road test, then the examiner who takes your test would have cancelled the test due to improper functioning of the car. Obviously that didn’t happened because the car was in good shape. I really wish that the outcome of your test was positive, but I am sure with more practice on your driving skills will help change that outcome in your next test. Negative experience: My wife has gone on multiple drives with the driving instructor Ahmad and he has repeatedly shown up late multiple times and wasted my wife’s time on multiple occasions
