Expérience fantastique: J'ai acheté un tout nouveau 24 CVO ST chez Eric. Eric a été très utile et honnête. Un excellent service client et il m'a offert un prix incroyable pour la moto. Le personnel de Mountain View est le meilleur, je les recommande fortement. Je les recommanderais plutôt que Barnes. Le prix de Barnes était 5k plus cher que Mountain View. Le département de service de Mountain View est également incroyable, à de nombreuses reprises avec ma première Harley, je suis venu chez Mountain View et ils ont flashé ma moto gratuitement alors que Barnes facturait 1 heure de main-d'œuvre pour des mises à jour. Le département des pièces, le personnel des pièces obtient également 5 étoiles, toujours prêt à trouver la bonne pièce et à offrir une réduction sur le prix. Je recommande vivement à tous ceux qui cherchent à acheter une moto neuve ou d'occasion d'aller chez Mountain View et de parler à Eric. Il a rendu l'achat sans stress. Mountain View a un client à vie. Continuez le excellent travail.

Expérience négative: Honnêtement, rien d'autre qu'une terrible expérience après l'achat. La vendeuse a travaillé rapidement et a conclu un accord pour deux vélos très rapidement. Nous étions excités ! Mon ami et moi avons tous deux acheté des vélos en même temps et avons parcouru 400 km pour les récupérer. Nous sommes arrivés et mon vélo avait une batterie défectueuse, des écrous et des boulons manquants, des vis dénudées / croisées, un kit d'outils manquant, un manuel du propriétaire manquant, le changement rapide qui ne s'engageait pas. Le vélo de mon ami ne pouvait pas sortir de la première vitesse, nous ne pouvions même pas partir sans aller chez le magasin Harley pour que quelqu'un le répare. Je ne crois pas que ces vélos aient été vérifiés après l'achat, ils savaient que nous venions et ont dit que les vélos seraient prêts. Le trajet de retour a été l'une des expériences les plus effrayantes que j'ai eues parce que je ne pouvais pas faire confiance au tout nouveau vélo que je venais d'acheter. Mon ami et moi avons commandé de nouvelles pièces en magasin, ses pièces, y compris celles qu'il n'avait même pas commandées ni payées, sont arrivées en moins de 4 jours et les miennes ?... ne sont jamais arrivées. J'ai appelé plusieurs fois et j'ai eu le tour que la pièce était en cours de fabrication. Alors j'ai appelé le fabricant et il m'a dit qu'il en avait 7 sur l'étagère. Quand j'ai rappelé pour un remboursement afin que je puisse acheter local, on m'a dit que je recevrais un appel 4 fois de suite ! Enfin, le propriétaire a appelé après environ 2 semaines mais j'étais hors service. Utilisant mon nouveau vélo. Quand je suis rentré chez moi, j'avais un colis de Mountain View (j'étais à nouveau excité) quand j'ai ouvert la boîte, j'ai trouvé un protège-carter d'origine et des couvre-guidons d'origine. (J'avais commandé un protège-carter aftermarket, pas de couvre-barres du tout) Je n'ai jamais pris la peine de rappeler. J'ai fini par emmener le vélo dans mon magasin local où j'ai demandé aux gars de vérifier tout mon vélo (pour des raisons de sécurité), ils m'ont facturé 8 nouvelles vis qui étaient dénudées ou croisées, m'ont fait payer pour activer le changement rapide et m'ont recommandé de ne jamais ramener mon vélo au magasin d'où il venait. Prenez mon avis : évitez.

J'ai parlé avec Jack Hobek au téléphone qui m'a dit de l'apporter et nous avons décidé que je pourrais le conduire en toute sécurité. Jack a été super et s'est occupé de moi tout de suite. Expérience fantastique: J'ai acheté 5 de mes 7 derniers vélos chez Mountainview... absolument tout le monde est génial pour traiter avec eux de A à Z..... chaque fois que quelque chose a besoin d'attention sur mes vélos, ils y vont tout de suite.... leur savoir-faire est excellent et je sais toujours que si quelque chose ne va pas avec mes vélos, ils le répareront.. au-dessus et au-delà de mes attentes... et c'est encore assez personnel, ils connaissent ou se souviennent de votre nom là-bas.... Les propriétaires sont amicaux et sont très fiers de leur concession. On peut souvent les trouver en train d'aider les clients et le personnel pour s'assurer que tout se passe bien. Le personnel de direction fait tout pour s'assurer que les problèmes sont traités rapidement et va toujours au-delà des attentes pour ses clients. Le département des pièces est compétent dans ses gammes de produits et est toujours rapide et serviable pour vous obtenir ce dont vous avez besoin. Les mécaniciens sont compétents et prêtent une grande attention aux détails. Pour couronner le tout, vous récupérez votre moto lavée et propre. Ils offrent également des services de ramassage et de livraison - je recommande vivement ce concessionnaire à quiconque cherchant à acheter une moto ou ayant besoin d'un atelier de réparation fiable et réputé. Un grand merci à tout le personnel de Mountainview pour cette excellente expérience.

