Expérience négative: I would not recommend this school to anyone. My fife is quite disappointed from the lack of customer service, unresponsive office, and at times rude attitude. She had to book a road test herself after asking them the office several time to do it. She let them know the date and time of the booked test 3 months ahead of time only to find out 3 weeks before the test that they were not going to be able to provide a car for her for the test for the booked date and time. If she had to rebook it would be another 4+ months into the future. These tricks may work with teenagers, but not here. Now that we looked around it also appears their rates are quite uncompetitive. Ah,, and they never bothered to change her number so every time she had a driving class I was getting the text messages.

Expérience négative: Do not recommend. Neglected to teach my son the essentials, charged 60$ to change a lesson date (when they themselves changed many lesson dates), etc. It seems their philosophy is more focused in fluff so to speak. Also a shame they don't offer manual vehicles. Instructor had a very poorly maintained jetta, which shifted sporadically. Very disappointed!
