As with all of our students, all of your anticipated lessons included with your purchased package were promptly scheduled in advance following your registration, however attempted to contact our instructor in the middle of the night to confirm your lesson times. When you were asked to refrain from contacting well outside of appropriate hours, you began insulting and name calling your driving instructor.

This behavior aside, our instructor proceeded with your scheduled lessons as promised, picking you up and dropping you home at your door step for your convince.

During your lesson time, it did appear as though you were not road ready. For the safety of you, our training staff and others on the road, this lesson would be rescheduled for a later date to ensure your time spent with us is most productive. Following this occurrence, you continued to name call and disrespect your driving instructor, including inside and outside of your scheduled lesson times. For this reason, your instructor was no longer willing to work with you. As part of our commitment to your driving success, we offered to set you up with one another one of our knowledgeable instructors, in which you declined. For this reason, a refund would not apply for the remainder of the lessons you chose not to receive.
