Negative experience: Incredibly rude, driving instructor was on his phone mid lesson and gave unclear instructions. The only reason they have so many good reviews is because they force their students to do so. Will no show appointments. Absolutely unprofessional, dont waist your time here

Good afternoon, So sorry to hear you didn't enjoy our BDE course. Unlike many other clients that do. Background on your file: Aug 2024 you did attend our in person course and was scheduled right away for in car lessons. Unfortunately you didn't mention that you failed to attend 2 scheduled lessons as a result you held up the car for other students. We have reviewed your in car lessons and can advise that the DI was NOT on his phone. This is not true but rather misleading information. We have reviewed your in car session video footage and can state that your DI was NOT on his phone. Our DIs place any phones in the secure box of the car well teaching. Our team members use iPads in the car for teaching and displaying different parking methods etc. Your comments about forcing students/ clients to post GOOGLE reviews is also false information. Our student can post reviews as they feel fit. What is "RUDE" is when clients as such, do not show up for lessons and or not give proper notice. Not only does this affect the scheduling but sets back other students whom are motivated to complete in car lessons. We wish you all the best.