Expérience fantastique: Après avoir essayé deux concessionnaires différents et n'avoir réussi à établir un lien avec aucun des employés, je me suis retrouvé chez Mountainview Harley-Davidson où j'ai trouvé ma toute première Harley Davidson Road King Custom de 2005. Le personnel est si amical et chaleureux qu'il vous fait pratiquement sentir que vous faites partie de la famille. J'ai eu le plaisir de parler avec Eric Sondervang, le responsable des ventes, qui avait toutes les réponses à mes questions et était complètement transparent avec moi sur le travail qui avait été effectué sur la moto, ce qui m'a sans aucun doute rendu très confiant dans ma décision. Je n'ai que des bonnes choses à dire sur ce groupe de merveilleux employés et je recommanderais vivement à quiconque intéressé par l'achat d'une Harley de venir à ce groupe incroyable de personnes.

Expérience fantastique: Un peu tard pour donner mon avis car j'ai acheté mon vélo l'automne dernier. J'ai conclu un accord avec eux pour un tout nouveau Heritage Classic. Je voulais remercier Eric et son équipe de vente pour la facilité d'obtenir un autre vélo, ils étaient géniaux à traiter. También, Elise dans les pièces m'a beaucoup aidé sur ma phase 2. Le service a également fait un excellent travail en assemblant mon vélo. Je veux juste dire que j'ai été dans beaucoup de concessions et que cette concession est la meilleure à ce jour. Expérience positive: Une bonne concession. Dans l'ensemble, de toutes les fois où j'y suis allé. Ça a été une bonne expérience du côté vente au détail. Le service a refait l'embrayage de l'une de mes motos. Cela a pris beaucoup de temps et j'ai dû continuellement relancer pour finalement la ramener chez moi et constater qu'elle fuyait de l'huile par le primaire. Ils ont corrigé le problème mais j'étais un peu frustré par le service.

Expérience fantastique: Comme je l'ai mentionné dans mes précédentes critiques pour Mountainview HD. Cet endroit continue de dépasser mes attentes. Autant j'aime tout le personnel et l'entreprise elle-même, autant j'ai été attristé lors de ma dernière visite au service. Permettez-moi d'être clair, cela n'a rien à voir avec le service exceptionnel fourni par le responsable du service Jack et le technicien principal John, mais c'est plutôt le fait d'apprendre que Jack prend sa retraite à la fin du mois. Le service remarquable dont j'ai bénéficié de la part de Jack au fil des ans a toujours été exceptionnel. Jack a toujours pris soin de moi, peu importe le problème avec mes motos. Jack... votre dévouement, vos connaissances et votre service client de premier ordre vont beaucoup me manquer. Certainement, celui ou celle qui prendra votre poste aura de grandes responsabilités à assumer, car vous êtes une légende mon ami ! Expérience positive: Tdlr: ghosted after deal, disappointed and unsure *For those interested in buying online and having it delivered.* Tom and Pete was great...made negotiation seamless, then they told me that the mileage on the bike was 7000km more than it was listed. The "custom" seats and back rest was remove and replaced with stock. (Pics below...Showed that to my riding group...they immediately told me this smell like bait and switch...the seed of doubt have been planted. No big deal, they offered to get me new seats, reiterate free delivery to van isle and what's another 7000km (maybe you guys should update your listing with new info and pics) Everyone was happy. Sent my info through their number via text and email, financial manager told me she would call the next day at 10am because its almost closing time and takes 15-30 mins max for a response. No problem. Let's just sleep on it. Then nothing...10 am, 11am, 12am...emailed Tom...nothing. Text the private number (supposely owners can see it too...nothing. Called Tom and was told MJ is still waiting for eaglemark response, a delay by eaglemark. Okay... I asked that she would text me if there was issues. Can you ask her the specifics and how much longer? Sure, will have her call back to me asap. 1pm...nothing...no text, email, phone call from anyone...not even Tom. Maybe the deal gone bad...no idea...are we playing telephone tag now? Is this a "dealer's sale tactics"? Or Eaglemark said no. I don't know...they could have easily said "hey, we are trying to work something out on our end" but nothing for 5 hours since application was submitted. Maybe my "amazing" credit ( this came from MJ) isn't good enough (for them ). So as a test....I Went to BARNES Harley at 1:30pm, talk about cvo road glide (again..because I pulled my deposit for mountainview) their finance manager immediatey within 15 mins in his office had me approved promotion low interest rate...by 230pm. 2:45 I get a text while waiting at Barnes financial manager office... "will contact you in 20mins!" Sure...but I am busy and whats another few mins of waiting...did you see me in the Harley system, is that why you are now calling? Finally get a call at 318pm while still at Barnes Harley negotiating...went to voicemail. What was in it? No apologies or explanation...just "call us back "...... you made me wait, so you guys can wait. Left Barnes after 5pm (free test ride!) so I can think about what is happening today...no rash decisions or don't say something stupid right? Almost closing time anyway. To their credit, they kept texting/calling but it's dinner time and my fam is with me now. They are telling me to walk away. So to Tom: I am sorry that we didn't complete the purchase today, you did well, made the right call, helped me...it wasn't your fault, there is always next week. Pete: thank you for giving me a good deal. Thank you for your honesty about the seat and mileage. I had my scanner out, printer out, and my void cheque all ready to go. I really want to support small family business but this was disappointing especially after private info was exchange...is your network safe? I was planning to drop by today because I am actually in Vancouver, maybe even ride back...because I thought this deal was done... right? I loathe to think about how long it's going to take to deliver the bike to home...maybe months for a paid off bike...for all I know I could be buying a beat up Victory bike ......this was a good learning experience for me. I am sure they have their own story. I wonder how many "failed" deals due to inability to communicate but then again it's their business/profit. Now I have mountainview deal and Barnes (again) maybe it was mountainview intention for me to walk away. A simple update/"hey you are not forgotten" text would suffice, yet proven too much for them. Disappointing.

