À Campbell River, j'ai appelé Barnes Harley à Victoria en espérant qu'ils pourraient m'aider. Mon appel m'a connecté à Caitlyn du service après-vente, elle était super utile et agréable à parler, ce qui a apaisé mon esprit inquiet car je n'avais pas beaucoup d'espoir d'obtenir un pneu ou d'y aller avant le grand week-end. Expérience fantastique: J'étais extrêmement satisfait du temps que mon vendeur (Jason) a pris pour expliquer les détails du modèle qui m'intéressait et du temps consacré à trouver la bonne couleur qui m'intéressait. De plus, j'étais heureux avec Jasmine dans le département des pièces pour le temps qu'elle a consacré à m'aider à trouver des ajouts supplémentaires pour la moto.

Expérience négative: Je suis de l'extérieur de la ville et je suis passé pour faire resserrer ma chaîne, c'était un peu une urgence à cause du long week-end. Elle s'est desserrée avant le Malahat. On m'a rapidement dit d'enlever ma Honda du quai parce que 'les gars aiment leurs Harley'. La dernière fois que je ferai JAMAIS signe à une Harley.

Expérience négative: Employée très impolie, avec aucun service client. La dame n'a même pas reconnu notre bonjour quand nous sommes entrés dans le magasin ??? Le devant et le dos de tous les t-shirts n'étaient pas tous affichés et elle ne voulait pas que nous en prenions un sur l'étagère pour le regarder ??? Aucun autre vendeur n'est venu dire bonjour, heureusement que nous n'étions pas là pour acheter un vélo $$,$$$ !!! Et... leurs t-shirts étaient ennuyeux à mourir et chers 85$ ??? Ne perdez pas votre argent ou votre temps précieux à faire des achats ici.

Expérience fantastique: Le magasin Langford Harley est professionnel et met ses clients en premier. Mon mari et moi venons de faire entretenir nos Harley et ils étaient rapides et efficaces. Nous avons eu nos motos prêtes pour la route en deux jours. Super impressionné par le service et le coût minimal pour récupérer nos motos.

Expérience négative: Bon magasin mais il faut se procurer plus de vêtements en taille moyenne et grande, surtout des chemises à carreaux Dixon. C'est une nouvelle ère, les gens, nous, les Dyna Bros, ne sommes plus de gros motards Harley. On n'a pas besoin de 30 articles en 2XL Dixon, nous avons besoin de 30 en taille moyenne et 30 en taille grande. Si vous aviez plus de ces tailles, ça aurait été 5 étoiles. Il en va de même pour vos produits Harley, plus de M et de L.

J'ai initialement visité la concession pour me renseigner sur une moto que j'avais vue sur leur site web. Bien qu'elle ne soit plus disponible, Jason m'a montré d'autres motos qu'ils avaient en arrivage. De là, j'en ai vu une qui m'intéressait. Jason a réussi à faire livrer la moto au magasin et s'est assuré que tout était pris en charge. En voyant la moto en personne, elle a dépassé mes attentes ! Elle était propre et venait juste d'être entretenue par eux. Pour couronner le tout, en signe de reconnaissance pour avoir soutenu leur entreprise, Barnes m'a fourni une carte-cadeau, ainsi que plusieurs offres pour acheter du matériel en magasin. Dans l'ensemble, j'ai eu une expérience d'achat agréable à cet endroit. Je recommande cette concession à quiconque souhaite une expérience d'achat sans tracas, efficace et impressionnante pour acquérir une Harley Davidson.

Il y a environ deux ans, j'ai commencé à envisager de passer à une Harley Davidson. Sur un coup de tête, je me suis arrêté chez Barnes pour jeter un œil. Chaque client que j'ai eu qui a acheté chez Jason n'a que de bonnes choses à dire et voir son travail acharné de près le confirme exactement. En tant qu'ancien courtier en véhicules, c'est difficile quand vous êtes confronté au type 'qui lit le script, a mémorisé la brochure hier' chez le concessionnaire. Vous voulez presque vous détourner ou faire une excuse immédiate pour partir. Jason, en revanche, est le complet opposé, c'est le genre de gars avec qui vous voulez passer toute la journée. Expérience fantastique: So while on a short stop in Victoria, B.C on an Alaskan cruise we wanted to stop here and get a poker chip as we collect them from every store when we travel… we weren’t going to make it on time before they closed so I called to see about buying one and having it set outside to pickup after hours.. an employee named Dylan Bechard answered the phone and offered without hesitation, because he lived downtown which is about 20-30 minutes from the dealership that he’d just meet me somewhere down there with the poker chip whenever our cruise ship docked… someone that’s willing to do this for a random caller and an even more random request is an asset to their employer… very grateful for what you did Dylan!

