Negative experience: clive for g1 prep was truly abysmal; rude, arrogant, abrasive, and entitled. never going to this school again. he refused to teach and refused to give instructions and had the audacity to question my intelligence despite giving unintelligble mutterings of instruction. if you get saddled with that awful instructor, get a refund and go somewhere else.

Fantastic experience: My in-car driving instructor, Phil, is an amazing and knowledgeable driver. He showed me how to properly park perpendicular and parallel. While practicing, we did the same exact road that I ended up doing on my exam. I passed first try! I’ll definitely recommend All-pros to my friends, especially Phil.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend this driving school. When registering for the BDE course here, I had never driven a car before and I was very nervous behind the wheel. Joe was my instructor and he is undoubtedly the best. During the lessons, he showed me patiently and precisely every important technique to master the driving skills (parking, 3-point turn, left/right turn etc.) Thanks to his professional driving expertise, after 10 hours of learning, I became more confident and passed my G2 test in the first try. Can't wait to get in contact again to prepare for my full G test!

Negative experience: Worst driving school i have ever been in my life! The guy Philip was extremely rude and disrespectful ! He has no punctuality at all ! On the first day of G2 driving test lesson he arrived half an hour late, on the other day (Friday) when I arrived at the driving school as per my driving lesson on time as he said to come have driving lesson but his driving school was closed !I called 10 times no response! Finally he called me and was lying that I didn’t have any appointment and was telling me if i was drunk!! Such a great lier and nonsense guy! He was telling me to book more lessons with him so that he can earn some more money and was saying that i need more practice and you will never pass G2 with this but i knew my driving skill is good enough! I stopped taking lessons from him and prepared myself own..I passed my G2 driving test on the first attempt ! Avoid this driving school…I don’t recommend this driving school! He is a racist for sure!

Fantastic experience: Before I begin my review I would like to mention to some people such as M A that you can't blame your instructor for any shortfalls if you didn't put in the work as well, I passed my driving school driving portion with 95% and passed my G2 with a perfect score, using his method of teaching, and even going far into depth when needed, he was patient with me and gave me advice. I even caused a mishap were I damaged his tire and he still gave me advice and what I can do instead of any adverse comments I even asked him to give me extra sessions past the allocated time of the given with the school and I couldn't express how much experience I gotten from that. I would Highly recommend Clive, I got him after my first instructor bailed on me on my first session and then ghosted me fully.

Fantastic experience: I was under a bit of a deadline to successfully pass my G Driver's test. I hadn't driven in a while and was a little nervous about my capabilities. Thankfully, Phillipe was able to help me considerably, with an easy air of confidence that I would be able to successfully navigate the test without too much issue. At times during the process I made mistakes, but Phillipe has a good sense of humour for those times which made me feel comfortable. I would absolutely recommend Allpros for those who feel they lack the skills necessary to pass the tests, but also to those who have a nervous disposition, because being comfortable is the first step to success. Negative experience: Please save your money and time and don’t go to this driving school. The driving instructor Phillipe is very rude and condescending and he will make you wear a face mask after the mandate is over. Also he will take time off your driving lesson by doing coffee runs through the drive through. He will also refuse to pick you up at your house and will tell you to meet you at the Blair bus station. He also rarely took me on the highway and didn’t really teach me how to merge on the highway.

Negative experience: I wonder about the integrity of this company. We registered our daughter for driver training, easy enough, she passed the web tests and when she tried to schedule in car lessons there were excuses that instructors are not available. We have been trying to contact them for two years via phone and e-mail with no response. Now her license is expiring and will have to go through the whole process again. Consider carefully before you engage with this firm

They’re also super accommodating with scheduling lessons around school/work/appointments you may have, and working with you to develop a schedule with enough practice time that meets your needs. But as the day passed, I realized what Clive was trying to convey and how serious driving is and how dangerous it is if not driven properly. I must clearly state that as the day passed, I understood Clive's training better and learned everything that needs to be learned for G2 in a short time like 10 hours. The exam was much easier than I expected, as I learned the management of pressure and stress while driving with Clive. Because we studied step by step before the exam. The instructor was clear, all that was shown to me I was tested on and passed on my first try! Fantastic experience: The only down side I had was with anyone answering the phone at their office. The online portion was very informative and easy to get through. I had Clive as my instructor and although he could be a little tough at times, he is extremely knowledgeable and just wants you to succeed and learn all the techniques and rules properly. Fantastic experience: Recently booked 5 hours of driving lessons before my daughter's G2 road test (she passed), instructor was Philip. Knowledgeable, provide very good tips, very nice and funny, stay cool and helped her keep calm when she was very stressed! Lessons were in French. Last year, she took the 10 hours package. She had Clive as instructor. Good instructor too. I recommend the allpros drivers ed school, they offer very good price, it is an excellent value in Ottawa.