I explained the problem, told him what I felt would resolve it. He went above and beyond what I expected or asked for. Expérience négative: I went in to buy women’s apparel. The selection was the worst I’ve ever seen. I stop in at every dealership and collect during my travels. The selection was small, very uninteresting, not worth my time to stop. I was given 1k to buy a jacket, and whatever else caught my eye. NOTHING caught my eye. No hats, no bling, the most unappealing assortment of women’s apparel I’ve ever seen at the numerous Harley stores in my years of traveling. Get it together Chilliwack! I walked out disappointed and frustrated. Can’t even give this place 1 star, but I couldn’t post unless I gave at least 1 star. I’m also in the market for a new ride, not from the Wack dealership.

Expérience positive: Rather small dealership and very limited parking. But, in their defense, they did have a semi in the parking lot dropping a load of new bikes. The staff was helpful and friendly. There seemed to be a decent selection of bikes for sale and the clothing had what I was looking for. Definitely drop in if you're in the area.

My partner and I love making the 45 min ride there on our 19 RG on a Saturday I purchased this bike there in 2019 and get all my servicing done there. They also did most of the customizing and between sales, service and parts helped me build my dream machine. My partner Lorri and I put on about 10000kms a year. The reason I keep coming back is I get a family like feeling here. From being greeted by name as we walk through the doors to hanging out on the deck with a coffee and cigar, it’s always a great experience!

Expérience fantastique: I want to thank the service department of Mountainview Harley Davidson. Jack Hobek, the service manager was particularly pleasant to deal with. I showed up there 3 hours before closing because my muffler was falling off and it needed immediate attention. I explained my dilemma to Jack and he came outside right away to examine the issue and determined it was a broken header pipe. I was concerned about the cost to replace it or even if they had one in stock. He offered me an option to putting on a new one which I couldn’t afford. He said they could weld the broken pipe for me because I needed it fixed as inexpensive as possible. I was extremely grateful for this option and even more grateful when he took it in, right then and then, because it is a 45 minute drive from my home. I was able to wait for it and can’t say enough about the stellar service I was given there. I highly recommend Mountainview Harley Davidson for service I received that was high above and beyond what one would expect. Thank you Jack Hobek for your help when I was in need!

Clearly knew their stock and happy to help. I am an HD rider but family members I was with are not bikers at all. Still found salesman chatting with wife and kids and then happy to chat about bikes with me. He knew we were on holiday and there was no likelihood of a sale but still really chatty and welcoming. That’s what creates an environment and reputation if you are looking for a bike so the review is justified to help out others. Expérience positive: And then I decided to get my bike serviced … I first called to schedule a service appointment (Jack) on May 26th. I took advantage of their nominally priced pick up and delivery service and booked a May 31st pick-up. May 31st arrives and nothing. By mid morning I call and get ‘oh the truck is full today’ So I rebook (Henry) for the 14th and success, on the 14th the bike gets picked up. I get an update (Nathan) on the 15th and we are full steam ahead on a full service (3 oils, etc ) fork service, brake service (fluid, pads) and 2 new tires. June 21st I call to for an update ‘The rear tire is not a good fit and we have ordered another, no eta’ I asked for a brand not readily on the shelf so part of this is on me. June 29th I call for an update ‘yes the tire is here and we will finish and deliver the bike on July 5th’ July 5th I call ‘no the bike is not done, you are looking at the 12th now’ July 12th Boom! It’s done and coming home. The bike was delivered very clean and functioning beautifully. One gripe though, they installed a tire one size larger on the front (110 vs 100) than what the bike calls for. The steering feels noticeably ‘heavier’ as the bike used to fall into corners and now it is less so. It may well be a great swap (larger contact patch, etc) but I would have appreciated a call and a discussion first. I am not sure I will stick with it as it is. So there you have it, for one reason or another, 6 weeks from start to finish. In case it is not clear by now, with the exception of one time, I am having to call regularly for updates. It would have been appreciated if that were the other way around. All staff I spoke to were courteous and professional and I am sure the work was done to a high standard but from my perspective nobody went out of their way to get this work done in a timely manner nor keep me apprised of the situation.

