We have a 100% success rate, with only about 1 out of 50 having to take the road test a second time, and usually it is because of something that the student never had a previous issue with, but on the road test is deemed an automatic failure, like hitting a curb on a turn. And yes, we do everything we can to ensure that our students are fully prepared for both the written and road exams.

Thank you for bringing your concern to our attention Grayson. Depending on the location you called, we have dispatchers in as early as 0600 or 0630 on school days. Good afternoon Ken, we would be more than happy to respond to your concerns. We would like to point out that you are not a customer of ours and that your review is not of our service or business, but rather a concern from living in close proximity to a commercial bus company. Please feel free to call us or drop in. As you mention, we are just across the street, and have been here for more than 20 years. In fact, buses have been operating out of this facility since the 1960’s, which would have been well-known when the apartments were built a little more than 10 years ago.
