Fantastic experience: Going into this driving school I had a fair amount of time on the road prior to taking in-car lessons. I was recommended this school by some friends because of the good reviews and instructors. I was definitely not let down. My driver instructor Rob, was incredibly professional and very good at teaching proper techniques. I have learned a great amount about driving properly and safely because of him. He was a very friendly and kind person which made the in-car driving experience something I enjoyed going to every chance I got. Master Drivers is definitely worth the money and experience. I will be recommending this school to friends and family who have yet to get their license.

Fantastic experience: I had the pleasure of learning to drive with Adina, and I can't recommend her enough. She is an incredibly patient instructor who creates a calm and supportive environment. Adina never raised her voice or got frustrated, which made me feel at ease. Her explanations were always clear, and if I didn't understand something the first time, she was more than happy to go over it again until I fully grasped the concept.

Fantastic experience: I had master Kai as my driving instructor, he was very nice and a great teacher! He arrived on time everyday and gave me instructions on how to navigate the streets very clearly. Thanks to him I passed my G2 test very easily and I feel more confident on the road! I highly recommend using master drivers and selecting master Kai as your instructor! He also gave me fruit snacks as a reward for graduating!

Negative experience: Not reliable! I booked a warm-up hour and the car to take my G test at Oshawa. The instructor, Aslam, didn't show up at the scheduled time. After many attempts to get in touch with him, he came to my place 1 hour later. I didn't pass the test because of a mistake that wouldn't have happened if I had the warm-up hour and clarified my doubts about the test and if I hadn't been so stressed out about all this that happened right before the test because of Aslam’s delay. I can’t talk about all of Master Driving School but if you are taking the test at Oshawa, I DO NOT recommend taking lessons with this instructor Aslam.

Fantastic experience: My instructor was Said and he really helped me feel comfortable as I was a beginner. It was my session with him today and he was very thorough , attentive and detailed. He ensure I was focused and didn’t leave anything uncovered. He taught parallel parking, 3 point curve, reverse and more all in 2 hours and made me practice it multiple times too. Fantastic experience: I do like the Master driving school comprehensive online course materials and the flexibility of allowing me learn at my own pace and time availability. The course curriculum is rich and very helpful with videos and illustration, so also are the quizzes for making sure that the student understands. Fantastic experience: I had recently failed my first attempt of the G test and was feeling unconfident about my driving abilities. I was also planning to take the G test again in Kitchener–a new drivetest centre with new roads that I wasn’t familiar with. We purchased the 2 hours in-car + 1-hour before road test package and it was an amazing decision! Rob was my instructor for the 2 hour lesson and he helped me learn the roads around Kitchener, encouraged me, and gave me practical advice on when to break / hit the gas on turns and more. He was very kind and supportive and I am so grateful to have taken a lesson with him! He has a wealth of different advanced car maneuvers to make parking and left turns easier–good for both beginning drivers and those who’ve seen the basics already. Amin was my instructor for the 1-hour before the road test and he helped brush up my knowledge about different road rules, as well as practice a lot of expressway merges and lane changes. His tricks for determining safe distance for lane changes were extremely helpful! He also helped me cool down the hot car while waiting for the test to begin. I really appreciate his support before and during the test. Both Rob and Amin were integral in my success on the G road test. They helped polish my driving skills beforehand, provided me with cars in excellent condition, and, most importantly, built up my confidence on the road. Their faith in me helped me to believe in myself and succeed on the road test!

Fantastic experience: If you’re looking to successfully pass and fully understand the road, Anton is the person to go to. I got my G license on my first try with only 8 hours practice with Anton. He was friendly but professional, awarded me with words of encouragement everything I did well. He would often ask if I’m nervous to do my road test and of course I was but he trained me well. I am so thankful for him and his hard work.

Negative experience: My only experience With master driver is I was shopping around for driving lessons for my 16-year-old daughter. I witnessed a driving instructor texting and driving. FYI, there was no student in the car. My conversation didn’t end well with the gentleman. I was speaking to over the phone. Sir, you wanted a license plate here you go. Hard pass, master driver, hard pass!

