Expérience fantastique: Haingo a été très gentille et patiente pour ma première sortie accompagnée ! Une très belle expérience, très rassurante

Expérience négative: Expérience terrible avec le Centre de conduite Drive & Go du début à la fin (j'ai suivi mes cours à la succursale 5179 Parc - ils semblent avoir retiré leur page de Google Avis). Très mal organisé, suivi par courriel défaillant, facturation qui manque de diligence et de profesionnalisme, annulation de cours à la dernière minute à répétition, cours théorique horrible avec un enseignant incompétent et désagréable avec commentaires souvent inappropriés et déplacés (Jean-Claude), enseignement cours pratique avec un instructeur hostile et très désagréable, qui prend des appels et est tout le temps sur son téléphone (Adam), durée des cours toujours coupée au minimum, etc. Ils ont essayé d'insister pour que je fasse mon cours durant la tempête de verglas de 2023 (même après que je les avais contacté 3 jours à l'avance pour déplacer mon rendez vous en vu des mauvaises prévisions). Si j'ai passé mon examen du premier coup, ce n'est certainement pas grâce à Drive and Go, mais plutôt MALGRÉ Drive and Go. Je ne recommande à personne cette école de conduite.

Expérience fantastique: I loved it the have amazing teachers

Expérience négative: My experience with this school was pretty bad. Theoretical classes are not good. I chose them because they were offering door to door service. They changed this service and never notified me. It is being more than one month I am trying to cancel the course.

Expérience fantastique: Amazing school got my driving course and extra classes done here and once I was ready to do the exam I passed on the first try! The staff is really nice and the theory teacher is a gem! (Not to mention getting picked up at my home was so convenient)

Expérience négative: AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. - This driving school does not respect the AQTr nor the SAAQ quality standards. - The driving lessons format is “door-to-door”; they pick you up at your place with the auto-école car. For 2 of my 4 driving practices, the previous student who had already finished his/her class before me was waiting in the car when the monitor arrived at my place. Each time, I had to drive that student home during my own practice time. For another practice, I had to go pick up the next student before the end of my class as the monitor was behind on her schedule; I then had to finish my practice with this other student in the car while he waited for his class to begin. - The business suddenly went “100% online” and stopped any affiliation with Drive and Go. Ever since the company went 100% online, quality went downhill. It is difficult to get a hold of the staff, and the monitor showed up extremely late to two of my practices. For one of them, she knew she would show up really late but refused to cancel or postpone the class (she ended up arriving 90 minutes late). - I sent a contract cancellation notice. Per law, the business had 10 calendar days to refund the sums owed. At the 10 day mark I had received nothing. I had to send several emails before receiving any sum. The money I received is only a partial refund and lower than the sum they owe me. They refuse to refund the rest of the money they owe. Save yourself the headache and look for another company.

Expérience négative: School cancelled my lesson and did not refund me for it!! I paid for two 2hrs lessons with this school. First lesson was very bad: when I was struggling to get out of a tight parking space, the instructor did not help at all, I ended up bumping the car in front of me. The school attempted to charge me for damages, and cancelled my next lesson!! I have called them multiple times asking for a refund, and they keep telling me that the owner will contact me about it, but she never did!

Expérience fantastique: Amazing prices and super friendly staff. I took ONLY 2 refresher courses on Monday and Tuesday (having never driven in Canada) then passed my exam on WEDNESDAY! The instructor was so kind and gave me FULL confidence. I wish I remembered her name!!! Having never driven in Canada before, this course was excellent for newcomers like me! FULLY RECOMMEND.

Expérience fantastique: I was sitting on my temporary for 7 years. Drive and go downtown made the process of finally turning it into a valid liscence a swift and fun endeavor. Incredible instructors that take the time to tackle your specific situation and want nothing more than to see you succeed. Passed on my first try with no problem.

Expérience fantastique: This school is a gem in this ocean of bad schools. Super practical course, a lot of good advice for the exam. got it first try thanks to the amazing instructors. and everybody is super friendly!! thank you so much!!!!

Expérience fantastique: Louivannah m'a emmené faire un dernier cours de conduite le jour avant mon examen, directement autour de la SAAQ pour me familiariser avec l'endroit. Elle est dynamique, compétente et très sympathique, je recommande vivement son école !
