Expérience négative: J'ai acheté un modèle Harley Davidson fat boy 2022 pour 29 000 et j'ai ensuite ajouté les étapes 1 et 2 pour un total de 5 000. J'ai donc investi 34 000 dans ma moto Harley Davidson. J'ai décidé de l'échanger chez Barnes Harley Davidson contre une moto street glide 2018. J'ai été totalement insulté quand ils ont évalué ma moto de 34 000 dollars à environ 16 000 et s'attendaient à ce que je sorte encore 8 000 pour échanger ma moto contre une moto qui avait 4 ans de plus et plus de km. Mon but est d'avertir d'autres personnes intéressées par l'achat d'une Harley Davidson que si vous en achetez une, elles ne conservent évidemment pas leur valeur ou que les concessionnaires essaient juste de profiter de leurs clients. Mon point est : acheteur méfiez-vous lorsque vous achetez quoi que ce soit chez Harley Davidson ou chez leurs concessionnaires.

Expérience positive: Honnêtement, c'est un très beau bâtiment et un très bon emplacement, mais la plupart des personnes qui y travaillent se moquent complètement de vous. Ce serait facilement un 5* si le personnel était plus amical. Je n'ai jamais utilisé leur service après-vente donc je ne peux pas en parler.

Expérience fantastique: Colin m'a aidé à choisir un vélo parfait pour moi. En tant que femme, il peut être difficile de trouver quelqu'un en qui vous pouvez avoir confiance pour vous aider avec une moto. Il a été honnête et sincère dans ses réponses à mes questions. Il a pris le temps de répondre à toutes mes questions et m'a mise à l'aise, il n'était pas insistant, pas prétentieux et compétent. Le personnel était amical et compétent. Du caissier, aux personnes derrière le service et le département des pièces, ils sont fiables et agissent avec intégrité.

Expérience fantastique: J'ai amené ma Roadking pour un entretien aujourd'hui et je voudrais adresser un grand merci à Max et Mike pour l'excellent service et les conseils sur l'entretien de ma moto.

Expérience négative: Je viens d'acheter une Street Glide 23 l'année dernière. Le jour où je l'ai ramenée chez moi, j'ai eu des problèmes avec l'embrayage / les vitesses, elle ne passait pas au point mort lorsque j'étais à un feu. Je l'ai mentionné à mon vendeur, il m'a dit de l'apporter. Je ne l'ai pas amenée car je ne pensais pas que c'était trop grave à l'époque et je voulais profiter de la saison de conduite. Au début de cette saison, j'avais besoin de faire changer les fluides, alors j'ai contacté le service pour qu'ils viennent chercher ma moto. J'ai aussi eu des problèmes avec la batterie en hors saison. Quand ma moto a été complétée, je ne comprenais pas pourquoi j'avais payé 290 $ pour diagnostiquer mon problème d'embrayage (la garantie aurait dû couvrir cela), le problème de la batterie était couvert par la garantie mais je ne comprends pas pourquoi j'ai été facturé 0,5 heures pour installer mon siège alors que la batterie est sous le siège. J'aurais pu installer le siège moi-même et économiser 85 $. Est-ce que des frais s'appliquent à quiconque ayant un problème de batterie ? J'ai retiré mon propre siège pour essayer de charger la batterie. Quand ils ont récupéré ma moto, le siège était déjà retiré, donc ai-je économisé 0,5h 85 $ là ??

Expérience négative: Pire concessionnaire à double standard jamais ! J'avais un accord sur un 24 CVO ST et le directeur des ventes a démissionné et les autres ne veulent pas honorer le prix ! Même si je leur ai envoyé plusieurs clients qui ont acheté des motos et que j'ai acheté ma dernière moto et des milliers de dollars d'équipement là-bas. Ils m'ont aussi arnaqué sur la vente de ma dernière moto et ont rayé la peinture. Il a fallu 3 mois pour corriger la peinture après que je leur ai dit NE LAVEZ PAS MA MOTO ! LE TYPE A UTILISÉ UN CHIFFON DU MOTEUR ET L'A ENSUITE MIS SUR LA PEINTURE DE MA VALISE ! NE BUYEZ PAS DE MOTO CHEZ EUX, ALLEZ CHEZ TREV DEELY OU MOUNTAINVIEW !