Fantastic experience: This is NOT A PAID REVIEW, this driving school have very good instructors, i had a 4 hours section with Anton and 1 hour pretest(G2) class with Fasil. Both were amazing and helped to nail my exam. In examiner’s language, he felt like melting of an ice cream. Fantastic experience: I recently took a course at Master Driving School, and it was awesome! I was a bit nervous about driving, but they made it really easy to understand. The online part was super convenient because I could do it whenever I had time, and it was full of helpful videos, quizzes, and interactive games that made sure you retained the information. The in-person classes were great too! My instructor Anton, was patient and friendly, and he explained everything clearly. He took me through what the G2 test is like and even showed me similar sample routes they take. When it came to my test, I was confident and prepared for all the maneuvers I was asked to perform. This resulted my examiner stating, "fabulous job, you absolutely passed." Overall, I would really recommend this driving school and instructor, Anton, for new drivers to help their confidence on the road.

Positive experience: I’m giving 5 star to Sandeep he is a nice guy with really good teaching skills, easy and fun to talk to. However the owner Matt was rude on all of the phone calls and messages, he is acting like he is the one paying us the money. Other than that was everything was fast and good.

So I got the opportunity to do a few lessons with Tuba and it was sooooo amazing. I just think that she is gifted to teach the way she does... She's just so calm and composed. She she made me feel very comfortable, relaxed. What I liked most was the way she commended me on the things that was doing right. And for the things that I needed to change or brush up on, she gave some interesting tips and reference points that work (é.g. parallel parking and reverse parking). I passed my G2 on first attempt. Negative experience: I’m leaving a review here for the Hamilton location, which is a branch of Master Drivers. I’m a working adult and am moving in a couple of weeks. This is to say, I have a very tight schedule. I wanted to squeeze a bit of driving lessons before I moved to a higher traffic area, So on a Sunday, I sent an email inquiring about lessons, and I hear nothing. On Tuesday morning, bite the bullet and booked some lessons for Saturday and the week after, same time. Saturday comes around, and I hear nothing. I call, and despite having received a receipt, calendar invite and reminder 24 hours prior, the instructor and the Hamilton location didn’t know of the appointment I had scheduled until I had called because, and I quote “w e do manually schedulin in Hamilton”. No where on the site is this mentioned, and so I tell them, how come it’s an option to begin with, if this isn’t monitored? I’m then told “We have to keep it open for 2 hours bookings” which is exactly what this session was supposed to be. I’ve now lost 2 hours during my day off, since the lesson is cancelled, and as I mentioned, I have no other time to squeeze in these lessons. No empathy, no understanding, no looking for a solution. When I tell them that their system is flawed, and expressed confusion over this oversight, I am ignored, forcing the conversation to end. This has been the most disappointing experience and the biggest waste of time.

Fantastic experience: I have been training with Amal.... She is very good at this! Even though I'm a first-time driver, she has taught me patiently. I'm happy to be learning with her.

Although I did have issues scheduling my first lesson, the support staff were very quick and helpful. Would recommend this driving school and instructor to anyone I know.

She was very accommodating of my schedule and was extremely good at teaching and perfecting all aspects of driving ..she was very polite and easy to communicate with since I met her ..she broke down things that seemed difficult like parallel parking into small easy to follow steps and I would very much recommend her for anyone.Thank you Tuba

Fantastic experience: With the Master Driving School I purchased the package which included 5 hours of on road training in preparation for the G2, along with use of the instructor’s car for the test. Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Tuba! She is a very skilled instructor, and made me feel safe behind the wheel right from the first lesson. She used diagrams to help simplify parking and reference points, and was very detailed in her prep for the test. In general, she is a very kind, patient, and knowledgeable instructor, and I was able to confidently pass my G2 test first try because of her lessons!