It’s been nearly 2 decades since I rode due to an accident and wasn’t sure if I was mentally able to ride again but Melvin took the time to personally ride with me as many times and it took and helped me along the way until I was comfortable enough to go on my own with a new bike! He went well and above my expectations and had it not been for Melvin, I truly believe I’d still be wondering when and if I’ll ever feel that freedom of riding again! He answered all my questions and is very knowledgeable and if there was anything he didn’t know off the top of his head, he found the answer minutes later. Also the whole team at the Victoria Barnes H-D location go out of their way to make you feel like one of the family and it will be a place I will return for business over and over again as well as send more business Melvin’s way when looking to buy! Expérience négative: I had bought a bike from these guy over there web site and it was the worst experience I have ever had buying a harley the sales girl was awesome to deal with and so was there accounts receivable but the sales Manager is as Useful as a wet paper bag not only did they take the performance parts off the bike and installed used factory parts. They did all this after the deal was made and deposit was down . Then when I do get the bike the stereo doesn't work then he says that's the way it is and not once was it noted on any inspection paper work . I will strongly never deal with this place ever again and suggest if any one does take caution .

Expérience négative: Gave 2 stars because the sales staff put effort in when I purchased my bike. Otherwise it would have been 1 star. Staff in service and especially parts put in minimal effort, couldn’t be bothered with even common courtesy. To the point where I only get parts from there if I absolutely have too. Won’t do services there at all. I have tried to get quotes in the past and staff clearly were annoyed that you would want to ask questions.

I both sold them a bike last fall and purchased a new one this week. I was forced to sell my Ultra Limited in the Fall and was treated with the utmost respect and dignity. They stood by their over the phone quote having not seen the bike in person. There was no haggling or trying to reduce the amount they quoted me. When I was back to purchase a new bike they again were spot on with their customer service. Jimmy in sales was open and honest that he was new to the dealership but did a fantastic job providing me with the information I needed and completing the paperwork, with a little help from Brad, in a timely fashion. Sale and Business Manager Heather is fantastic and fun to interact with. She explained the details of financing and warranty options clearly. They even delivered my new motorcycle at no extra charge up to the North end of the Island within a couple days. I look forward to meeting and interacting with the rest of the Barnes team in the future when I am down to get service and parts for my new ride. P.S. If I had one criticism it would be the lack of a popcorn machine...lol. Nothing like chomping down on a bag of fresh popcorn while waiting for your HOG to be serviced.

Expérience fantastique: What a great week. Found a listing for the switchback on Barnes website, but there was no pictures. So me being me. Sent a picture request to Jason at 9pm. Last time we talked was pre pandemic, but unfortunately for him I saved his number. Well much to my surprise. He actually responded to me that night. Said he would request pictures in the morning. Next thing you know I got pictures. He’s got my deposit and bike is on route to Victoria from Kamloops. Jumping ahead today I am riding off the lot with my new to me bike. The ride was a TriGlide, which was more than I was looking for. It turned out I talked myself into into the TriGlide and made the deal. I was handed professionally over the entire transaction. I was most impressed with the close where I did a “Poker Run”, and met representatives from each of the support team, Service, Finance, Parts, and the Manager. This process is memorable and deserves my recommendation.

Who made you feel like family, when you walked back out the door. Adam gave me the freedom to choose what I really wanted, and listened, and heard, to what I was saying about my choices and why. A gentle giant with a huge heart. Yash was absolutely awesome, a respectful, confident, knowledgeable salesman who won our trust! Bonnie was respectfully upfront with our style choices, and again, we trusted her opinion… it meant a lot. Heather was downright mind blowing as a financial whiz. Wow! Because of her, I walked out the door with my first bike in over 17 years. As for the manager, Garry— with his door always open, and wearing his heart on his sleeve — let’s just say it was an honour laughing till tears came— I wouldn’t have it any other way! Expérience fantastique: I went in with my dad only to ask a few questions as we are just getting into motorcycles. Yash was the most helpful person I could’ve found at a Harley dealer. He had answers to every question I had and gave me considerations I hadn’t even considered before. I myself wasn’t wanting a Harley at first but I didn’t know much about them in the first place, Yash helped me realize that they are the most reputable bike out there and from what I’ve seen with aftermarket parts is crazy! I will absolutely be going back to Yash to purchase my first motorcycle and probably the next few to come. I suggest you do the same!

His genuine demeanor was very appreciated, and he knew what he was talking about. Expérience fantastique: Touched base with Yash a couple weeks a go, on a new used model Harley i was interested in. Yash knew a bike was coming in, and took my deposit. I was flip flopping for a couple days on a couple different bikes, The dealership was swamped with customers, and the guys stayed super friendly, and took the time to keep good communications. Gary and Yash were extremely straight for about pricing, were very fair, No BS at all, and we cut a great deal in short order. Heather in finance is a finely tuned machine, she had some great options for financing, fantastic lady to deal with. Now im dealing with Adam in parts, has been great chatting with him about the route we are going to take on my engine upgrade's etc. The experience has soaked in after a nights sleep, woke up really happy about what just took place at Victoria Barnes.
