Fantastic experience: I used City Truck & Forklift Training School to get my DZ license and I was very satisfied with the instruction and overall service I received. The front staff was professional and quick to respond to communication. The instructor was very knowledgeable and provided me with everything I needed to pass my D road test.

Negative experience: Very upset with the service I got. They will not ask if you are ready to give exam , they have their package which is 6 lessons of 45 mins in 850 dollars , but that very less if you want proper training . They Will not give even 1 min extra. They will keep charging 500 extra if you fail. Better you go to institute which give unlimited lessons.

The staff in their office made it very easy to send all the information I needed to provide, schedule my test date, and was always quick to respond with any questions I had. From the office team to the instructors to the point of passing my road test they were there every step of the way. I thought course of 8 hours per day would be really boring but turns out the instructor really made it informative and he definitely has a good sense of humour. Negative experience: It's possible that the other reviewers went to a different school because I was pretty unimpressed with my time at City Truck Driving. I did just my Z course with them but the 16 hours as posted course was really only 8 hours being let out early. I didn't learn very much and even the book given had errors that should be corrected if the books are being freshly printed. Even though I did my own learning after the fact the whole point of enrolling is to learn about the systems and get hands on and practice the tests not pay 250$ to get check marks on important papers.