On top of that, the customer service I received from everybody that I dealt with was second to none. From the sales staff to the guys in parts and accessories to the guys in service who installed all my accessories and set up my bike. These guys never stopped doing it right. I also learned that the guys in the service department were guys with tons of experience and that you could trust them to do stuff right because not only were they good mechanics but Harley owners and riders too.

I was unable to lift or push my streetglide anymore but will not quit riding.I was put in touch with Zack and we were able to work out a deal on a Tri Glide with my streetglide as a trade in.They both went out of their way to help and givee the best deal possible. Expérience fantastique: Just parked my first Harley-Davidson motorcycle in my garage today. I have had excellent communication from Sales guy Nick. I'd been viewing the pre-owned inventory on my couch on Sunday afternoon and submitted a request for more info thinking I'd get a reply Tuesday when the dealership opened, but Nick reached out to me on his days off! Who does this? We talked Tuesday and agreed to meet Thursday and at his suggestion had finance guy Murray take a deposit to ensure the bike would actually still be available then. I REALLY liked the bike, but the weather was crummy that day. I came back Saturday, rode it and was hooked. Finance guy Murray worked some magic for me, got insurance taken care of on site and rode it home today. Can't say enough about how communicative and supportive Nick was, and how Murray helped me put the finance pieces together to fit my budget, and worked in an extended warrantee plan to make sure there's no expensive surprises in my future. They both obviously love the work and it shows. Thanks gents!

For my first bike I shopped around and went with them. The second bike there was no question where I was going to buy from. I flip flopped around a lot on what I wanted for my second bike Eric didn't lose patience at all. They took great care of me prior to my first purchase and that didn't stop after. They looked after me post purchase as well. I'm certain my next harley will be from them too.

They don’t hold up to there end on a sales deal if your not buying a bike from there show room ….. after they get the finance approved and you sign the papers they try to recant and try to hose you for more money …. Saying a deal is not made even if both parties sign a legal document and give you a bill of sale …. They messed up on there end and now saying there not honouring the deal …. But be sure if I messed up they would hold me accountable and expect to be paid

Expérience fantastique: Zack is the man to see for all your harley needs. I recently traded my 2007 CVO in for a 2018 CVO. They gave me a very fair price for my trade-in and went beyond 5 stars for customer service with a few issues I had with the 2018. The filler panels were missing and there had been some work done to the bike previously so Zack thought they might had been misplaced, in the end the previous owner had taken them off . So to me that is where it should have ended, but Zack went beyond anyone else I have dealt with and offered me the best deal ever and choice of getting the original painted fillers or fillers with lights. I went with the lights:).

I was already sold on the Suzuki, yet, was tempted to buy new. The bike I bought had a dead battery, so Nick, at no "charge" ran down the street and picked up a new one. The staff are as friendly as family, nice to experience a positive environment.

Expérience négative: Nightmare sales experience, too many issues with the sale to list as a result of a disinterested sales rep. Hahahah.. Your reply says I had issues with the keys... NOT.. because it doesn't take a key!!!! Your JR sales rep spent no time qualifying the sale, failed to recoginze the features changes between my Sporty and V-rod bikes, failed to highlight any operational differences, failed to get the new bike ready for pick up, failed to start the bike and then took almost a week to fix the mess. Get away from blaming your customer for your failed sales service , it's annoying. Your failures cost me a fob too , which added insult to injury.

The part took over 3 weeks to arrive. it's been...a very very... very long wait. I have patience and understand it's a busy season but this seems like a long while to wait for a service I paid a hell of allot of money for. This tue it will be 4 weeks without a call or an estimate of time for the completion of repair..cmon guys.. do better..

Expérience fantastique: Traveling from Edmonton, I had a problem with my 2020 Ultra Limited and got to the Mountainview HD dealer 15 mins before close on a Saturday. The service dept. jumped on my bike seeing that I was traveling through and ended up staying nearly 2 hours after closing to complete a warranty repair. A huge thank you to Mark Attenburg and the service dept. I can not express how grateful I am that they did this without hesitation getting me back on the road and not stranded until the store reopened on Tuesday. The level of customer service from my home dealership does not come close to how you all treated me.
