Expérience négative: Keep calling but no luck so far. Also, no physical address of the office in Cobourg in order to go there and ask directly. Only address of pick up point.....How am i supposed to pay 1300cad before talking to a person?

Expérience négative: I have been calling for a year to book an appointment and not once has anyone ever picked up the phone. I have emailed about not being able to reach anyone, and got emailed back saying to keep calling. Worst customer service. Hire people to answer your phones!

Expérience fantastique: Young Drivers of Canada was the only school I considered for my brother, since having been a student of YD myself when I became licensed. I wanted him to have an excellent foundation and to build good habits from the start. To this day, I’ve retained many of the habits that I learned in the class portion of the program which I was able to reinforce during my my brother’s practice driving sessions – and it was a great refresher for me as well. We had an excellent experience from start to finish. The management and service at the Cobourg/Peterborough chapter were exceptional. Bob is always so pleasant, knowledgeable and above and beyond accommodating. I would recommend Young Drivers to anyone getting their driver’s licence, especially to any parent choosing a driving school – your decision will give you peace of mind.
