Fantastic experience: Islam is a perfect teacher for driving. He has his own techniques and teaching style which is extraordinary. What I like most about him is mathematical parking which always works. With those techniques, I can park one shot with no problem. He pays attention to details and he always helped me fix my problems. He also teaches his students about the essentials tasks before driving, for example having the car documents and not all teacher mention this. I had more than half of my driving classes with Islam and I’m really happy that he was my driving teacher.

Negative experience: Rude blonde lady at the front desk, treats the new hires badly and speaks to the customers in such ill manner

Fantastic experience: Having Julia as my driving instructor has helped me immensely. I feel more comfortable driving even after the first session. She helped me with tricks where I was lacking skills. Also praised me where I did things correctly. Also asking questions about driving signs and checking to see if I’m watching the speed limit . She is very patient and good driving instructor.

Negative experience: One of the worst driving school in montreal. They will suck your money untill they can't suck you. The drive and the institution are set up in such away that they scame students and suck the money. Never ever go to this driving school. If you don't want to lose your money time and energy.

Negative experience: This is, without a doubt, the worst school I have ever encountered. It would be preferable to go through life without a driving license than to experience the poor morals, dishonesty, and scams exhibited by the staff at this institution, who always attempt to deceive students. They seem to believe that because their student body is primarily composed of teenagers, they can treat them as they please. I assure you, that this behavior will not go so far and unchallenged. As a law student, I am determined to pursue justice and hold those responsible accountable for the mistreatment and unethical treatment of students. To all parents: please be cautious about where you send your children. If you care about their well-being and moral development, I strongly advise against enrolling them at this school."

Negative experience: I am writing on behalf of my niece who wishes to remain anonymous. She spoke to us about how poorly she was treated by the secretary at the Omega location at Decarie and Cote Vertu. She spoke fondly of the instructor Islam who she mentioned is a great teacher and a very kind individual. But she was treated with disrespect by the receptionist who belittled her and forced her to pay for extra classes on the premise that she was a poor student. In fact, the instructor Islam was extremely complementary of her attention and skill while driving. She did not have the same experience with other instructors who acted inappropriately on a number of occasions. If this were my company, I would want to know so as to take action and rectify the situation. I don’t want a fancy worded response from a PR department , I want to hear from the head of Omega and I am asking that he or she take remedial action to rectify things. Paul Machnik Montreal

Fantastic experience: I wanted to take a moment and thank the team at Omega driving school. I did a majority of my in car training with Islam and also did some with Jack. Their advice and notes helped me work on my weaknesses and was able to pass my exam on the first attempt. Also the staff was helpful anytime I called with any questions I had regarding taking additional driving sessions and with obtaining a rental for my exam.

Fantastic experience: I liked that islam first explained to me all the material before we even got out of the parking lot. He spend 10-15min quizzing me and explaining to me different scenarios and and how i should react to them. He then took me to practice on the things i had difficulty on and explained to me with good tricks that helped me remember. He also gives a lot pf positive feedback but also corrects all mistakes. I was very confident after my class with him.

Fantastic experience: I started my driving courses with Islam and ended them with him as well. He was a true joy to be around during all my courses. He teaches greatly with great techniques. He’s very detailed as well. He’s hard on his students to ensure that once they get to the real driving test they are prepared. He’s the best teacher at omega driving school and I highly recommend using him.

Negative experience: I took a driving course in 2017, but even after 7 years, they still have poor reception. When I called for information about the driving course, the receptionist was initially unhelpful and then rude. After I told her I didn't want my brother to enroll in this school, Omega would do better to change their receptionist.

Fantastic experience: I been going to this school for the past 2 years and I can honestly say they truly helped me out a lot especially my driving Instructor Islam. I was very afraid of driving and being on the road I couldn’t imagine myself driving but due to my driving instructor Islam helping me and building my confidence on the road I can say now I’m no longer scared of driving on the road. He is very patient with me every time I make a mistake because he knows mistakes are just lessons for us to get better. If anyone is considering coming to this driving school you should! Also make sure to ask for Islam and you won’t be disappointed!

Negative experience: Avoid this school. They will do their very best to milk you. Furthermore, I noticed how the employees are being mistreated by whoever's running this place. I saw their boss insulting and being rude to one of there very own students even! Just because what, he didn't want to pay extra and just wanted his attestation? As the others have mentioned, the receptionist(s) are very nice and accomodating. Annie (hopefully I am writing her name well) in particular have been one of the saving grace of this school. You deserve better, girl.