Fantastic experience: I purchased the 5 hrs + Car for the G Road Test package from Allpros and it was worth it. Philip really knows what's expected of us in the exam and I was able to pass it in my very first attempt. We spent the 5 hrs practicing in routes that turned out to be the EXACT one I had to take in my exam, so I knew every little detail about it, such as all speed limits, which corners were dangerous and required some extra attention, how and when to speed up/slow down in highway access ramps and exits etc. Thanks Allpros and Philip!!

Fantastic experience: Amazing experience with All Pros. Whether you're a completely new driver, or just need some touch ups for a driving test, I'm sure you'll have a similar experience. Not only that, but when comparing prices to other driving schools in Ottawa, you'll find that All Pros has a much more budget friendly, pay structure. I had Phillip as my driving instructor, and he was very kind and informative throughout the whole process. Whenever I would make mistakes, he remained as so. After 8 hours of in-car lessons, today I successfully passed my G2 test, and its all thanks to Phillip. 11/10

Fantastic experience: I took my driving lessons with Clive before my G2 test and passed in one go. He is a very good instructor. He knows all the rules and tricks you need to pass the road test. He is very calm and cool while teaching you. If someone is looking for a driving instructor and wants to learn in a new car, I highly recommend Clive.

Fantastic experience: Philip was my driver instructor, he is an amazing guy that taught me a lot in driving, he is very patient and takes his time to review everything and makes sure you understand what you are doing. I recommend going to allpros driving school to learn a lot about driving and the signs and what to do and what not to do. Sam was my teacher in class and he was very helpful with the students and explained everything very well and helped students that did not quite understand what he was trying to say. They both were great teachers/instructors and I 100% recommend going to them, I will send family members and friends to allpros driving school.

Fantastic experience: Don't look anywhere else for driver's ed. The instructors are knowledgeable, friendly and invested in your success. Plus, the price is one of the best in the city. I'd also like to give a big shout out to my driving instructor, Fazal, who was incredibly patient with me. I could barely drive on our first lesson and by the end, I passed my G2 test with flying colors! Thank you so much.

Fantastic experience: I don't usually leave reviews that often, but when I do it's because it deserves to be acknowledged. Clive was my instructor last year for my in-class and practical driving. I was practicing on my own with a family friend after that for a few months and decided to book my G2 test for December of this year. I booked two practice sessions with Clive (the day before and the day of my driving test). There was quite a few things I needed to fix with my technique but there wasn't much time since my test was the next day. But, thanks to Clive's amazing skill, patience, and technique I ended up passing my G2 test! I am so happy and cannot thank Clive enough. I highly recommend him to anyone and anyone reading this should definitely use him as an i nstructor

Fantastic experience: For few years now, I’ve had Clive as a driving instructor and he’s amazing. I had him help me with my G2 and my G road test. I of course with years between my two test I drove well but had gained some bad habits so again I had Clive help me and followed all his instructions on how to be a good driver. Keeping in mine those little bad habits I would of failed my G so I’m very thankful for his help and making me a good driver. Both times when I passed my G2 & G road test they complimented me saying how well I did and that I’m a great driver, I told them because I had a good coach and I mentioned Clive’s name and both times for my tests at different locations (G2)east end and Walkley for my g the instructors knew who he was and in different worlds basically telling me they know he’s a good instructor, and one said 95% of his students pass... SO FOR FUTURE STUDENTS NEEDING HELP ID RECOMMEND REQUESTING CLIVE... very nice person and amazing coach if I didn’t have him telling what I was doing wrong and teaching me some tricks to memorize maybe I wouldn’t of passed. Fantastic experience: Philip is an excellent instructor. My wife and I did great at the driving test. I recommend everybody to go with Philip. He gave us all the necessary information and the rules for the driving test. The price is very affordable. I already recommended him to all my friends. Fantastic experience: Sam, Joseph, and Philip, were all informative and enjoyable teachers in class. They made sure we understood what we were talking about, and told them in entertaining, and often humorous ways, without going overboard. Philip was also an excellent in-car driving instructor; Making sure I always knew what to do. He was always confident, and never got angry if I messed something up. :)

I must say i was very nervous driver with lack on confidence but Clive provided me with best training to overcome my fear of driving. Fantastic experience: I lucked out when I was assigned to Clive. Clive is an absolutely phenomenal driving instructor. He has a very calming presence in the car, and has a wealth of practical tips and tricks to improve your driving skills. He doesn't only tell you what to do and what not to do - he explains why, and provides a framework that makes driving make sense. He's also very patient. He coaches you til each procedure becomes second nature - thanks to him, I passed my G2 test on the first try! I highly recommend him!
