Negative experience: Updated Complaint Your empty defence that I do not know how to use the map is an attempt to save your unprofessionalism and lack of attention to detail. Contrarily, sending me the wrong address is a mistake you had apologized for! It is so laughable that you are here and coming to put the blame on me! It is also ridiculous that you are telling me about the laws in Canada. Just because you are a driving instructor does not give you the right to tell me that! I know my right and the right to complain as a customer when a service provider like yours is unprofessional. On the first day, you told me to meet you at 5000 Steeles Avenue West. I got there and called, and then you apologized and said you meant 4001 Steeles Avenue West. You failed to show up the second day because you were held at Lindsay. I almost arrived at 4001 Steeles West when I called you to say I was on my way. During our phone call, you just informed me you were still at Lindsay. A professional who respects his customers' time would have communicated earlier to me rather than allow me to waste my time. I wasted my time and money because of your disrespectful and unprofessional manner. You apologized, and we agreed to meet the next day, Friday 20th December. On Friday 20th December 2004, I was waiting for you at 4001 Steeles West when you failed to show up on time again. You called around 1:pm to tell me we should meet at 4:30, which you changed to 5:30 pm later. When I was going to be 5 minutes late, I sent you a message to let you know. I got there at 5:35 pm, and you were not there. After waiting 30 minutes in the cold, I got tired of your unprofessionalism and wanted to complain! I was angry and called you to complain that you were unprofessional by not keeping time. You turned around, said my complaints were too much, and refused to show up. You went on and on and till I started begging you! I even begged you over my right to complain as a customer, but you still have not shown up! It was because you refused to show up that I essentially told you to go to hell after keeping me in the cold for nothing. Yes, I was pissed! For your information, I know what they call statutory fees under the Law of Ontario and everywhere in the world. So, I know the 54 dollars I sent you was for the booking fee. Unlike your unprofessional and incompetent self, past instructors had sent me evidence of booking, but in your typically unprofessional manner, you failed to send me evidence of booking. Yesterday, I tried to rebook my test elsewhere, but there was no evidence that I had any money in my account because I was still required to pay a fresh booking fee. I hope that you improve your service delivery and do not resort to gaslighting and lying to your potential customers who complain when they are treated unprofessionally. I wish I had kept screenshots of where you apologized for giving me the wrong address. I am waiting for my refund. Thank you.