Expérience négative: J'ai acheté un vélo dans le garage à la fin du mois de mars de l'année dernière. Cela s'est avéré être un citron avec des modifications illégales. Ils ne voulaient pas me rembourser pendant la période de garantie. Ils ont eu le vélo depuis juin 2023. J'ai manqué ma saison de conduite l'année dernière, et jusqu'à présent cette année. Expérience fantastique: J'ai récemment eu le plaisir d'acheter une paire de bottes chez Karsen Tielen chez Harley Davidson, et je dois dire que c'était une expérience exceptionnelle du début à la fin. Expérience négative: Je n'aime pas donner de mauvaises critiques, mais moi et un certain nombre de mes amis avons eu des problèmes avec Barnes. Les vendeurs sont formidables et ils vous feront une bonne affaire, mais le service après-vente est un cauchemar. Ils ont gâché des travaux électriques sur mon tout nouveau vélo et après des mois à essayer de les faire réparer, j'ai fini par l'emmener chez Trev's où ils l'ont réparé correctement. De plus, je voulais annuler ma garantie prolongée et obtenir un remboursement du solde qui aurait été d'environ 1 000 $. Après un an à essayer de les faire annuler correctement pour que je puisse obtenir le remboursement, j'ai abandonné. Ils étaient complètement incompétents à ce sujet. Cela m'a coûté 1 000 $, mais je ne pouvais tout simplement plus supporter les tracas.

Expérience fantastique: As a person that lives in yaletown, you would think that the Harley Davidson tree Vancouver location would be the store to go to, well let me tell you it is not, I had the most horrible experience and service there. However a few friends have suggested to go to the store Barnes Harley-Davidson instead even that it is in Langley, I had the most wonderful experience, ordering a pair of boots for my husband. The manager Karsen, was fantastic, from the minute I got on the phone with her the experience was unbelievable, she was efficient, nice and wonderful to deal with. Originally they didn’t have the boots size I was looking for but that wasn’t an issue for Karsen, as she went above and beyond, checked their other store in Kamloops and she placed an order from them to sent it to her so that I can pick them up, she also set the order on rush (which it was so nice of her to do so and not expected as I know how crazy the holidays can be with delivery’s) to get them in so I can give them to my husband for Christmas, it was a Christmas miracle thank you Karsen for the wonderful attention. Totally recommend this store to go buy anything to you (motorcycle/harley Davidson) related in the whole lower mainland.

When I finally asked for help the sales guy quickly dismissed me to go chat with his buddy who walked in. Only reason I gave you 2 stars was as I walked out a female sales staff noticed my frustrations and tried to assist. Wish I went to her first. left and went to Harley in Burnaby and was treated great by the staff and even took a couple bikes for a test ride..

Expérience négative: Extremely disappointed. My uncle is a regular here and today they lost a customer. After paying for his purchase, he went to his vehicle, within seconds he realized he left his wallet at the counter. He went back inside and it wasnt there. Zero efforts from any of the staff to help him. It all happened within 2 mins. Honestly we even have suspicions that the teller stole it because no one else was around the area at the time of him paying. Most people have the kindness to say “sir you left your wallet!” Can’t believe the unprofessional, childish behaviour.

Expérience positive: The sales staff was friendly and communicative, but the clothing section left something to be desired. I like to get a shirt with the name of the dealership on the back when I visit a store. Barnes only had about 4 or 5 shirts with their name on the back and they were all black. I don't know about all y'all, but I already have plenty of black shirts. They were also out of 2xl in most of the shirts they had, with or without logos on the back. They had a good inventory of bikes inside and outside. If you are in the area you should definitely drop in. Like I said, the staff is friendly and helpful.

Expérience fantastique: Had a fantastic experience here buying my second bike, a 2014 Triumph Rocket III Roadster in great shape and with super low kms. Ryan was extremely helpful—always answering questions and making sure I had all the information I needed to make an informed choice instead of trying to push a sale. Sanjay was really helpful as well once I’d actually committed to purchasing the bike and sat down with him to make the transaction. Easiest experience I’ve ever had buying a vehicle. Can’t recommend this place enough.

