Positive experience: The online classes were great since my work schedule changes all the time. The issues started when I was doing my in car training - The fact that I had to keep switching instructors and the problems kept happening! They ALL showed up anytime between 15 to EVEN 40 minutes late (5-10 minutes sure - traffic or something no problem) but when they say if the student is late they get charged a late fee! And on top of all of that they all also dropped me off 10 ish minutes early so I have no idea if I truly got my full PAID time - at least its over and I don't have to deal with them anymore!!! My advice for incoming students - keep track and note down the pick up and drop off times and compare to your scheduled lessons so they don't screw you over like they did for me :(

I must first informed you that I have tried 3 other driving school before but never get the confident to go for the test and some of the driving instructors were very aggressive. Fantastic experience: My son had a good in car experience with Mohamed. He was pleasant and attentive and taught him the rules of the road well. My son passed his G2 in-car easily. The only suggestion I would have is an online system for booking in-car time to make it easier on clients.

Fantastic experience: I did the online course plus in car lessons. The online content could be a bit dry at times and is geared toward teen audiences but covered everything I needed to know. In car lessons were fantastic. Neena was my instructor and she made me feel so comfortable and capable. She is a wonderful instructor. I had a blast with her and she gave me lots of tips and guidance in the areas I was struggling in. 100% recommend Neena.

Negative experience: The in class instructor is awesome! But the actual driving instructor is always late, is rude and pushy, doesn't really allow you to learn, just yells faster or breaks, just an overall very overwhelming time for someone learning to drive, (The instructor with the prius) I'd recommend Ultimate drivers on hespler road there instructors are clam cool collected and allow you to make mistakes and learn at your pace, no yelling rushing or feeling overwhelmed

Fantastic experience: Before Pro Drivers I struggled over 5 times passing my G2. I would get nervous, forget small things, and suffered through terrible driving instructors who would raise their voices and I would become more nervous and fail. From the very beginning, Pro Drivers was completely different. I recommend to choose Mohamed if he is available he is the best! He is calm, precise, informative well educated and has an innate respectful and understanding approach. I passed on my first try he encouraged me that I will pass and believed in me more than I did myself.

Fantastic experience: I did my G2 classes with Prodrivers, (Instructor name - Sabiha). I took 7 classes in total and passed on my 1st attempt (at Brantford test centre). Prodrivers are excellent with their training, also very accomodating and punctual with their class timings. I strongly recommend Prodrivers since they are very professional and always looks out for your best interest.

Negative experience: This is the worst driving school ever. I had to learn how to drive from somewhere else. The lady on the phone I think her name is Caroline she’s is extremely rude and has no respect. She screamed at me on the phone for no reason and this school tried scamming stating I didn’t get the gold package. They are extremely unprofessional and charge an outrageous amount. My instructor Mohammed didn’t really help me at all. I had to hire someone else to teach me the rules of the road. I am extremely shocked that they have a receptionist who has no class and yells at people everytime they call. They took a lot of money from me and it’s waste. I would advise people to go somewhere else. I know this school really well and the people that are running it are shady. I will also make sure to notify everyone in the Waterloo region not to use this school. Ultimate drivers is a lot better.

Fantastic experience: I took a 2 hour G2 driving lessons with Sabiha. A day before and during the day of my road test. I have been driving with my husband for quite some time already and i just wanted to go around the route of the road test and also practice parking a lot since it’s my weakness lol. Sabiha has taught me a lot of tips and tricks and she’s very positive and patient. I am very glad I was able to have her as my instructor even if just for 2 hours. She also accompanied me inside to register before my road test. Thank you, Sabiha for helping me pass my G2 road test in the first try! You’re amazing. I will be also contacting her before my G road test next year!