Negative experience: STAY AWAY, they have the most impolite receptionist and teachers. The receptionist is very stupid very uneducated she is there just for money, no respect for students no humanity NOTHING. just money. Never go to this driving school never waste your time and money. My suggestion to this stupid driving school is First you have to learn how to respect others, how to have a good behavior with others. Learn humanity and respect. Learn professionalism and then open a driving school. All the students will scape from this kind of teachers and receptionist having a driving school worth nothing if you don’t have attitude respect and humanity. For Farid my driver instructor also known as Jack, I had for the 2 hour courses BEST instructor I can ask for prepares you for the best he’ll teach you how to become a very very good driver and how to pass the in car exam at the saaq with his patients, guidance and skill he will help you overcome your nervousness when you get behind the wheel. Fantastic experience: Had the most amazing two-hour driving session with mr.Jacob and the Mustang and seriously exceptional stuff! We started driving through local roads, and mr.Jacob's way of pointing out my mistakes and sharing some useful techniques made me feel like I was improving really quickly. It's like magic the way you just get better with him. The best part was zooming down the highway and doing the kick down in the Mustang. The sound of that engine is pure music! If you're thinking about learning to drive i'd 100% recommend coming here. It's not just lessons, it's a whole awesome experience!

Negative experience: In this place, I had the worest experience in Canada ever. I joined this school around 4 years ago, they have unprofessional theory instructor who keeps telling his friends and family stories, nothing related to book content!! Then when I started my driving lessons, they told me thst I need more hours and asked me to pay the full extra course fees (585 $). with the same unprofessional instructors also. They gave me around 1-3 hrs/month. When my license was about to finish, one of the reciptionists asked me to take my sessions in SHARING WITH ANOTHER STUDENT!!!! I refused then my registration with the school was ended, they asked me to pay 190 $ more to renew the registration although this was not my fault !!! In addtion, they have a very rude reciptionist!! It ends with me paying more than (2000$) without doing the theory test or taking the basic course or the extra course!!! They did not even give me a certificate that I attended with them !!! MORE THAN 2000$ FOR NOTHING!!!!! I tried to reach out any responsible in this school, but I could not find anybody who cares!! I never recommend them. And for sure I don't trust these 5 STARS REVIEWS!!

Negative experience: Like the other reviewer said, we did not register because of the of the receptionist lady. She wants us to pay without explaining the course and schedule in details. When we ask questions, she does not like it, she said "if you have doubts about their school is ok go find another school, etc." I told her I am not paying something until I clearly understand. Then she said in 30 years she never met someone like me, and she said "anything in Quebec is refundable" as if I just landed in Canada, etc. We came because we heard that they have good driving teachers but is too bad that they have an extremely impolite receptionist. I recommend the school to hire a new receptionist with a higher education level. *do not trust the 5* reviews. Funny how they are all from "people" with only 1 review and they ALL LOVE Islam

Negative experience: I went to school there about 3-4 years ago. Although, the teachers and secretary were extremely nice. They try to make you pay for more driving classes (I had to do extra hours of driving class even though my driving teacher was telling me that I’m really good).

Fantastic experience: i had islam teach me a lot of times and i think he is the best teacher at this school. he is really knowledgeable and he knows how to make you remember the rules and the techniques better than anyone else. he is also really fun to be around and gives a positive face to your school

Negative experience: I got my driver's license years ago from this school. BUT I DONT RECOMMEND THIS SCHOOL FOR MANY REASONS!! 1) They will try to justify/manipulate you into paying more expensive bundle. Even when you are in the final phase, they will force you to buy it. 2) The secretary has a bad attitude towards people some sort apparent reason. 3) I suggested two of my friends to sign in this school but, they kind a regret going to this school because half way there, their teachers got "sick/medical leave" and thus, the school had to suspend their class for months. Months after, my friends saw their teachers in good health at the grocery store. Furious, they called the school and they still mentioned that it is postponed even when my friends saw the teachers in good health. Unfortunately, the school had to forced them to redo their courses from the beginning by paying the same price because according to the secretary: "By law, y'all have to redo the courses because you have forgotten the notes from the previous phases". My friends got furious by this announcement and they left without getting a refund (they can't refund for apparent reason..) Thus, I don't suggest anyone to sign in this .