Couldn’t hear it or ride it WITH AN APPOINTMENT The fellow we dealt with didn’t know much about anything. After having no joy, I quizzed him on wether or not the bike had summer air in the tires or winter air still…he said he’d have to ask the mechanics Stick to selling shirts pal.

I’m a newcomer to BC and had tried to land my BMW with High Road Langley, who clearly need to take some customer service skills from this dealership. Daniel, their service manager was more interested in trying to tell me how my bike would arrive damaged and they’d need to do a $100 inspection on my bike. Despite explaining to him that my bike was fully insured, and was being brought out in its own trailer, he still tried to insist I pay something. Sunny, on the other hand, was a breeze to deal with and simply asked if I’d be there when the bike was being wheeled off the trailer! THANK YOU SUNNY.

Expérience négative: Bought a new bike. They seem to care less once u sign the papers. We made a plan for me to pick up the bike in the morning so i can avoid the traffic. Once i got there in the morning they tell me its not ready til afternoon. Wasted 4hrs of my day. All was said was "oops sorry". They also didnt give me any option to opt out of the extended warranty. I said i didnt want it but they told me its part of the financing deal. When i asked my friend who bought a bike from them a few weeks before he told me he didnt need to get the extended warranty so it sounds like they lied to me about it. So watch out for that

I went in to buy used 2021 forty eight,they showed it to me but used motorcycle market being up the roof right now wasn’t making me happy.Then Ajay showed me few bikes and Ryan set me up for test drives, I took about 4 bikes for test drive and they were more than happy to cater my needs.Buying my first Harley was a special moment for me so Ajay,Ryan & Sanjay all of them made it extra special for me.Finally Ajay helped me choose the bike I have always wanted and Sanjay made sure the deal went smoothly handling all the paperwork and getting me the best deal ever. Expérience négative: I have visited this place last year to purchase my first motorcycle in Canada. The customer service team is good but the finance team are the worst. I had all conversation with the sales team and went to finance persons office. I told him I’ll do more than half down and the rest on finance and my credit was more than 700 at that time with just one remark of late payment. The guy starts with saying it’s hard to get the finance and give me a lecture saying that the motorcycle is just luxury purchase and one don’t need them( Says the guy who drives an SUV and a Harley probably) i was hurt as it was my favourite motorcycle and I left the place, After two days they call me saying they will get me finance from another company and offers me a crazy interest rate where I pay an extra 10k for the finance Amount after doing the half down payment. I told them I don’t want to go with them anymore and went with a triumph and ended up selling my car and my motorcycle is the only means of transportation now and I love it. Just wanted to say to them that, It would have been better if you can understand the love the rider have towards a motorcycle and treat it with respect instead of speaking nonsense about there interest.

Expérience négative: Literally could not express how TERRIBLE the service dept and parts dept are for customer service. Wouldn’t waste my time or any money at this dealership. Service denied a legit receipt and said that what I was going in for wasn’t paid for and made up “fake” invoices trying to say the service my bike needed hadn't been paid for- even though I had a cardholder copy. Then called for parts and the guy didn’t want to give his time of day to help me out with the part I needed. What kind of people do you hire He barely answered, didn’t give me part numbers, and legit quoted me for I don’t know what… waste of time. Go to mountain view or Trev deely.

Expérience négative: Bought a electraglide from this store after they tried to sell me the wrong bike initially. Then to rectify there unbelievable mistake they offered me certain extras. Then waited 3 months and 8000 dollars worth of payments later; because they lost it, before I finally received it. When I received my bike finally it was on the back of a pick up( backwards) and caked with mud ( after all it is winter) all the way from Kamloops. I am not a very happy first time buyer. Will not suggest this store to anyone

Expérience positive: 32k major service done on a 2021 FLHT 128ci Stage IV. All's well except.... Service Advisor There should be absolutely NO reason for the bike to leave service with the bottom of engine (bottom of case, wiring & connectors, oil cooling fan, various shrouds) soaked in motor oil when they pulled the oil filter. Your techs know how to pull an oil filter without a drop hitting the motor, if they made a mistake and oil did find it's way underneath, they should have checked and cleaned the components spotless. Sloppy. Upside, bike was done on time.
